CARMEL - Funeral services for Lorraine E. Verrill will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with Rev. Dr. David Henry, pastor of the Lamoine Baptist Church, officiating.
Spring interment will be at Highland Cemetery, Carmel.

REBECCA FLORENCE WHITE

DANFORTH - Rebecca Florence White, 80, died Dec. 22, 2004, at her daughter's home in Wingdale, N.Y. She was born March 14, 1924, in Danforth, the daughter of Florence (Lee) and Sylvester Muncey. She worked as a therapy aide at Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in Wingdale, for 24 years, retiring in 1986. She was a member of the Danforth United Methodist Church and the Danforth American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by four children, Alton White Sr. of Lagrangeville, N.Y., Helen B. Chase of Wingdale, N.Y., Joann Martell of Brushton, N.Y. and Lillian Moore of Hancock; one brother, James Muncey of Wingdale, N.Y.; three sisters, Marion Knights of Wingdale, Margaret St. Onge of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and Gloria Irish of Danforth; 15 grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by four sons, Morris White Jr., George White, Allan White, Martin White; two daughters, Ellen and Dorothy White; one brother, Gerald Muncey and two sisters, Amelia Lowe and Vera Bonner. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, at the Hufcut Funeral Home, Main St., Dover Plains, N.Y. Graveside services will be held in the spring at Danforth Cemetery, Danforth.

ARLENE E. WORSTER

EAST MARIAVILLE and BANGOR - Funeral services for Arlene Etta Worster, will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, at Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, with Pastor Matthew Ward officiating.
Interment will be in Osborn Cemetery, Route 179, Aurora.

RUSSELL E. WRIGHT

MILO - Russell Edward Wright, 77, fondly known as Bumpy by his grandchildren, died Dec. 20, 2004, after a long illness. He was born June 12, 1927, in Mount Desert, the son of Hollis and Virginia (Davis) Wright. Russell served in the armed forces during World War II and the Korean War. He worked as a lobsterman, a grounds keeper for John D. Rockefeller, Jr., a woodsman and a truck driver for Dexter Shoe in Milo. Russell is survived by his children: Leslie and his wife, Helene, of Norwood, Mass.; Eugene and his wife, Cynthia, of Milo; Beverly Wright, of Milo; Virginia Chessa and her boyfriend, William Brown, of Milo; Lydia and her husband, Timothy Richard, of Milo; Debra Murphy, of Milo; Ralph and his wife, Joan, of Sangerville; Melissa and her husband, Christopher Roy, of Bradford; and Donald, of Bangor; grandchildren, Alicia and her husband, Raymond Ferris, of Milo; Megan Wright, of Milo; Regina Wright of Milo; Antwan Wright of Milo; Jessie Chessa of Stonington; Christopher Chessa and his fianc?e, Heidi Robinson, of Milo; Thomas Larson of Milo; Jennifer and her husband, Shawn Thibeau, of Augusta; Jazmine and Jarod Roy, of Bradford; great-granddaughter, Caitlin Hodgkins, of Stonington; great-grandsons, Guy Thibeau, of Augusta and Nicholas Ferris, of Milo; three sisters, Carol and her husband, Donald Carter, of Sullivan; Gwendolyn and her husband, Bryant Poors, of Waltham; Dora Pettegrew, of Vermont; one brother, Walter and his wife, Marcia, of Missouri; sisters-in-law, Gertrude and her husband, Conrad Demers, of Milo; Gladys Wright, of Milo; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; his stepfather, George Buzzell; his wife, Norma Ogden Wright; three brothers, Hollis Jr., Leslie and Galen; one sister, Helen Parker. Family and friends are invited to attend a time of remembrance 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 27, 2004, at the American Legion Hall in Milo.

JULIETTE GUERRETTE

MADAWASKA - Juliette (Bolduc) Guerrette, 82, died Nov. 20, 2004, at the Edmundston Regional Hospital. She was the wife of the late Rodolphe Guerrette who died in 1996. She was born Jan. 29, 1922, at St. Gervais, Bellechasse, P.Q. and the second child of Francois Bolduc and Anna Marie Bouchard. She is survived by four children, three sons, Gilbert and Louise (Lacombe) Guerrette of Madawaska, Ronald Guerrette of Appleton, Denis and Micky (Cordes) Guerrette of Nashua, N.H.; one daughter, Paula (Mark) Manning of Birch Point, Madawaska; seven siblings, two brothers, Amedee and Jeanne (Martin) Bolduc, of Edmunston, N.B., Marcel Bolduc of Beaumont, Que.; five sisters, Marie (of late Gerard) Raymond of Frenchville, Lucia (Kurt) Hartmeier of Vittoria, Ont., Canada, Jeanette (Pierre) Newenschwander of Palm Desert, Calif., Helene Bolduc of Perth, Ont., Canada, Lucienne Bolduc and her companion, Jean Louis Beaulac, of Gloucester, Ont., Canada; her sister-in-law, Louise (Turgeon) Bolduc of Quebec; six grandchildren, her godchild, Steve Guerrette of Whitehouse, Ohio, Kirk Guerrette of Rockland, Cynthia Landry of St. David, Cynthia Dube of Greenland, N.H, Jesse and Shawn Guerrette of Nashua, N.H. and eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her dear companion, Mr. Henry Myers of Madawaska. She was predeceased by her brother, Lucien Bolduc. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 147, and volunteered at the Good Samaritan Thrift Shop, High View Manor and the Forever Young Club. She enjoyed helping people. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Madawaska. Viewing will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at the Daigle Funeral Home, Madawaska.

BARBARA A. BARNETT

MILLINOCKET - Barbara Ann (McLain) Barnett, 60, passed away April 2, 2003, at a local hospital surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Barbara was born June 4, 1942, in Stacyville, the daughter of the late Guy and Erma (Cullens) McLain. Barbara was a warm and loving mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy was family gatherings, listening to country music, and playing Yahtzee. She enjoyed her home and the company of her favorite pet bird, Bobby. Barbara is survived by her loving fianc‚, Rene Bernier, of Millinocket; her five children, Dean and wife, Diana Barnett, of South Meriden, Conn., Peter Jr. and wife, Laura Barnett, Ritchie and wife, Lynn Barnett, Trina (Barnett) Tinkham, and Laura (Barnett) and Brent Rollins, all of Millinocket; also her 11 grandchildren, Brad, Matt, Anthony, Eric, Garrett, Cory, Shelby, Nate, Christopher, Jeremy, and Ashley; two sisters, Louise Morey and Edith Bartlett, both of Millinocket; a brother, Fred and wife, Vicky McLain, of Esko, Minn.; and the father of her children, Peter Barnett Sr. of Brownville. A graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Katahdin Area Support Group, 10 Field St., Millinocket, ME 04462. JANE ANNE SIBLEY ELLIOTT

BUCKSPORT - A funeral service for Jane Anne Sibley Elliott will be held 11 a.m. Friday, at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport, with the Rev. Daniel Berry officiating.
Interment will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, R.I.
Immediately following the service, a gathering of conversation and refreshment will be held at Brown Hall.
Donations in Jane's memory may be made to the Elm St. Congregational Church, P.O. Box 878, Bucksport, ME 04416.

MILLINOCKET - Graveside committal services for Marc Goody Guillow, who died April 11, 2002, will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 11, 2003, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor. Arrangements by R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, Millinocket.

CLARA L. HAMMONS

BUCKSPORT - Clara L. Hammons, 95, died April 3, 2003, at a Penobscot nursing facility.
Funeral services will be announced in the spring by Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, Bucksport, along with a complete obituary.

KEITH SNYDER

JACKSON - Keith Darren Snyder, 29, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2003. He was born on Feb. 18, 1974. Keith grew up in Jackson, and lived in Portland, Seattle, Wash., and Raleigh, N.C., where he raised his son as a single parent for four years. He enjoyed music and was a very dedicated father to his son, he was also enrolled in gunsmithing school and loved anything to do with guns. Keith was predeceased by his sister, Vickie Snyder; paternal grandfather, John Snyder; and maternal grandfather, Hugh Ricker. Keith is survived by his beloved son, Zayne Snyder; his paternal grandmother, Venton Snyder of Toughkenamon, Pa.; his maternal grandmother, Sadie Ricker of Belfast; his mother, Janice (Ricker) Snyder of Jackson; his father, Tam Snyder of Monroe; his sisters, Major Lisa Snyder, U.S. Army, of San Antonio, Texas, and Tammy Snyder of Northport; his stepfather, Bob Murphy of Jackson; stepmother, Linda Allaband of Monroe; and his partner, Rebecca Martin of Brooks. Visitation will be held between 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 4, at the Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Little River Baptist Church, Belfast. Interment will take place at the Jackson Corner Cemetery, Jackson. Those wishing to make memorial donations may do so to an education fund for Zayne Snyder, care of Bangor Savings Bank, P.O. Box 386, Belfast, ME 04915.

MARGUERITE P. KALEL

BREWER - Marguerite P. Kalel, 91, died April 1, 2003, at a Bangor healthcare center. She was born Nov. 7, 1911, in Madison, the daughter of James and Henrietta (Trenton) McAree. Marguerite was a longtime resident of Brewer. She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family. Surviving are one son, Thomas Kalel of California; one special niece, Mary P. Coleman of Brewer; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Henrietta M. Foss, in 1995. She will be remembered by a special friend, James Murray of Brewer. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, at Kiley Funeral Home, 69 State St., Brewer, with the Rev. Joel R. Cyr, pastor of St. Teresa and St. Joseph Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will take place later in the spring at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor.

ALICE MARIE (FIELD) LYMBURNER

BAR HARBOR - Alice Marie (Field) Lymburner, 84, died April 3, 2003, at her home in Bar Harbor. She was born Jan. 23, 1919, in Bar Harbor, the daughter of Ralph and Mildred (Keezer) Field. She was educated in Bar Harbor schools. Alice married Lawrence E. Lymburner Sr., in 1948. They owned and operated Dreamwood Pines Motel in Bar Harbor for many years. She was also an active real estate broker before retirement. Alice was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Mayflower Society. She is survived and will be greatly missed by three sons; Lawrence Lymburner Jr., of Lehigh Acres, Fla., John Lymburner of Redmond, Wash. and Paul Lymburner of Bar Harbor; two daughters, Joy VanBrunt of Issaquah, Wash. and Lois Shope of Naples, Fla.; eight grandchildren, Brad, Robert and Scott Lymburner, Karen, Laurel and Lee VanBrunt, Lisa and Tom Frechette; four great-grandchildren Ethan, Faith, Taylor and Megan Lymburner; siblings, Pat Young and Betsy Doyle of Bar Harbor, Helen Bonesio of Sulphur, La., John Field of Cumberland; and many nieces and nephews. Alice was predeceased by her beloved husband of 52 years, Lawrence; sisters, Elizabeth "Liz" Dyment-Simpkins and Carole Carter; and by brothers, Ralph and Don. Friends are invited to the viewing from 11a.m. - 12 noon, Saturday, April 5, 2003, at St. Mary's Chapel at St. Savior's Episcopal Church, Mount Desert Street, Bar Harbor. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon at the Church and visiting with family members will be in the Parish Hall from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Those who desire may make contributions in Alice's memory to the American Cancer Society, One Main St., Suite 300, Topsham, ME 04086.

MARY BEVERLY (COLLEY) GOODINE

PORTLAND - Mary Beverly (Colley) Goodine, 73, of 100 State St., Portland, passed away peacefully at Maine Medical Center in Portland on March 24, 2003. She was born on Oct. 11, 1929, in Portland, and remained a Maine resident throughout her life. She lived in Gray as a child and later moved with her family to Bangor. She graduated from John Baptist High School, and married Eugene Goodine of Bangor in 1949. She was a longtime resident of Houlton, where she and Gene raised their two daughters. She enjoyed group card games with friends, bowling, gardening and family get-togethers. She moved to Gray for a short time and then to Portland in 1986, where she had resided at 100 State St. for the past 17 years. There, she made many new friends with whom she took frequent day trips to the coast and to Cole Farms Restaurant in Gray. She enjoyed being with her family and looked forward to visits with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson, Lucas Benjamin Dewitt; her husband; and two brothers, James Colley of Florida and Ronald Colley of Bangor. She is survived by two loving daughters, Elaine M. LaBrie and husband, Patrick, of New Gloucester, and Nancy J. Dewitt and husband, Gary, of Gilbert, Ariz. She also has three granddaughters, Adrienne Marie (Dewitt) Stubbs and husband, Steve, of Caribou, Desiree Mae (LaBrie) Kelly and husband, Sean, of Falmouth, and Danielle Jeanne LaBrie of Norwich, Conn.; and two precious great-grandchildren, Garrett Benjamin Stubbs and Brielle Grace Stubbs of Caribou, (they all called her "Guggy"); one sister, Lucille (Colley) Anderson of Portland, Ore.; several nieces and nephews, as well as many special friends. A family memorial will take place at a later date and interment will be in Gray Village Cemetery, Gray. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary can be made to: National Kidney Foundation of Maine, 630 Congress St., Portland, ME 04101.

WINIFRED MCLEAN

LUBEC - Winifred "Winnie" McLean, 85, died April 3, 2003, at a Machias hospital.
Visiting hours will be 12 noon until time of service 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2003, at the Larrabee Baptist Church, Machiasport.
Interment will follow in the New Cutler Cemetery.
Arrangements are in care of McClure Family Funeral Services, Lubec.
