She is survived by her husband, Louis Sr.; two sons, Louis Jr. and Robert; two daughters, Brenda and Cassandra; her parents, Mary Russell and Charles Russell Sr.; her stepmothers, Frances Russell of Tampa and Minnie Williamson; three brothers, Charles Jr. of New York, and Keith and Darryl, both of Tampa; and four sisters, Wanda Porter of Fort Lauderdale, Stephanie Timmons of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Kim Russell-Brown and Linda Everett, both of Tampa. CHARLES Q. STONE, 80, of Land O' Lakes died Monday at James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital. A native of Charleston, W.Va., he moved to the area in 1969 when he was assigned to MacDill Air Force Base. He retired from the Air Force as a chief master sergeant and was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietname War. He was a Mason, Shriner and Lutheran.
