KATHLEEN ROBERTSON
BARTON - Kathleen Robertson, 77, of Egle Nursing Home, Lonaconing, formerly of Barton and Elk Garden, W.Va., died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 1997, at the Egle Nursing Home, Lonaconing.
Born Feb. 4, 1920, in Elk Garden, she was a daughter of the late Wade Liller and Pearl (Rawlings) Liller. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Robertson in 1992; three brothers, Clyde, Leland, and Ted Liller; and six sisters, Gladys Burdock, May Burdock, Helene Liller, Thelma Liller, Arbutus Seaber, and Rosalie Stullenberger. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Mrs. Robertson formerly worked as a bookkeeper for the Celanese Corporation, Cresaptown. She was a member of Barton Presbyterian Church and a member of Bethlehem Chapter No. 14 Order of the Eastern Star.

Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Kathy Smith.

Mrs. Robertson donated her body to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation for research.

A memorial service will be conducted at the Barton Presbyterian Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Steven Shussett officiating.

The Boal Funeral Home, Barton, is in charge of the arrangements.

CHARLES E. ROBERTSON, JR.
WESTERNPORT - Charles E. Robertson Jr., 72, of 328 Front St., Westernport, died Saturday, May 24, 1997, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland.
Born April 9, 1925, in Gilmore, he was the son of the late Charles E. Robertson Sr., and the late Rhoda (Donald) Robertson.

Mr. Robertson was formerly employed by Economy Electric Co., Youngstown, Ohio, and the Westernport Post Office. He retired as the bar manager for the Victory Post 155 American Legion. He was a retired fire control technician first class with the U.S. Navy with 20 years of service. He attended St. Peters Catholic Church, and was a 1943 graduate of Central High School. He was a member of Victory Post 155 American Legion, Westernport, and Queens Point VFW 6775, McCoole.

Surviving are his wife, Anna (Mills) Robertson; one son, Charles E. Robertson III, Keyser, W.Va.; one stepson, Orville Knot, Rawlings; one daughter, Anna Marie Streets, Bloomington; four sisters, Mary Lou Muir, Lonaconing, Anna Lee Rowan, LaVale, Sylvia Trenum, Westernport, and Linda Coleman, Lonaconing; 10 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.

At Mr. Robertson's request, he was cremated.

Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Memorial services will follow at the funeral home at 1 p.m. with the Rev. James Hannon officiating.

Interment will be in Maryland Veterans cemetery, Rocky Gap, with full military honors by various military organizations.

Memorials may be sent to Sacred Heart Hospital Hospice, Cumberland.

C. MARIE ROBERTSON
HAGERSTOWN - C. Marie Robertson, 79, of 16905 Lakeview Court, Hagerstown, formerly of Cumberland, died Monday, July 28, 1997, at the Homewood Nursing Home, Williamsport.
Born May 1, 1918, in Butler, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Bertha (Barnhart) Alderton. She also was preceded in death by one sister, Bernadine Brown; and one brother, Leroy Alderton.

She was retired from Grand Union, Martinsburg, W.Va., after 25 years. She was a member of the St. James Brethren Church, the Olive Branch Chapter, OES, Keedysville. She also was past president of the American Legion, Antietam Post 236, Sharpsburg Auxiliary, and the Ladies of the Elks 378.

Surviving are her husband Woodrow "Woody" F. Robertson, to whom she was married to on July 14, 1939; one daughter, Sandra L. Culler, Keedysville; two sons, Gary F. Robertson, LaVale, and M. Leroy Robertson, Stonington, Conn.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m., and one hour prior to services.

Services will be held at the St. James Brethren Church on Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Brian H. Moore officiating.

Interment will be in the Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the St. James Brethren Church Memorial Fund, 17718 Lappans Road, St. James, MD 21781.

AGNES M. ROBERSON
MIDLAND - Agnes Mae Roberson, 80, of Railroad Street, Midland, died Tuesday, July 29, 1997, at Moran Manor Nursing Home, Westernport.
Born Oct. 12, 1916, in Midland, she was the daughter of the late Nathaniel Dunn and Jane (Gray) Dunn. She also was preceded in death by her husband Wilbert Roberson, in 1968.

Mrs. Roberson was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Midland. She also was a member of the Midland Volunteer Fire Company, Ladies Auxiliary, where she was past president. She was a member of the Lonaconing Republican Club and formerly worked at the Kirby Company, Virginia Avenue, Cumberland.

Surviving are one brother, Thomas Dunn and wife Alice, Midland; one sister, Janette D. Broadwater, Midland; and one nephew, Tom Broadwater and wife Debbie, Capon Bridge, W.Va.

Friends will be received at the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A joint Memorial Service by Midland Volunteer Fire Company and Ladies Auxiliary will be at the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Lawrence Frye officiating.

Interment will be in the Frostburg Memorial Park.

FRANCIS T. ROBERTS
WESTERNPORT - Francis T. Roberts, 72, of 478 Roberts St., Westernport, died on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 1997, at his residence.
Born June 4, 1925, in Westernport, he was the son of the late Reuel C. Roberts and Marie L. (Curran) Roberts. He also was preceded in death by a brother, Dr. Robert R. Roberts on July 13, 1997.

Mr. Roberts was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Westernport. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired art teacher from Bruce High School, Westernport. Mr. Roberts also was a member of the Bruce High School Alumni Association and the Retired Teachers Association.

Mr. Roberts is survived by a brother, James A. Roberts and wife, Mary Adele, Ocean Pine; five nephews; and nine nieces.

Friends may call at the Fredlock Funeral Home, Piedmont, W.Va., on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

A Christian Wake will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 7 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday with Father Jim Hannon officiating.

Interment will follow in the Philos cemetery.

JUANITA M. ROBBINS
CUMBERLAND - Juanita Mae Robbins, 96, of 1534 Oldtown Manor, Apartment A, Cumberland, died Tuesday, April 29, 1997, at Memorial Hospital.
Born Nov. 5, 1900, in Nicholas County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late John Henry Brayley and the late Ada Florence (Jones) Brayley. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Carl C. Robbins, in 1971; a brother, John Brayley; and a sister, Lenora McKenna.

Mrs. Robbins was a member of the Homemakers Club and YMCA Ladies Auxiliary. She attended Centre Street United Methodist Church, and Church of Christ.

Surviving are a daughter, Juanita "Susie" Wright and husband Donovan, Cumberland; a son, Carl "Buck" M. Robbins and wife Yvonne, Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; two grandchildren, Johnathan Robbins, Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and Christina Smith, Cumberland; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marie Neal, Lisbon, Ohio.

There will be no visitation.

Services will be conducted at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home on Friday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Wilcoxson officiating.

Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park.

ELDON J. ROBB
CUMBERLAND - Eldon Joseph Robb, 92, of Cumberland, died Monday, March 17, 1997, at Memorial Hospital.
Born Aug. 4, 1904, in Hyndman, Pa., he was the son of the late Charles M. Robb and the late Emma C. (Evans) Robb. He also was preceded in death by a son, Charles T. Robb; and a daughter, Barbara Ann Shaffer.

Mr. Robb was retired from the Celanese Fibers Corp. of America.

Surviving are his wife, Sarah Gail (Burkett) Robb; two sons, Carl M. "Pete" Robb and wife Patricia, Cumberland, and Joseph E. Robb, Gaston, N.C.; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home, 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Wayne Turner officiating.

Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park .
