She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald E. Ehrhart. Devoted mother of David A. Ehrhart and wife Cheryl of Parkville and Tina M. Wagner and husband Jason of Sparks. She was born June 1, 1943 in Baltimore, MD., the daughter of Genevieve Miller (nee Scriba) of Catonsville and the late Grant Miller. She was a homemaker. Dear sister of Dennis Miller and wife Kathy of Catonsville, Gregory Miller and wife Renee of Westminster, Donald “Kevin” Miller and wife Mary of Catonsville, Grant “Woody” Miller and wife Marie of Delaware and Mary Margaret Schriefer and husband Jeff of Littlestown, PA. Loving grandmother of Jessica, Christopher, Matthew, Ethan, Jacob, Steven, and Nathan. Also survived by one great granddaughter Gabriel Rohrbaugh. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield, MD (Beside South Carroll High School) on Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Miller, Thomas P.
Thomas Paul Miller, age 64, of Mt. Airy, Died Thursday February 21, 2008 at his home. He was born November 12, 1943 in Ellis, Kansas the son of the late Nicholas Benjamin Miller and the late Elaine Pickinpaugh Miller. He was a retired Computer Technician and he loved his grandchildren. He was the husband of Margarete Liebegott Miller. Survived by daughter Vivian Marie Miller of Texas and sons Thomas Michael Miller of Laurel and Paul Gerhard Miller of Mt. Airy. Also survived by former daughter in law Debra White. Survived by grandchildren Kim, Scott, Michael, Stephanie, Nicholas, Alia, Christopher James, Christina, Randy and the late Christopher Ryan Miller. Predeceased by two sisters. Memorial Service will be held Monday February 25, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church 16151 Old Frederick Road, Woodbine with Diaconal Audrey D. Forbes officiating. Private Interment.

Brosenne, Jr., Norman J.
Norman J. Brosenne Jr., 67 of Baltimore died Saturday March 8, 2008 in Bon Secur Hospital in Baltimore. He has passed to the Lord and has joined his loving late wife Elsie Lydia Brosenne. Born on September 23, 1940, he was the son of the late Norman Brosenne Sr. and the late Mary Brosenne. He worked over 20 Years with the family owned “Brosenne Landscaping Business” and loved his work. His surviving children include Larry L. Brosenne of Owings Mill, Norman James Brosenne III of Westminster, Heather L. Zell of Abingdon, and Shawn T. Brosenne of Hagerstown. He was predeceased by daughters Janet L. Seal, and Norma J. Brosenne. In addition, he is survived by Father in Law Arthur Beall, Six Grandchildren and his siblings, Clint Brosenne, Paul Brosenne, Harry Brosenne, Mary Louise Eyler, Dorothy Thomas and predeceased by brothers Joseph Brosenne, and William Brosenne. He was also predeceased by Mother in Law Janet L Beall. A funeral service will be held Tuesday March 11th at 11am at Burrier- Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784 with the Rev. Donald Burgard of Wards Chapel United Methodist Church.Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD. Viewing services will be held Monday March 10th 2-4pm, and 7-9pm.

Schuder-Starr, Sandra E.
Sandra Ellen Schuder Starr, 50 of Sykesville, MD, died Wednesday March 12, 2008 at the Dove House in Westminster, MD. She was the spouse of Robert B. Starr of Sykesville. She was born March 28, 1957 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Howard William Schuder and the late May Eva Evans Schuder. She was the Assistant Controller for Turf Valley Resort and before that worked for the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company(A&P) She has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Towson State University. Surviving her in addition to her husband are step-mother Joan Schuder, Son William Robert Starr of Sykesville, Brother Howard Schuder of Red Lion, PA, Step-brothers Tim Judge of Perry Hall and Tom Judge of Annapolis and Step-sister Karen Judge of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 15, 2008 10 AM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Shadeline-Lyburn, Rea
Rea Shadeline Lyburn, 61 of Westminster, MD, died suddenly while vacationing with her Loving husband Jack Lyburn in Aruba on March 11, 2008. Mrs. Lyburn was born April 28, 1946 in Baltimore MD the daughter of the late Lawrence L. Shadeline and the late Lois Laird Shadeline. Mrs. Lyburn started her teaching career in the Baltimore City School System, then taught 10 years at Hernwood Elementary School in Baltimore County, became a teacher at First United Presbyterian Christian Pre-School and Kindergarten, where she later became the director for 11 years before retiring, She was an avid golfer and member of Piney Branch Country Club, She enjoyed quilting and bowling and was a volunteer at Carroll Hospital Center’s White Rabbit. Surviving in addition to her husband are Son and Fiancé Bryan Lyburn and Katie Marsh of Frederick, MD Daughter and son-in-law Rachel and Shawn Anglemyer of Littlestown, PA, Son Andrew Lyburn of Towson, MD Granddaughter Savannah Rea Anglemyer of Littlestown, PA and Brother John Shadeline of Hampstead. Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday March 17, 2008 1:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church, 65 Washington Rd. Westminster, MD 21157 officiating will be Rev. Walt Peters and Rev. Glenn Lyburn. Interment will be in Deer Park cemetery, Westminster, MD. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM. Condon, Ralph D.
Ralph DeWitt Condon, 90 of Woodbine, MD, died Friday, March 14, 2008 at Carroll Lutheran Village Health Care Center. He was the spouse of Freda Elaine Baile Condon. He was born January 29, 1918 in Woodbine, MD the son of the late George W. Condon and the late Carrie Mae Bloom Condon. Mr. Condon had his own farm for 8 years. He was a Pole Lineman for M.F. Arrington and Sons and later worked as a Pole Lineman and Electrician for Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab before retiring in 1983. He was a veteran of the United States Army, A Member of American Legion Post #31 Westminster, MD, A member of Mt. Olive United Methodist Church. He enjoyed gardening, old movies, country music and spending time with his little Angels. Surviving in addition to his wife are Daughter and son-in-law Linda and Raymond Conaway of Westminster, Daughter Alice Scott of Woodbine. Grandsons and wives Ryan and Jennifer Conaway, Brant and Heidi Conaway. Great-granddaughters Lauren and Meghan Conaway and great-grandson Austin Conaway. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, devoted friends and family. Preceded in death by Brother Arthur Condon and Sisters Dorothy Arrington and Thelma Jenkins. Funeral Services will be held on Monday March 17, 2008 10 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A. 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 with the Rev. Arthur Monroe officiating. Interment will be in Morgan Chapel cemetery, Woodbine, MD. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Keiser, Robert L.
Robert Lee Keiser, age 76, of Woodbine, died Tuesday March 18, 2008 at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster, MD. He was born July 2, 1931 in Pittsburgh, PA the son of the late Charles Henry Keiser and the late Mabel brown Keiser. He was a retired auto worker for Ford Motor Company. He attended Winfield Bible Church and was in the 82nd airborne in the Army as a Sergeant. He was the brother of Dennis and Carol Keiser of State College, PA and James and Pat Keiser of Woodbine and Patricia Biebl of Texas and the late Wally Keiser and the late Beverly Bobok and the late Shirley Stuart. Father of Wayne & Cindy Keiser of Buffalo, NY and Darlene and Kevin Babatz of Savage, Minnesota. Grandfather of Jeffrey Keiser, Kristal Schaffer and Brian Albaugh. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held Monday March 24, 2008 at 12:00 Noon at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) with the Pastor Kim Gee of Winfield Bible Church officiating. Interment Garrison Forest Veteran cemetery. Darling, Ethel V.
Ethel Virginia “Petey” Darling (nee Higgs), age 84, of Randallstown, Died Friday April 4, 2008 at home. She was the wife of William Donald Darling for over 61 years. She was born October 18, 1923 in Baltimore County, MD the daughter of the late Clarence Higgs and the late Nellie Reeder Higgs. She was employed by C.R. Daniels Textile Mill in Daniels, MD as a weaver. She was a Store Clerk at Perry Wade’s Store. She was a Life-member of Liberty Road Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed Bingo & Bowling. She was the mother of Kenneth Duane and Gerri Darling of Finksburg, Ronald Wayne & Peggy Darling of Manchester. Sister of James Higgs of Woodstock and Dorothy Ford of Woodstock and the late Melvin Higgs and the late Alice Perry. Grandmother of Rev. Christopher D. & Beth Darling of North Charleston, SC. Great Grandmother of Carrie Grace Darling. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday April 8, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) with her grandson Rev. Christopher D. Darling officiating. Interment Lorraine Park cemetery, Woodlawn, MD. Stelmach, Janice M.
Janice Marie Stelmach (nee Waltrup), 66, of Mt. Airy, formerly of Brooklyn Park, died April 7, 2008 in her home of complications from liver cancer. Janice was born on June 18, 1941 in Washington D.C. to Elizabeth Waltrup and the late Charles Waltrup. She was a retired secretary from both the Anne Arundel and Carroll County School systems. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, swimming, dancing, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of nearly 45 years, George Stelmach; daughters Jeannine Eddleton, Joanne Cotton, Carol Curley and Jennifer Shively; mother Elizabeth Waltrup; brother Richard Waltrup; and grandchildren Andy, Tyler, Maggie, Jessica, Tommy, David, Eric, George, James, Elizabeth, and Ellie. Viewing to be held at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd Winfield, MD on Wednesday from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm with a Christian Wake Service at 7:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Michael’s Catholic Church 1200 St. Michael Rd Mt. Airy, MD 21771 on Thursday at 11 am. Interment will be in the Church cemetery. McNeal, John B.
John Bruce McNeal, 57 of Eldersburg, MD, died Wednesday April 9, 2008 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD at a long illness. He was the spouse of Grace Elizabeth Golden McNeal. He was born October 1, 1950 in Louisville, KY the son of Don Frank McNeal of Princeton, KY and Okeechobee, FL and the late Doris Bierbaum McNeal. He was an IT Specialist for the Social Security Administration, A Member of Winfield Bible Chapel, Member of Concordia Lodge #13 A.F. & A.M., and Past President of St. Andrews Society of Baltimore. Member of Harley Owners Group of Elkridge, Captain of MD Loyalist Battalion (Revolutionary War Re-enactors Group). Graduate of The Kings College, Briarcliff, NY. Member of Beaver Lodge ( a group of Masonic Re-enactors). Surviving in addition to his wife and father at Step-Mother Mary Grace McNeal Brother Scott Edward McNeal of Bristol, CT, Son and daughter-in-law Shawn David and Heather McNeal of Columbia, Son Evan Ross McNeal of Eldersburg. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday April 12, 2008 11 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 with the Rev. Kim Gee of Winfield Bible Chapel officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge cemetery, Woodbine, MD. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Mennerick, Ralph E.
Ralph Edward Mennerick, 59 of Taylorsville, MD, died Thursday April 10, 2008 at his home in Taylorsville, MD. He was the spouse of his High School Sweetheart Sandi Martin Mennerick. Mr. Mennerick was born December 11, 1948 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Ralph Leroy Mennerick, Jr. and the late Frances Lee Mennerick. He was retired but previously worked for Summit Electric. He enjoyed the outdoors, taking care of his property, his Harley-Davidson and animals. Surviving him in addition to his wife are Daughter and son-in-law Melinda and Robert Vaccaro of Arbutus, Daughter and son-in-law Stefanie and Rick Scranton of Mt. Airy. Sister Barbara Lagocki of NJ. Grandchildren: Joseph and Frank Vaccaro and Kyle Scranton. Preceded in death by brother Steven Lee Mennerick. Funeral Services will take place Monday April 14, 2008 11:30 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 with the Rev. Sterle, Henry R.
Henry Richard Sterle, age 89, of Mt. Airy, MD, died Saturday April 12, 2008 at Lorien Assisted Living in Mt. Airy, MD. He was born November 15, 1918 in Shoaf, PA the son of the late Joseph M. Sterle and the late Anna Pinteric Sterle. He resided in Collier, PA for most of his life, moving to Mt. Airy, MD in June 2003 where he resided at the Lorien Assisted Care Living and Nursing Home until his death. H e graduated from Georges High School where he played football and basketball. Graduated from West Virginia University in 1942 with a B.S. degree in Animal husbandry and agriculture science. He played football for West Virginia University. Received a Master’s Degree in education from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Served as an M.P. in Iran for 3 ½ years during WWII. Worked 20 years for the Veterans Administration program with “on the farm training” and Uniontown Vocational School. He taught for 15 years at Mt. Vernon High School in Fairfax County, VA. He was a lifetime member of the Uniontown VFW for over 50 years. As a member he was active in the daily card club. He is survived by his nephew Ronald J. Sterle, and his family, of Middleburg Heights, Ohio and his niece Joann S. Rockwell, and her family, of Mt. Airy, MD and a special friend Thomas Rihn and his family of Virginia. He was also predeceased by his brothers Joseph B. Sterle and Frank P. Sterle. Funeral Service will be held Saturday April 19, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown, PA 15401. Interment will be in Sylvan Heights cemetery, Uniontown, PA, where military honors will be accorded by VFW Post 47. Friends may call at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. On Friday from 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to: VFW Post 47, 142 W. Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.
