MASON CITY - Shirley M. Quinn, 73, of Mason City, died Thursday (Sept. 16, 1999) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Major Erickson Funeral Home & Crematory, 111 N. Pennsylvania Ave., with the Rev. Gary Johnson, Hospice of North Iowa Chaplain, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery.

MASON CITY - Lein E. Snell, 79, of 38 11th St. N.E., died Thursday (Sept. 16, 1999) at his Clear Lake summer home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church, 119. S. Georgia Ave, with the Rev. Sharon Betsworth officiating.

MASON CITY - Emily Rose Studer, five-month-old daughter of Kent and Roberta Studer of 2619 Fourth St. S.E., died Wednesday (Sept. 15, 1999) at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.
A funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 302 Fifth St. S.E., Mason City, with the Rev. Carl A. Ries officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery , Mason City.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hogan Bremer Colonial Chapel, 126 Third St. N.E., Mason City.
Emily Rose Studer was born March 28, 1999, in Mason City, daughter of Kent and Roberta (Eggers) Studer. She was baptized at St. Joseph Catholic Church on June 6, 1999.
She will be greatly missed by all of her family including her parents, Kent and Roberta; two sisters, Tracy Studer, of Osage and Katie Studer, of Mason City; her paternal grandparents, Rosa Lee and Philip Studer, of Sacred Heart, Minn.; her maternal grandparents, Jean and Roger Sinnwell, of Mason City, and Bob and June Eggers, of Charles City; her maternal great-grandmother, Margaret Gross, of Mason City; her God parents, Chris Sinnwell, of Mason City and Linda Studer, of St. Paul, Minn.; paternal aunts, uncles and cousins, Ann and Brian and their children, Britney and Jacob, of New Brighton, Minn., Linda and David, of St. Paul, Minn. and Kirk and Tina and their children, Nicole, Taylor and Sara, all of Spencer; and maternal aunts, uncles and cousins, Chris Sinnwell, of Mason City and Jamie Sinnwell and daughter, Tori, of Mason City.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Julius and Williamena Studer and Andrew and Esther Riesing; and her maternal great-grandfather, James Gross.
