A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Tenth and Jefferson streets, Charleston. Father Joseph Ring will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Drive, Charleston. A prayer vigil will be conducted at 7 p.m.

MASON CITY - Elmer Lincoln Meeker, 95, of Mason City died at 11:15 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 14, 2001) at home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Mason City United Methodist Church. The Rev. Bruce Bolin Ghitalla will officiate. Burial will be in Green Valley cemetery, Green Valley.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hurley Funeral Home, 603 E. Chestnut, Mason City.

DANVILLE - Ruby Summers, 70, of Homegardens, died at 5:15 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 13, 2001) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care System chapel, Danville. Burial will be in the National cemetery in Danville.
Visitation will be held one hour before services at the chapel. Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Westville, is in charge of arrangements.

PAXTON - Teresa A. Wyman, 81, of Paxton died at 9:03 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 13, 2001) at the University Medical Center, Indianapolis.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Paxton. The Rev. James Heramb will officiate. Burial will be in Glen cemetery, Paxton.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ford-Baier Funeral Home, 406 E. Pells St., Paxton. A rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m.

URBANA - Claude Brown, 54, of 1303 N. Goodwin Ave., U, died at 7:09 p.m. Saturday (October 13, 2001) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Rankin. The Rev. Bill Keebler will officiate. Burial with military rites by the Cissna Park American Legion will be in Rankin Union cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, with a wake service at 8 p.m., at Knapp Funeral Home, Cissna Park.

MONTICELLO - Graveside services for Frances Opal Carpenter, 96, of Monticello will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Bement Township cemetery, Bement. The Rev. Steve Bramlett will officiate.

Mrs. Carpenter died at noon Sunday (Oct. 14, 2001) at the Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello.
