August 31, 1929 - March 9, 2003

Bingley - Concetta A. "Connie" (Parrelli) of Orient Heights, East Boston on Sunday March 9th, 2003 after a brief illness.

Devoted mother of Ann Marie Sarro of Saugus, Deborah Kapchus of Enfield CT, and the late James Bingley Jr.

Beloved daughter of the late Modestino and Anna Parrelli (Nazzaro).

Loving sister of Carmela Bonea of East Boston and the late Giro "Jerry" Parrelli.

Fond aunt of Patricia MacDonald of Winthrop.

Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service in our chapel at Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street (Orient Heights) East Boston on Tuesday March 11th at 11:00am officiated by Father Brian McHugh. Visiting hours are prior to the service from 9:30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.

Concetta, or Connie as she was affectionately known, was born in East Boston in 1929 and remained a life-long resident. She was a mother and homemaker. Connie passed away after a brief illness at the New England Medical Center. She was 73 years old.

The Memorial Home is handicapped accessible and a children’s lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance and ample off street parking is also available. For transportation to the memorial home please call 617-569-0990.

Services will conclude with Concetta being laid to rest at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Boston.

Daniel Joseph Bishop

August 27, 1965 - November 28, 2005

Bishop - Daniel Joseph of Winthrop, formerly of Avon, passed away on Monday November 28th, 2005 after a long and very courageous battle with adrenal cancer.

Beloved husband of the Lisa Lynne (Goldstein) Bishop.

Loving son of Roger Bishop of Avon, and Amy (Becker) Bishop of Brockton.

Cherished grandson of Emily Becker and the late Sidney Becker.

Devoted nephew of Cynthia Becker.

Visiting hours in the chapel at Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street (Orient Heights) East Boston on Wednesday November 30th, 2005 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by a funeral service at 8:00pm officiated by Father Don Milligan. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.

Daniel was born in Quincy, Massachusetts on August 27th, 1965. He worked for Lucent Technologies in Burlington, and had a great passion for his motorcycle. Daniel passed away at home with his loving and devoted wife at his side. He was 40 years of age.

Marcel J. "Mark" Bisson

October 10, 1911 - July 21, 2003

Bisson - Marcel J. "Mark" of Orient Heights East Boston, formerly of Cambridge, passed away on Monday July 21st, 2003.

Beloved husband of the late Mary Ida (Berninger) Bisson.

Dear brother of the late Madeline Bisson, Frederick Bisson, Marguerite Spitzer, and Helen Bradley.

Loving uncle of Thomas Berninger and his wife Mary of East Boston, Jay Spitzer, Judy Ward, Robert Spitzer, Carol Keeley, Louise Champion, Nancy Ruff, Mary Ellen Hawkins, Michael Berninger, Patricia Berninger, Mary Fallenbuchel, and John Scoboria.

Very special great uncle of Megan, Marc, and TJ.

Funeral from the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street (Orient Heights) East Boston on Monday July 28th at 9:00am. Funeral Mass in St.Joseph-St.Lazarus Church, 59 Ashley Street, East Boston at 10:00am. Visiting is prior to the funeral from 8:30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.

Marcel, or 'Mark' as many people knew him, was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1911. He served his country in the US Army and was a veteran of WWII. Mark worked for many years as a painter for Howlett Co. of Quincy. He was a resident of East Boston for more than 50 years, and passed away after a brief illness at the Don Orione Nursing Home.

The Memorial Home is handicapped accessible and a children's lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance and ample off street parking is also available. For transportation to the memorial home please call 617-569-0990.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marcel's memory may be made to the Don Orione Nursing Home Capital Improvement Program, 111 Orient Avenue, East Boston, MA 02128.

Services will conclude with Marcel being laid to rest with his military comrades at the VA Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.

MARY IDA BISSON

May 30, 1915 - January 14, 2001

Bisson - Mary Ida (Berninger) of Orient Heights, East Boston passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday January 14, 2001. Beloved wife of Marcel J. Bisson. Dear sister of Thomas Berninger of Milton and Clearwater Florida, Claire Kenny and Richard Berninger both of East Boston, and the late Catherine Berninger. Loving aunt of Mary Catherine Fallenbuchel, Thomas Berninger and his wife Mary and their three children Megan, Marc and TJ., Michael Berninger and his wife Susan, and Patricia Berninger, as well as many grandnieces and grandnephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Visiting Hour in the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street (Orient Heights) East Boston on Thursday morning January 18 from 9:30 to 10:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass in St.Joseph-St.Lazarus Church, 59 Ashley Street, East Boston at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary's memory may be made to The Irish Pastoral Center, 953 Hancock Street, Quincy MA 02170 attention to Sister Veronica Dobson.

Mary was born in Boston on May 30, 1915 and was a life long resident of East Boston. She graduated from the Fitten High School in the class of 1933 and was a veteran of WWII serving in the US Coast Guard as a specialist second class. A late employee of AT&T Boston Office, she was previously a member of the Pioneers Club and an active member of the former St.Josephs Church in Orient Heights, East Boston. Mary, aged 85, passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Don Orione Home after a brief illness.

The Memorial Home is handicapped accessible and a children's lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance and ample off street parking is also available. For transportation to the memorial home please call 617-569-0990.

Services will conclude with Mary's burial in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne MA, with her departed veteran brothers and sisters who also served their country.
