He is survived by his mother, Sue Shaw of Beebe; and sister, June (Bennie) Huff of Beebe.
Graveside service was held Feb. 15, at Weir Cemetery, McRae.
Jamison M. Bolton, James L. Bolton III
Jamison Martez Nelson Bolton and James Lewis Bolton III, infant sons of James Bolton, Jr. & Cathey Holden of Cabot, died Feb. 12, 2005.
Survivors also include grandparents, Bonnie & Randy Holden of Cabot, James Bolton, Sr. of North Little Rock, and Barbara Bolton of Shreveport, LA.
Graveside services were held Feb. 15 at Short Cemetery
in Butlerville.
Eligha Gooden
Eligha Gooden Sr., 64, of Lonoke, died Feb. 12, 2005.
He is survived by his wife, Erma Jean Gooden; children, Eddie, Samantha, Theresa, Eligha Jr., Floria, Karen and Vick; three brothers and four sisters; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, 11 a.m. at Richwood C.O.G.I.C., in Lonoke.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005, from 1 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Jeffery D. Crafford
Jeffery Douglas Crafford, 38, of Des Arc died Feb. 14, 2005.
He is survived by his parents James and Linda Crafford and one sister, Tammy Puckett, all of Des Arc; great-grandmother Ella Walters and grandmother Mary Lee Lester, both of Austin.
Graveside service was Friday, Feb. 18, 2005, at Johnson Chapel Cemetery

Otis Sephis Parker
Otis Sephis Parker, age 81, passed away Feb. 19, 2005. Otis was a Christian man with high morals and dedication to his family and his religion. He will always be remembered as a hard working man who loved his farm. Otis was born Oct. 13, 1923 south of Lonoke, Arkansas. He eventually made his home south of Carlisle at Parker’s Corner. Otis graduated from Carlisle High School as salutatorian of his class in 1941. In the fall of 1942, due to World War II, Otis left college to help his father on the farm. From this time forward he was a rice farmer, with his three sons joining him later. He married Pauline Thomas, the love of his life, in 1944 and they just celebrated their 60th anniversary. From 1963 to 1973, Otis served on the Carlisle School Board, three of those years as president. From 1935 Otis was a dedicated member of the Hamilton United Methodist Church. Otis enjoyed teaching Sunday School and also served in various leadership roles, including building chairman for its current building after the fire in 1989.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Thomas Parker; sons, Gary Parker (Carolyn), Dennis Parker (Leslee) and Jacques Parker, all of Carlisle; daughters, Linda Walker (Stan) of California and Cynthia Stack (Brian) of Florida; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Elton Parker and Robert Parker of Carlisle; sisters, Katharin Bailey of Little Rock and Dorothy Elmore of Carlisle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Lena Horne Parker and brothers, Bernie and Alfred Parker.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Monday at Hamilton Methodist Church, south of Carlisle with interment in Hamilton Cemetery, arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
Harry L. Griffin
Harry L. Griffin 90, of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Carlisle, died Feb. 14, 2005.
He was a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and retired from the FBI as a Special Agent.
Survivors include nieces, Ruth Johnson, Janice May, Francis Roller and Nancy Kittler; and nephews, Robert and Richard Griffin.
Leo Filzen
Leo Filzen, 78 years old, of Cabot, formerly of New Ulm, Minn., died Feb. 18, 2005 in Hospice Care in Little Rock. Cremation arrangements by Thomas Funeral Service of Cabot.
Jimmy D. Weatherly
Jimmy Dale Weatherly, 44, of Jacksonville died Friday, Feb. 18, 2005. He served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Weatherly of Jacksonville; his parents, Horace and Lorene Weatherly; daughters, Samantha Weatherly of Amado, Ariz., Brandi Schoff of Jacksonville; one son, Jeremy Schoff of Jacksonville; three sisters, Linda Oliver of Hot Springs, Debbie Wright of Vilonia and Angela Rogers of Austin, two brothers, John Weatherly and Gary Weatherly both of Beebe; one grandchild.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Wednesdday, Feb. 23, 2005, at Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Robert Duncan, Sr.
Robert Price Duncan, Sr., 75, of Sherwood, died Feb. 3, 2005.
He was a Doctor of Pharmacy and owned Sylvan Hills Pharmacy.
His is survived by his wife, of 57 years, Billie Kerr Duncan, of Sherwood; son, Robert P. Duncan, Jr., of Euless, TX; daughter, Sharon Lynne Trimble, of Cabot; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Bill Duncan of Redding, CA; and stepsister, Janet Copeland of Mayflower.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
Graveside services were held Feb. 7 at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
Connie Torrez
Connie Torrez, 47, of Cabot, died Jan. 28, 2005.
Survivors include her mother; husband, Mike, of Cabot; daughter, Tammy Ogden, of Cabot; two sisters; three brothers; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Feb. 20 in the chapel of Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home.
Billie Mae Dennis
Billie Mae Dennis, 89, of Little Rock, died Feb. 14, 2005.
She was a longtime member of the Levy Church of Christ.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Corrons of Little Rock and Jacque Bain, of North Little Rock; son, Jim Dennis and his wife, Cindy, of Austin; sister, Jeanette Kinsey of North Little Rock; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Feb. 14 at Pinecrest Memorial Park, with Leon Barnes officiating.

Ruby Lucille Bates Fulmer, 89, of Cabot, died Feb. 14, 2005.
Survivors include daughter, Peggy Roach; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren ; three great-great-grandchil-dren; and two brothers.
Funeral services were held Feb. 18, at Mt. Springs Baptist Church, Cabot and interment followed in Mt. Springs Cemetery.

Stacy Carver Mahony, 34, of North Little Rock, died Feb. 17, 2005.
She is survived by her son, Barton Mahony; former husband, Bart Mahony, both of El Dorado; mother, Gayle Carver; brother, Layne Carver, both of Cabot; and a sister, Jan Martin Madison, MS.
