Judy Hauck
Funeral services for Judy M. Hauck, 51, Anoka, take place today (Friday, Feb. 21) at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Dennis Heiden will officiate.
Hauck died at her home Feb. 17, 2003. She was born Oct. 10, 1951 in Anoka to Albert J. and Evelyn M. (Webster) Adler, and was a paraprofessional for District 11.
She is survived by her husband, James; son, Jason of Anoka; daughters, Amy (Stuart) Haefner of Belle Plaine, Crissy (Russ) Christen of Isanti; grandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth and Dillon Haefner, and Hailie Christen; parents, Albert and Evelyn Adler of Longville; brothers, Richard (Loretta) Adler of St. Louis, Mo., John (Judy) Adler of Andover, Tom (Tina) Adler of Remer, Bob (Peggy) Adler of Andover; and nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Joe, Tom Sr., Tom Jr., John Sr., John Jr., Richard and Bob Adler.
Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.
Grant Hawkins
Funeral services for Grant W. Hawkins, 78, Anoka, took place Feb. 11 at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Anoka Chapel. Rev. Liane Rock officiated.
Hawkins died Feb. 8, 2003 at Minnesota Veterans Hospital, St. Cloud. He was born July 17, 1924 in Hassan Township to William H. Hawkins and Marian Grant. He was a World War II Navy veteran and an independent insurance agent.
He is survived by his wife, Grace; children, William (Sandra), John, Gail (Hooshang) Hawkins, Charles (Mae); grandchildren, Kristen (Adam) Luhring, Katie Hawkins, Grant Hawkins, John Hawkins, Sacha (Shari) Yasseri; and sister, Jean (Al) Vogel.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Avis Hartkopf; and brother, Irwin Hawkins.
Interment was at St. John's cemetery, Hassan. Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Anoka Chapel.
Curtis Hennig
Funeral services for Curtis Michael Hennig, 44, Champlin, took place Feb. 17 at Church of St. Stephen, Anoka. Rev. Michael VanSloun officiated.
Hennig died Feb. 10, 2003 in Brandon, Fla. He was born March 28, 1958 in Robbinsdale and was a professional wrestler.
He is survived by his wife, Leonice; children, Joe, Amy, Kaite and Hank; parents, Larry and Irene; brothers and sisters, Randy (Nanette), Sandra Scepurek, Susan Strain (Miles), Jesse (Kara); father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dr. Lloyd Leonard (Geraldine); and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Vincent Jacobson
Funeral services for Vincent G. Jacobson, 81, Coon Rapids, took place Feb. 20 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Anoka.
Jacobson died Feb. 16, 2003 in Coon Rapids. He was born March 24, 1921 in Perham to Knute Jacobson and Josephine Kretenbrink and was a retired railroad signal inspector.
He is survived by his wife, Verana; daughters, Susan (Roger) Ketel and Nancy Stenquist; stepson, Pat (Eileen) Bintz; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and sister, Lydia Stimmler.
Pallbearers were Grant and Brian Ketel, Todd Bintz, John Eder, Troy Mastell and Paul Orton.
Interment was at Acacia Park cemetery, Mendota Heights. Arrangements were by Gearhart.
Reed Lindfors
Funeral services for Reed A. Lindfors, 53, Blaine, took place Feb. 17 at Christ Lutheran Church. Rev. Duane Salness officiated.
Lindfors died Feb. 12, 2003 at his home. He was born Sept. 8, 1949 in Minneapolis to Glen L. Lindfors and Evy J. Colburn. He was a veteran and a cost accountant.
He is survived by his daughter, Tammy (Mike) Swinehart; son, Chad Lindfors; grandson, Gavin; parents, Glen and Evy Lindfors; brother, Bruce Lindfors; sister, Gail (Larry) Plochocki; and nieces, nephews and many friends.
Pallbearers Gail and Larry Plochocki, Bob and Dot Finseth, Gregg Schafer and Maurice Anderson.
Interment was at Sunset cemetery, Minneapolis. Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Blaine Chapel.
Vickie Seibert
Funeral services for Vickie Lynn Seibert, 48, Anoka, took place Feb. 19 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Chapel, Anoka.
Seibert died Feb. 16, 2003 at Mercy Hospital. She was born in Minneapolis to Victor R. Rudick and Shirley A. Hungerford, and was a computer scheduler.
She is survived by her husband, Scott; sons, Jay and Kody; mother, Shirley Rudick; brothers, Carey and Danny; sister, Chicky (Dick) Loscheider and Joni (Dan) Ogle; parents-in-law, Mary Seibert, Bill and Betty Seibert; sisters-in-law, Sharon (LeRoy) Konen and Nancy (Earl) Dingmann; brother-in-law, Mark; stepsisters-in-law, Rozanne (Doug) Fread and Tammy (Peter) Gillispie; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Victor Rudick.
Pallbearers were Dan Ogle, Mark Miskavige, Dick Loscheider, Mark Seibert, Earl Dingmann, and LeRoy Konen.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home.
Marlys Wolff
Funeral services for Marlys Wolff, 86, Coon Rapids, took place Jan. 31 at Zion Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Liane Rock officiated.
Wolff died Jan. 27, 2003 at Mercy Hospital. She was born Jan. 9, 1917 in Burns Township and was a retired cashier and meat wrapper. She volunteered at Mercy Hospital for years.
She is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Don) Nordine, Pat (Mike) Huston, Mona Webster (Steve Krantz); sister, Lou Paulson; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Alvina Wirz; brother, Norman; and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Don Nordine, Mike Huston Sr., Steve Krantz and Mike and Adam Caron and Steve Eason.
Interment was at St. John's Lutheran Church cemetery. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
Dagmar Ehlert
Funeral services for Dagmar M. Ehlert, 94, Anoka, took place Feb. 22 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Dennis Heiden officiated.
Ehlert died Feb. 18, 2003 at Twin Rivers Care Center. She was born Dec. 16, 1909 in St. Paul and was a retired barber.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Ed) Burns; grandchildren, Daniel (Esther), Joel, Mark and Jon; and great-grandson, Ethan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard.
Pallbearers were Daniel, Joel, Mark and Jon Burns.
Interment was at Borghalm cemetery, Bock. Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Anoka Chapel.
Priscilla Hill
Funeral services for Priscilla D. Hill (Warno), 76, Blaine, took place Feb. 26 at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home.
Hill died Feb. 21, 2003 at her home. She was born Sept. 21, 1926 in Edina to Samuel Nelson and Katherine Hansen, and was retired from Honeywell.
She is survived by her children, Steven (Magdalane) Warno, Gary Warno, Kathy (Richard) Morris; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Warno.
Pallbearers were Tony and Jeremy Warno, Nate Ennis, Tim Gross, Don Melcher and A.J. Katseres.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National cemetery. Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Blaine Chapel.
Marilyn Johnson
Funeral services for Marilyn J. Johnson, 63, Champlin, took place Feb. 19 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Anoka. Rev. Dale Erhmann officiated.
Johnson died Feb. 15, 2003 at North Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 5, 19139 in Valley City, N.D., to Paul Anton Hansen and Caroline Mary Brandenberg. She was employed as a secretary.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; children, Mary (Dan) Sybrant, Elizabeth (Brian) Bettermann, Bill Jr. (Heather); grandchildren, Angela, Eric and Amy Sybrant. Brittney and Tiffany Bettermann, Kaitlin Johnson; great-grandson, Daniel Sybrant; brother, Darrell (Mary) Hansen; and many other relatives and friends.
Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Anoka Chapel.
Artis Kuhn
Funeral services for Artis C. Kuhn, 65, Coon Rapids, took place Feb. 21 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Thomas Kunnel officiated.
Kuhn died Feb. 18, 2003 in Coon Rapids. She was born Oct. 12, 1937 in Morris and was a sales clerk.
She is survived by Jeff Kuhn, Callie Pulvermacher (Ted), Sharon Dressel (Jim), Nancy Strelow (Barry); seven grandchildren; and sisters, Beverly Hanson (Jon) and Betty Goodpastor (Roger).
Pallbearers were Jim and Jimmy Dressel, Barry, Bryan and Joey Strelow, Mark and Matt Hanson, Dennis, Kevin and Tom Christianson, Tom Zinken, and Derek and Ted Pulvermacher.
