She was the widow of Merrel Long. She was the daughter of the late Taylor and Effie Drury Robinson. Mrs. Long is survived by her two daughters Leoda Carter of Lexington and Mrs. Ava Jewell (Willie B.) Horn of Mercer County. One half-brother Curtis Robinson of Texas, one half-sister Elizabeth Wells of Lawrenceburg, three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son Leon Long, one great great grandchild, three sisters, and one brother.
She was a caregiver, a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and loved to crochet.

She was the daughter of the late William and Cannie East May. She was the widow of William Peel. Mrs. Peel is survived by her two sons Bill and his wife Janet Peel of Harrodsburg and Steve Peel of Burgin. Two daughters: Barbara and her husband Richard Lyons of Burgin and Patricia and her husband Johnnie Mattingly of Lebanon. One brother Elmer May of Lancaster, three grandchildren: Kevin Peel, Joyce Ann Bailey, and Susie Newman. Six great grandchildren: Amanda Powell, Siearra Newman, Jonathan Chase Bailey, Brianna Bailey, Hunter Newman, and Destin Newman. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Shawnee Run Baptist Church, was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles.

She was a member of the Burgin Baptist Church where she had taught Sunday School.

He was the son of the late John and Laura Coleman Satterly. He was the husband of Lena Barnett Satterly. Additional survivors besides his wife include one son: Hugh Satterly and his wife Wanda of Harrodsburg; one daughter: Patsy Owens and her husband Tim of Atlanta, Georgia; two grandchildren: Anne Curry and her husband Bill, Shane Satterly and his wife Tomi; and five great grandchildren: Caitlin and Evan Satterly, Ashley, Christian and Meagan Curry. He was preceded in death by one son: Donald Lee Satterly and one granddaughter: Judy Carolyn Satterly; four sisters: Nettie Peavler, Rettie Sims, Lettie Sea and Verna Harber and two brothers Marshal and J. C. Satterly.
He was a retired farm machinery mechanic and was a Mayes & Sims Implement Co. Employee for a number of years, a member of Bethel Baptist Church, an avid fisherman, gardener and devoted grandfather.

Survivors include three sons: Wayne (Jean) Savage, Gale (Diane) Savage and Thomas (Virgie) Savage all of Harrodsburg. Five daughters Ruby (Earl) Riley of Mt. Washington, Mrs. Maurice (Margaret) Sims of Harrodsburg, Mrs. Hoy (Wilma) Richardson of Lawrenceburg, Wanda (Velmer) Godbey of Lawrenceburg, and Rosie Smith of Harrodsburg. One brother Kenneth Smith of Danville, one sister Elsie Driskell of Salvisa. Seventeen grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her one son Hollie Smith, three brothers Owen Smith, Truman Smith, and Russell Smith, four sisters Dora Caldwell, Bessie Bast, and Birdie Salisbury, and Blanche Releford.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.

He was the son of the late Merlin and Margarite McCrystal Shewmaker. He was the husband of Marquettia Wathen Shewmaker. Besides his wife, Mr. Shewmaker is survived by two sons: Michael (Stacy) Shewmaker and Randy Shewmaker both of Mercer County. One brother Dennis Shewmaker of Mercer County, two sisters Diane Duvall of Ohio and Rita Taylor of Mercer County. Three grandchildren, Tabby, Corey, and Logan Shewmaker also of Mercer County. Several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He was a retired fire fighter from Harrodsburg City Fire Department. He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, a U.S. Army Veteran, had been a service officer for American Legion and had been a volunteer fire fighter for Salvisa Fire Department and Mercer Central Fire Department

He was the son of the late Ed Thomas and Rubin Ruth Brown Thomas. He was the husband of Nancy Murphy Thomas. Additional survivors besides his wife, include two sons: Robert Thomas, Jr., Junction City and Billy Thomas, Mercer County; three daughters: Sharon Barnes, Nicholasville, Donna Thomas, Lexington and Jackie Thomas Conrad also of Lexington; eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was a truck driver for Consolidated Freight, where he worked for thirty-one years. He had attended Faith Baptist Church Lexington and was a member of Local Teamsters 651 in Lexington. He was also a Hot Wheels collector, loved exotic birds and his Jack Russell Terriers.

Turpin of Harrodsburg, four grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother Leslie B. Turpin.
He was a self-employed framing contractor and was a Baptist.

Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Air Force having served during WWII and had performed duties in Vietnam.
He was a Mormon.

Seven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and four step great great grandchildren. A special friend Lucille Freeman. She was preceded in death by one grandson William Thomas Taylor and a sister Golden Mae Gillespie.
She was a homemaker and member of Dry Branch Baptist Church.
