Frank Conidi
Funeral services for Frank Conidi will begin with prayers at 9 a.m. Thursday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/ Roselle Road), Roselle, and continue with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Walter Church. Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
He was the beloved husband of Marie Conidi (nee Battaglia); devoted father of Catherine (Robert) Milas, Frank (Janet) Conidi and Robert (Jody) Conidi; fond grandfather of Judy, Lisa, Michael, Kristin and Katie; dear brother of Victoria Taranto and the late John Conidi; and dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral chapel.

Robert Chase Flint of Barrington
Memorial services for Robert Chase Flint, 79, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at St. James Episcopal Church in West Dundee. The Rev. Brian N. Couvillion, rector, will officiate.
Born May 13, 1920, in Evanston, to N. Chase and Charlotte (nee Brotter) Flint, he died Sunday, May 30, 1999, at Lake Forest Hospital. Burial will be in the St. James Churchyard, following the services.
Mr. Flint had been a resident of the Barrington countryside for 50 years. A veteran, he had served in the Merchant Marines during World War II.
Surviving are his daughter, Charlotte `Sally' Smith of Palatine; sons, Cameron Flint of Evanston and Stephen Flintof Barrington; grandchildren, Ian (Della) Flint of California, Alister Smith of Bloomington, Ill., and Alison Flint of Japan; great-grandson, Malcolm Flint of California; and sisters, Barbara (Eric) Wilson and Carol Flint, both of California.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Diana C. `Dan Dan' Flint, on Aug. 3, 1993; daughter-in-law, Mary Flint; and sister, Dorothy Flint.
Please omit flowers. Memorials may be made to St. James Episcopal Church in West Dundee.
Arrangements were made by Miller Funeral Home, West Dundee.

Ruth Alice Gould of Mount Prospect
Ruth Alice Gould of Mount Prospect died Saturday, May 29, 1999.
Born Sept. 10, 1919, she is survived by her cousin, Betty Westerberg of Pompano Beach, Fla. ; her mutually agreeable family of Al, Dottie and Linda Oostmeyer; many former colleagues and friends; loving neighbors; a multitude of friends and fond, loving, fellow Christian Scientists.
A graduate of Lawrence University and Carnegie Mellon Institute, she was a librarian at the Art Institute of Chicago and with the Chicago Board of Education until her retirement.
At her request, no services have been planned.
Ruth Alice will be remembered for her quick humor; fondness of quotes, puns, classical music and the arts; and her love for all animals, particularly `Snoopy.' She will also be remembered for her insistance in advising everyone, `My name is Ruth Alice. ' `She walks in beauty like the night.'
Arrangements were made by Matz Funeral Home, Mount Prospect.

Lester T. Harper, 92, of Elk Grove Village, died Thursday, May 27, 1999. Arrangements were made by Grove MemorialChapel, Elk Grove Village, (847) 640-0566.

Edward G. Dorn II of Palatine
Visitation for Edward G. Dorn, 63, a resident of Palatine since 1968, will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. today, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at St.
Thomas of Villanova Church, 1152 E. Anderson Road, Palatine.
Born Sept. 1, 1935, in Detroit, Mich., he died Friday, May 28, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare, Arlington Heights. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
With a dream to become a successful artist, Mr. Dorn left Detroit and worked as an advertising manager with major corporations. He later established two companies. In 1960, he founded Cel Publications where he authored and self-published books for advertising, camping and cooking. Proceeds from various publications were donated to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit. In 1971, he founded an advertising agency, Edward G. Dorn & Associates (EGD), which is still family owned and operated in Rolling Meadows.
In his free time, he enjoyed oil painting, reading, and vacationing in Door County, Wis., with family and friends.
A loving husband for more than 40 years to wife, Cecilia A. Dorn (nee Cass), he believed in raising his 16 children with a Catholic education. He was a devoted father to Donna (Ed) Molony, Kathleen (Roger) Williams, Mary, Edward (fiancee, Kim), Linda (Tom) Chernesky, Robert (Crissy), Stephen (Traci), John (Renee), Brian (Dawn), Jeff, Michael, Scott, David, James, Mark and Daniel; and proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren.

Raymond H. Keegan of Elk Grove Village
Prayers for Raymond H. Keegan, 76, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Rd. (three blocks south of Biesterfield Rd.), Elk Grove Village. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at Queen of the Rosary Church.
Born in Chicago, he died Saturday, May 29, 1999, at Alexian Brothers Hospice House. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove.
A 40-year resident of Elk Grove Village, he was a World War II Army veteran.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Keegan was a real estateattorney for 44 years for the Milwaukee Road Railroad.
He was the beloved husband and best friend of Mary Ann (nee Coghlan) and the late Annette G. (nee DeFranco) (1981); dear dad of James (Kathleen), Michael (Ruth Ann), John (Patricia) Keegan, Lenore Keegan, Julie (Michael) Brandon and Mary Beth Gibson (David Urgo); cherished gramps of Christina, Jeffrey, Matthew, Michael, Kaitlyn, Megan and Brian; and uncle, great-uncle, brother-inlaw and best friend ofmany.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Frances M. Krueger of Lake Zurich
Services for Frances M. Krueger (nee Battaglia), 77, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Lauterburg and Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Hwy., Arlington Heights.
Born June 26, 1921, in Evanston, she died Monday, May 31, 1999, at Resurrection Medical Center. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
A 10-year Lake Zurich resident, she retired after 25 years of service from Avon, Inc. in Morton Grove, where she was an analyst. Mrs. Krueger was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #791.
She was the wife of the late Francis J. Krueger; mother of Lily Ann (George) Biba and the late Loren E. Pickering; grandmother of Patricia (Marvin) Kerr, Elizabeth Baker, Stan W. (Therese) Goebel III and April Baker; great-grandmother of Erik, Luke and Jesika; and sister of Marie King, James Battaglia, Dorothy Kiefer, Lorraine Sider and Joan Teichman.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society, are appreciated.

Russell LeRoy Lawson of Wheaton
A memorial service for Russell LeRoy Lawson, 91, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, at Rogers Chapel, First Congregational Church, Glen Ellyn.
He was the beloved husband of Lynette (nee Lewis); loving father of Thomas S. (Jeannie B.)and James R. ; fond grandfather of James S., Thomas C. (Lisa), James A., Thomas O. and Mathieu S. ; dear great-grandfather of Justin J. and Kelby R. B. ; and cherished father-in-lawof Susan R., Judith S. and Anita S.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to First Congregational Church, Central DuPage Hospital or the Nature Conservancy of Illinois, are appreciated.

Eladio B. Lombos Sr. of Elk Grove Village
Prayers for Eladio B. Lombos Sr., 65, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Rd. (three blocks south of Biesterfield Rd.), Elk Grove Village. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Julian Eymard Church.
Born in the Philippines, he died Saturday, May 29, 1999, at Alexian Brothers Hospice House. Interment will be in Paranaque Cemetery, Paranaque City, Philippines.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Lombos was employed as a dietary aid at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus in the Philippines.
Survivors include his wife, Natividad (nee Deguzman); children, Rizalino (Gina), Alberto (Erlinda), Zacarias and Eladio Lombos Jr. and Pedro (Nora) Castillo, Linda (Nilo) Luna, Florcy Lombos, Herminia Castillo and Lida Lombos; grandchildren, Amy (Mike) Capelle, Brian Luna, KarenLicudine, Resty Lombos, Belinda, Celso, Dante, Erik, Abigail, Disiree, Maye, Rina, Rizza and Michael; and niece, Thelma (Anthony) Caldwell.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

Louis Mace of Elgin
Memorial services for Louis Mace, 85, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin. Rev. Carl Meyers will officiate.
Born Dec. 27, 1913, in Newberg, N. Y., the son of William and Amy Webster Mace, he died Thursday, May 27, 1999, at the University of CaliforniaMedical Center in San Diego, Calif. Burial will be private.
He had been a resident of Elgin for the past 40 years. He was employed by Western Electric for more than 35 years before retiring in 1972. He was also employed part time at Sherman Hospital as a parking lot attendant. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Navy. Mr.
Mace was a member of the Sherman Hospital Auxiliary for 15 years and SHIM.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Beyer Mace; stepchildren, Craig (Maria) Benner of Arizona, Arthur (Faith) Benner of Joliet and Gayle Benner of Elgin; four stepgrandchildren; one great-step-grandchild; and nephew, Kenneth Mace of Philadelphia, Pa.
He was preceded in death byhis parents; first wife, Margaret Mace; and brothers, Edward and Harold Mace.
Visitation will be at the time of the services only.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Deicke Low Vision Center, 219 E. Cole St., Wheaton, Ill.

Frank `Babe' Monte Jr.
Services for Frank `Babe' Monte Jr. will begin with prayers at 9:30 a.m. and continue with chapel services at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/ Roselle Road), Roselle. Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
He was the beloved husband of Emilia Monte (nee Servillo); devoted father of Richard Monte, Frank Monte and Carol (Brett) Kittler; fond grandfather of Marilyn, Anthony and Frankie; loving son of the late Frank and Caroline Monte; fond son-in-law of Lena Anderson; dear brother of Ruth (the late Cuneo) Calcagno, Sonny Monte and the late Solly Monte; and devoted brother-in-law and uncle to many.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral chapel.

Anna E. Morris formerly of Wheeling
Services for Anna E. Morris (nee Janco), 81, of Ottawa, Ill., will begin with prayers at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling, and continue with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Edna Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.
Born Nov. 1, 1917, in Chicago, she died Thursday, May 27, 1999, at Ottawa Community Hospital. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery.
Mrs. Morris was a retired U. S. postal worker.
She was the wife of the late Maury V. Morris; mother of Dennis (Karen), Phillip and Maury Jr. (Diane) Morris, Kathleen (James) Lyvers and the late Thomas (Sharon) Morris; sister of Mary Jamrich; grandmother of 13; and great-grandmother of one.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
