Dianne Y. Rogers

May 10, 1941 - September 22, 2005

Rogers - Dianne Y. (Eori) of East Boston, formerly of the North End, passed away on Thursday September 22nd, 2005.

Beloved wife of the late William Rogers.

Devoted mother of Donna Moran, Ronda, William and Michael Rogers, all of East Boston.

Dear sister of Steven Lyle Eori of Billerica, Carole Lepore of Malden, Loretta Woods of Lunenburg, Carmen Chiarella of Somerville, Gail Kassner of Fitchburg, and the late Jay Giangrerorio and Anthony "Junior" Eori.

Loving grandmother of Kevin, Ryan, Isabella and Tea.

Also lovingly survived by many fond nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services in the Chapel of the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, Orient Heights, East Boston on Monday September 26th at 10:00 a.m. Relative and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting hours are on Sunday, September 25th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Dianne was born in Boston in 1941 and grew up in the North End. She lived for most of her married life in East Boston and worked for many years as a waitress at Sablones Restaurant in East Boston. Dianne passed away at the Don Orione Nursing Home in East Boston after a brief illness. She was 64 years of age.

The Memorial Home is handicapped accessible and a children’s lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance and ample off street parking is also available. For transportation to the memorial home please call 617-569-0990.

Services will conclude with Dianne being laid to rest at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.

William J. Rogers Jr.

July 3, 1944 - October 29, 2001

Rogers - William "Billy" J. Jr. of East Boston suddenly on Monday October 29, 2001. Husband of Dianne (Eori) Rogers.

Devoted father of Donna Moran, Ronda, William and Michael Rogers all of East Boston.

Loving son of the late William and Dorothy (Wamness) Rogers. Dear brother of Roberta Kelleher of Winthrop, Dorothy DeCarlo of East Boston, and Edward Rogers of California.

Cherished grandfather of Kevin, Ryan and Isabella.

Funeral service in the chapel of the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street (Orient Heights) East Boston on Friday November 2 at 10:00am officiated by Rev. Louis Giangergoiro. Visiting hours are on Thursday November 1 from 6:00pm-9:00pm only. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.

William was born in Chelsea in 1944. He worked for the past 5 years in maintenance for the Harbor Cruise Line and prior to that at the Boston Shipyard. He was a past member of the Shipbuilders Union. William past away suddenly at home aged 57 years.

The Memorial Home is handicapped accessible and a children's lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance and ample off street parking is also available. For transportation to the memorial home please call 617-569-0990.

Salvatore Romano

February 2, 1930 - May 20, 2004

Romano - Salvatore of East Boston, passed away on Thursday May 20, 2004 in his 75th year.

Beloved husband of Virginia (Nardi) Romano.

Devoted father of Salvatore, Michael and Steven Romano.

Adored grandfather of 7 grandchildren and the late Michael P. Romano Jr. Cherished great grandfather of 3 great grandchildren.

Dear brother-in-law of Victor Nardi, Ida Rizzo and Marie Malloy. Also lovingly survived by many fond nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral from the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street (Orient Heights) East Boston on Monday May 24th at 9:00am. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, 45 Brooks Street, East Boston at 10:00am. Visiting hours are on Sunday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.

Salvatore was born in Boston in 1930. He was a supervisor for the Typographical Printing Company in Boston for many years and a past member of the Knights of Columbus 2962. Salvatore passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness surrounded by his loving family. He was 74 years of age.

Flowers will be appreciated, or Memorial Donations in Salvatore's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 36 Cameron Street, Cambridge MA 02140, or the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Boulevard, Suite 1010, Rockville MD 20852.

Antonio Rosati

August 8, 1922 - April 6, 2006

Rosati - Antonio of Revere, formerly of Orient Heights in East Boston, passed away on Thursday April 6th, 2006.

Beloved husband to Josephine (Veneziano) Rosati.

Loving son of the late Francesco and Costanza (Fasano) Rosati.

Dear brother of Domenic Rosati of Billerica, Emilio Rosati of Millis, Vinnie Braunstein of Buffalo N.Y. and the late Rocco and George Rosati. Also lovingly survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street (Orient Heights) East Boston on Monday April 10th, 2006 at 9:00am. Funeral Mass in St.Joseph-St.Lazarus Church, 59 Ashley Street, East Boston at 10:00am. Visiting hours are on Sunday April 9th from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.

Antonio was born in Boston in 1922. He served his country in the US Army and was a veteran of WWII. He worked for many years as a machine operator for Whitmore Industrial Co. and was a past member of St. Lazarus Parish Courageous Generation. Antonio passed away at the Chelsea Soldiers Home after a brief illness. He was 83 years of age.

The Memorial Home is handicapped accessible and a children’s lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance and ample off street parking is also available. For transportation to the memorial home please call 617-569-0990.

Memorial Donations in Antonio's memory may be made to the Chelsea Soldiers Home, 91 Crest Avenue, Chelsea MA 02150, Att: John Davis.
