In Branford November 7, 2002, William J. Busca, JR, beloved husband of Virginia Curtis Busca of Branford.
He was the father of Debra (Dan) Sumption of Haverhill, MA, and William M. (Kristi) Busca of North Branford. He is the son of Louise Seneco Busca of Madison and the late William J. Busca, and brother of Audrey (Frank) DeLucia of Madison. Mr. Busca is also survived by three grandchildren, Melissa, Ryan and Brandon. He was pre-deceased by a son Vincent J. Busca.
Mr. Busca was born in New Haven March 7, 1939 and he was retired from Echlin Manufacturing in Branford.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial donations may be sent to the charity of your choice.

Richard E. Butler, 81, of 63 Todds Hill Rd., Branford, died Monday April 21, 2003 at Yale-New Haven Hospital after a long illness. He was the loving husband of Maryanne Y. Butler.
He was the father of Richard, Steven and peter Butler all of Branford, brother of Arthur Butler of Arnold, MD, and Ruth (Shirley) Caputo of North Branford. Pre-deceased by his sister, Myrtle Cosgrove.
He was born In New Haven December 3, 1921, son of the late Arthur and Ruth Jackson Butler. He was employed by the Cosgrove Construction Co. in Branford, retiring in 1980.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday May 3, 2003 at 11:00 in St. Mary Church, Branford. There are no calling hours. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

Mother and mother-in-law of Robin and Dan Feerst of Manteo, NC, Barbara and Colin Bennitt of Branford, Susan and Felix Cowey of Madison, and Toni and Jeff Burns of Littleton, CO. Grandmother of Danielle Alexis Feerst, Ian Henry Bennitt, Megan Tiffany Bennitt, Erin Leigh Cowey, Taylor Kathleen Cowey, Jennifer Caitlin Burns, Katherine Hally Burns, and Jeffrey Brenden Burns.
She was born in New York City, May 8, 1929 daughter of the late Willard H. and Helen Maloney Tiffany and attended Adelphia University, and was president of her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. She was a retired teachers aid at Branford High School, and had a great interest in theater and was active with the BIS and BHS Drama Clubs, and Branford Petite Ballet. She was a member and past treasurer of the Branford Historical Society, a former foster parent and girl scout leader.
Funeral from the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 504 Main St., Branford Thursday morning at 9:30 with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church at 10:00. Burial in St. Agnes Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 4 - 7 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 2572 Whitney Ave., Hamden, CT 06518, or the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Dr., Wallingford, CT 06492.

In Wallingford November 25, 2004, Theodore P. Birbarie, husband of the late Beatrice Linden Birbarie of 23 Lanphier Rd., Branford.
Brother of Paul (Natalie) Birbarie, and George Birbarie of Branford, and Marion Ruthfus of East Haven. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by brothers Nicholas and Louis and sisters Emily and Ethena Birbarie.
He was born in Branford October 14, 1916 son of the late George and Rosa Birbarie. He was a World War II veteran of the U. S. Army, serving in the 83rd Infantry Div. He was a retired installer for SNET, and belonged to Tabor Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 83 and Widows Sons Lodge AF & AM # 66.
Friends are invited to a graveside service Tuesday morning at 11:00 in Tabor Cemetery, Branford. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Masonic Home, 22 Masonic Ave., Wallingford, CT 06492.

Survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by brothers, Walter and John Parcinski, and sister Anna Chapkovich.
She was born August 26, 1912, daughter of the late John and Bernice Chilinski Parcinski, and was a lifelong resident of Branford. She was a communicant of St. Mary Church, past president of its Altar Society and Ladies Guild, a member of St. Hedwig’s Society, the Branford Homemakers, and the Women’s Auxiliary of American Legion Post 83. She also loved to knit and make crafts.
Funeral from the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 504 Main St., Branford Thursday morning at 9:30 with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church at 10:00. Burial in St. Agnes Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the funeral from 8:30 - 9:30.

Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by a brother, Arthur Arrington.
Mr. Arrington was born in Branford on May 3, 1940. He was a supervisor for Wells Fargo for 35 years and a dispatcher for the Branford Fire Department for many years.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 12:00 at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 504 Main St. Branford. Burial will be private. Friends may call Friday morning from 11:00 to 12:00.
