Betty A. Gibbs
Betty Anne Gibbs, 60, of Clinton died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006.
Surviors include her husband Don Gibbs of the home; son Tim Gibbs and wife Derenda; and two grandchildren all of East End; mother Betty Marie Howard of Heber Springs; brothers Jimmy Burris of North Little Rock and Daryl Wilds of Mayflower; sisters Charlene Wilds of Quitman and Jeanelle Verser of Prim.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 12 at Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke, with burial in the Lonoke Cemetery.

Bethany L. Baker
Bethany Leigh Baker, 2 years and 9 months, of Cabot died Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Anelia Pfeifer of North Little Rock.
Survivors include her parents Casey and Aimee Baker; sisters Amanda, Amber, and Alexis; and brother Christian all of Cabot; grandparents Charles Pfeifer of North Little Rock, Ed and Debi Baker of Vilonia, and Terry Larson of Fort Worth, Texas.
Visitation was held Thursday, Oct. 12, at 1 p.m. following with a service at 2 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills 7724 Landers Road in North Little Rock.
Memorials may be made to the Pediatric Oncology clinic at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, 800 Marshall Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.
Julie Orr
Julie Rene Voegele Orr, 39, of Cabot died Tuesday, October 10, 2006. She was born on January 7, 1967, to Jake and Margie Voegele.
Julie graduated from Cabot High School in 1985 and attended Ouachita Baptist University where she met her loving husband for the past 18 years, Jeff Orr.
Survivors include her daughters Jessica and Jillian Orr; and Jeff, Jessica and Jillian Orr; Jake and Margie Voegele; Jeff, Sherry, Jordyn and Jacob Voegele; Brett Beam; John, Philisia, Jace, Olivia and Lilyana Orr; Susan and Allen Koller; and Dale and Christina Orr.
The funeral service was held Friday, October 13, at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Cabot followed by burial in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Little Rock Funeral Home.
George J. Hill
George J. “Pete” Hill, 61, of England, died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, England Jaycees, Ramsey Hunting Club, a former Little League baseball coach and elementary basketball coach.
He was preceded in death by his parents George Wilson Hill and Lena Blankenship Hill.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Sandra K. Hill of England; sons Scott Thomas Hill and wife Tracey of Cabot, and Jeffrey George Hill of England; sisters Bonnie West of Norfork, and Beckie Reeves of Lewisville, Texas; three grandchildren; and her granddog Maggie.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 12, at First Baptist Church.
Burial was in the Mulberry Cemetery.

Tami R. Doyle
Tami Rashelle Doyle, 38, of Lonoke died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006.
She was preceded in death by grandfather E.B. King, grandparents, J.B. and Elwanda “Polly” Conditt, father-in-law Charles Doyle,and uncle John White.
She is survived by husband Donnie Doyle; sons Jason and Jon Doyle; daughter Corey Page Doyle; father Charles “Choppie” Conditt; mother Linda Swink and husband Bob; brother Tim Conditt; grandmother Ellen King; and grandfather Ealem Doyle.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 21, at Dillinger Chapel.
Arrangements were by Dillinger Funeral Home.
David H. Kight
David Houston Kight, 40, of Cabot died Thursday, Oct. 12, 2006.
He was a welder and member of Boiler Makers Union Local #66.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Arlen Kight; grandparents, Gilbert Houston and Willie Pearl Kight, Edward L. and Natella Childs.
He is survived by his wife Kimberly (Blucker) Kight; son Ian Tyler Kight both of Cabot; mother Margrett Kight of Jacksonville; brother Heath Arlen Kight of Jacksonville; father and mother-in-law, Wayne and Joyce Blucker of Jacksonville; sister-in-law, Linda Blucker of Jacksonville and his best friend, Buddy.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 17, at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.
Arrangements were by the North Little Rock Funeral Home.
Seth Stracener
Seth Edward Stracener, 16, of Kingsport, Tenn. was called home on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2006, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was a member of Tri-Cities Baptist Youth Group and was actively involved with the church.
Seth was a junior at Sullivan South High School where he was a member of the musical theater.
On Friday nights Seth could be found leading the student section at Sullivan South High School football games.
He loved life and he loved football.
Seth had a big heart and was very accepting and loving of all people. Seth lived life out loud!
He was employed at Ingles in Colonial Heights.
Surviving are his parents, Steve and Sheree Stracener, sister, Stephanie Stracener, and brother, Spencer Stracener, all of Kingsport, TN; grandparents, Marvin and Nell Stracener and Ray and Pat Minor, aunts and uncles, Scott and Michelle Stracener, Stan and Stacy Stracener, four cousins, Ashley, Baylee, Cole, and Brooklyn Stracener; all of Cabot, Arkansas; and many many dear friends at Tri-Cities Baptist Church and Sullivan South High School.
Calling hours are 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Tri-Cities Baptist Church.
Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday at Tri-Cities Baptist Church with Pastor Arden Taylor and the staff of Tri-Cities Baptist Church officiating.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Washington County Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be J. T. Lyons, Houston Martin, Stephen Owenby, Josh Reed, Nick Cantrell, Brandon Bragg, Taylor Trent, Matt Crawford, Justin Zurn, and Kurt Phillips.
Honorary pallbearers are Nick Arredondo, Joel Mermilliod, Jessie Black, T. J. Overbeek, Paul Mermilliod, Josh Mermilliod, Ryan Salyer, Andrew Oliphant and Chris Farthing.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to: Tri-Cities Baptist Church Youth Group, 171 Promise Land Drive, Gray, TN 37615 (423-239-4501) which was a passionate part of Seth’s life.
