People may meet at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave. Moline after 1:00 p.m. to proceed to the cemetery. Harold was born September 17, 1936 in Centerville, IA. to Eugene V. and Gretchen Blackstock Daniels. He married
Ann Taft. He later married
Lois Walker on November 28, 1974. She preceded him in death on October 28, 1996. Harold was employed as a sheet metal worker for Local 91 last working in 1995. Harold was a loyal Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.

Roger Paul Haskins, Sr. age 60, of Moline died unexpectedly May 20, 2004 at the VA Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Riverside cemetery, Moline with military honors conducted by Moline American Legion Post #246. Memorials may be made to his family for a fund to be established. Roger was born February 3, 1944 in Moline to Frank and Vivian Anderson Haskins. Roger was last employed as a car salesman for Key Auto Mall, Moline. Roger was a Navy Air Vietnam veteran serving from March of 1962- March of 1965. He played for the Q.C. Mohawks Team, a semi pro football team.

Mabel V. West, age 84 formerly of Moline died May 20, 2004 in Puyallup, WA. There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 2004 at Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline, IL. Rev. Chris Meyer will be officiating the service. Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline is assisting the family. The family requests that no flowers or memorials be made. Mabel was born June 26, 1919 in Moline, IL the daughter of Walter L and Marie Viola Whitmore Brown. She was married
to Charles Catterton, Sr. and later Floyd F. West, both of whom have preceded her in death. Mabel owned and operated the Villa Park Cafe in Moline with her first husband. She moved to Washington state in 1961. She enjoyed all kinds of crafts and sewing; writing poetry and stories to be incorporated into her genealogy.

Donald was born August 6, 1911 in Orion, IL to Sanford H. and Gertrude Wilkins Lawson. He married
Phyllis Mae Wilson on July 17, 1938 in Galesburg, IL. She preceded him in death on January 17, 1966. Donald began his career at the former Sherrard Power System, Orion as a meter reader and retired as a bookkeeper in 1976 after 38 years of employment. After his retirement he served on the Board of Directors for the Sherrard Power System. Donald was a member of Orion United Methodist Church. He was a fifty plus year member of the Sherman Lodge No 535 AF & AM, Orion. He was a charter member of the Orion Lions Club. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Orion Telephone Exchange serving first as treasurer and later as vice president. He was also treasurer for the Orion School District for over 26 years. He was the M.C. of the Orion Corn Show which preceded the Orion Fall Festival. He was a devoted Cubs fan throughout his life and enjoyed duck and pheasant hunting in his younger years and duck and pheasant eating in his later years.

Leonard St. Clair in January of 1931 in Stanton, KY. He preceded her in death in 1968. Minnie was employeed by the East Moline State Hospital as a cook for 17 years, retiring in 1968. Minnie enjoyed bowling and fishing. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening.

Carl Edward Killam, 61 of East Moline, died Tuesday, May 18, 2004 following a courageous battle with cancer. He passed in the presence of friends and family. Services are 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2004 at Wildwood Baptist Church. Burial will be at National cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal, with military honors conducted by East Moline American Legion Post # 227. Visitation is today 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Carl Killam Business Scholarship or Wildwood Baptist Church. He was born Feb. 4, 1943, in Rippey, Iowa, son of Wilton Killam and Cleone Grow. He married
his loving wife Kathleen Heater Nov. 25, 1967. Carl taught at United Township High School for 36 years. He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Carl was an involved member of Wildwood Baptist Church and the East Moline Rotary Club. He enjoyed golfing and supporting both the Iowa Hawkeyes and UTHS Panthers. Survivors include many family and friends, his wife; brother and sister-in-law Ken and Karen, Capron, IL; sons and daughter-in-law Kai and Christa, East Moline and Kris, St. Louis; and a perfect grandson Caden Edward.
