Delane Bailey
GOODMAN, Wis. - Delane Cutchins-Bailey, 90, of Goodman, died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006, at Florence Villa Nursing Home.
She was born Jan. 31, 1916, in Newport News, Va. Delane graduated from Newport News High School and was a resident there for most of her life.
She married George M. Cutchins and he preceded her in death in 1962. Delane was a member of the First Baptist Church in Newport News for more than 50 years. She was very devoted to her family.
She is survived by one daughter, Vera Hinnant of Valrico, Fla.; one son, Robert (Peggy) Cutchins of Goodman; her daughter-in-law, Brenda Cutchins of Spencer, Va.; one brother, James E. Sammons of Port Richey, Fla.;11 grandchildren, Sharon, Lisa, Steve, and Robbie; Leigh, Robert Jr., George, Dustin, and Brent, George and Matt and 15 great- grandchildren
Delane was preceded in death by one son, George Cutchins Jr., her son-in-law, Joe Hinnant and a brother, Wilroy Sammons.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Pat Nolet will officiate.
Burial will be in the Goodman cemetery.
The Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.

Harold Miller
KINGSFORD - Harold Franklin Miller, 48, of 312 Barton St., Kingsford, died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2006, at his home.
He was born on Nov. 14, 1957, in Hamlet, N.C., the son of James and Margaret (Tyndall) Miller.
Harold graduated from Kingsford High School in 1975. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy for more than 10 years. He was a cook for the Breen Senior Center and a furniture maker for Norway Furniture. Harold truly enjoyed spending time with his family. He also loved to cook, refinish furniture, watch westerns, hunting, fishing, taking rides through the woods, and making treasures.
He is survived by his children, Lindsay Ann and Elizabeth Ann, both of Iron Mountain, his parents, James and Margaret Miller of Iron Mountain; his brothers and sisters, Margaret Ann (Duane) Porath of Kingsford, James of Iron Mountain, Fred (Tracy) of Sagola, Ann Lindholm of Kingsford, and Jenny (Kirt Wedin) Wilinski of Iron Mountain; a stepdaughter, Nicole Hood of Iron Mountain; a special nephew, Joshua Lindholm; two stepgrandchildren, Justice Nicole Miller and Joseph Clayton Weinfurter, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Tondin-Ross & Freeman Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
The Tondin-Ross & Freeman Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Curtis Huck
FOSTER CITY - Curtis M. Huck, 82, of Foster City, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006, at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee.
He was born on July 8, 1923, in Iron Mountain, son of the late Myron and Mary (Gayan) Huck. He was a graduate of Iron Mountain High School.
Curtis proudly served in the United States Army during World War II. He received the Bronze Star in the Pacific Theater of Operations.
Curtis married the former Dorothy Mans on July 27, 1946, in Marinette. They moved to Menominee in 1946. Curtis then was employed for Scott Paper in Marinette until his retirement.
In 1984, they moved to "Camp" in Foster City and have resided there since. Curtis was a life member of the Felch-Breen Post 4803 Veterans of Foreign Wars and the National Rifle Association. He was a member of the Montana Chapter of the 41st Division, 163rd Infantry. He was also a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Curtis loved trains and collected model trains. He enjoyed photography and was an avid hunter and trout fisherman.
Curtis is survived by a son, Gary (Lynn) Huck of Liberty Hill, Texas; a sister, Rita Merrick of Green Bay, Wis.; grandchildren, Martin (Michelle) Huck of San Antonio, Texas, Ryan Huck of Austin, Texas and Jessica Bierhaus of Lander, Wyo.; great-grandchildren, Jerremy, Joshua and Jacob Huck of San Antonio; a son-in- law, Lee Bierhaus of Lander, Wyo. and many nieces and nephews including a special niece, Susan Hale.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Lynda Bierhaus; a brother, Harold Huck and a sister, Dorothy Mette.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10 a.m. to12 noon at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 12 noon at the funeral home. Fr. Daniel Zaloga will officiate.
Burial will be in cemetery Park.
The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain with the funeral arrangements.

Irene Anderson
KINGSFORD - Irene "Babe" Anderson, 80, of 332 Hemlock St. in Kingsford, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain.
She was born on Dec. 13, 1925, in Escanaba.
She married Walter U. Anderson on Nov. 21, 1945, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1976. Babe was a member of American Martyrs Catholic Church, St. Veronica's Circle, and a former member of the Daughters of Isabella.
Babe had worked as a waitress at the Dickinson Inn, as a clerk for the Holiday Motel, and as a cake decorator for Bay Super Valu. Babe, the cake lady, enjoyed baking and decorating cakes for many of her customers even after she retired.
She also enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, and was an avid Packers fan.
She was a loving grandmother and a very generous person. Grandma had the best decorated house for all occasions and gave the biggest candy bars out at Halloween.
She is survived by two sons, Dennis W. Anderson of East Kingsford and Gary "Cud" (Debra) Anderson of Iron Mountain; one daughter, Lani (Patrick) Miller of East Kingsford; one brother; Robert (Chris) Clark of Green Bay, Wis.; and four grandchildren, Matthew, Gary, Joshua, and Cassandra Anderson
She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Kingsford Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home and 11 a.m. at the American Martyrs Church. Fr. Joseph Gouin will offer the Mass of Christian Burial.
Burial will be in cemetery Park.

Kenneth Runsat
IRON MOUNTAIN - Kenneth John Runsat, 72, of Iron Mountain, passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006.
Ken, who was also affectionately known as Page or Idge to family and friends, was born on Nov. 29, 1933, in Munising, son of Robert and Edna Runsat of Munising.
Ken spent time in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Ken traveled to Milwaukee in 1957 to attend the World Series and decided to call Milwaukee home and went to work for Wisconsin Electric Power Co.
Ken married Mary Roland on June 24, 1965. Ken and his wife took up sailing as a hobby at first, but eventually got involved with yacht racing and would spend many summer weekends racing sail boats. He had a lot of interest in older wooden boats. Ken was a lifelong member of the South Shore Yacht Club in Milwaukee.
In 1981, Ken and his family moved to Iron Mountain where he would eventually retire from Wisconsin Electric in 1990. During his retirement, he enjoyed many hobbies which included RC airplanes, ham radio, and flying his ultralite airplane. He made many friends in the various clubs he would join in support of his hobbies and was a member of the EAA. He also enjoyed watching his 'grandtads' participate in sports. When his wife retired in 1999, the two of them began traveling in their RV during the winter months. Ken loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Ken is survived by three children; sons, James (Lori) Runsat of Kingsford and Knute (Alissa) Runsat of Hardwood and a daughter, Kathryn (Jamie) Ellis of Iron Mountain and eight grandchildren, Kevin and Corey Runsat, Hailey and Hanna Ellis and Annslee, Ezekiel, Gavin and Reighan. He is also survived by a brother Rick (Lorraine) Runsat of Chatham; a sister, Laurie (Jim) Depew of Newberry; a sister-in-law, Annabelle Runsat of Mexico; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, who passed away on Jan. 3, 2006; his father, Robert and mother, Edna; a brother, Bobby; and nephews, Doug and Brock.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Erickson-Rochon and Nash Funeral in Iron Mountain.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Michael March will officiate.
Burial will be in cemetery Park in Iron Mountain.
The family would like everyone to join them at the Premiere Center for lunch following the graveside services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northwoods Airlifeline.
The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon and Nash Funeral Home with the funeral arrangements.

Joseph Trepanier
IRON MOUNTAIN - Joseph T. Trepanier, 84, of 418 West C St., Iron Mountain, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2006, at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain.
Joe was born Feb. 17, 1921, in Iron Mountain, son of the late Clement and Marion (Groleau) Trepanier. He left school at age 16 to help support his family. Joe worked at four different CCC camps including the Escanaba River camp 1620, Isle Royal camp 634, Skokie, Ill. camp and Dunbar, Wis. camp. In 1942, Joe entered the U.S. Navy and served aboard the USS Castor AKS1 for two years. He was honorably discharged in 1944.
Joe married Florence E. Greenleaf on Oct. 21, 1952, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iron Mountain. She preceded him in death on Aug. 27, 1981.
Joe worked for Ford Motor Co. for 3 1/2 years and then started working for the Markell Co. in 1946. He worked as a roofer until 1953 and then became an insulator until retiring in 1983.
Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing and he loved his dogs, Shane, Sammy and Kirbee very much.
He is survived by a daughter, Mary Jo Trepanier of Iron Mountain; a brother, Paul (Loretta) Trepanier of Princeton, Minn.; sister-in-law, Ronee Greenleaf of Iron Mountain; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Joe was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ted and Willard; three sisters and their husbands, Celia (Merle) Dilley, Caroline (Harry) Kasten and Marie (Joseph) Charlier; a brother-in-law, Leon Greenleaf; a nephew, Michael Greenleaf; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Leo and Pauline Greenleaf.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary and St. Joseph Catholic Church. Fr. Daniel Zaloga will offer the Mass of Christian Burial.
Burial will be in cemetery Park.
Pallbearers will be Joe's nephews, Dean and Dave Dilley, Jay and Pierre Trepanier, Jon Greenleaf, and his niece & godchild, Terese Cullinan.
The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon and Nash Funeral Home with the funeral arrangements.

Virginia Chrisman
AURORA, Wis. - Virginia R. Chrisman, of Aurora, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2006, at her home.
She was born in Milwaukee on Feb. 22, 1928, daughter of the late Benjamin and Catherine (Bradley) Isely. Virginia graduated from South Division High School in Milwaukee.
She married Edwin C. Chrisman on June 13, 1946, in Milwaukee and he preceded her in death on Nov. 23, 2004. Virginia worked as a bookkeeper for many years.
She was member of American Martyrs Catholic Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, working crossword puzzles, bowling and playing golf.
Virginia is survived by her son, Ralph (George Chars) Chrisman of Milwaukee; daughters, Georgiann (Robert) Gelhar of Aurora and LeaAnn (Larry) Haralson of Fond du Lac, Wis.; a brother, Richard (Tina) Isely of New Holstein, Wis.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Frances Chrisman of Green Bay, Wis. and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Chrisman in 1998; a granddaughter, Brenda Gelhar Mattord in 2003; three brothers; and two sisters.
Visitation was held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. today at the Kingsford Funeral Home.
Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. today at American Martyrs Church. Fr. Joseph Gouin offered the Mass of the Christian Burial.
Burial was in the Homestead-Aurora cemetery.
Her grandsons served as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her memory
