Age 93 of West St. Paul passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sept. 20, 2012. He is survived by children Becky Lee, Bob, and Nancy Thomas of Arlington, VA; grandchildren Kevin (Celena), Mike (Kelly), Jeremy (Erin), Tom; Angie and Courtney Christman of Arlington, VA; and great-grandchildren Gavin and Grace. He graduated from Eveleth High School where he played hockey and directed his senior class production. He was a proud veteran of World War II where he served four years in the US Army. Frank graduated from Dunwoody Technical Institute and worked at West Publishing Company until he retired. He was a staunch American who took great pride in being part of the greatest generation. He was a journalist at heart who loved to read and write. An original and forward thinker and visionary, his ideas will always be the source of much family pride and humor. He never missed remembering and rewarding a family member's birthday. He was blessed with being able to live 93 independent years doing everything his way. Our Dad and Grandfather: you will always be remembered. Private interment at Fort Snelling.

Age 91, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on August 29, 2012. She is survived by Art Hedstrom, her loving husband of 68 years; daughter, Diane (Eric) Wesman; son, Dean (Sandy Jacobsen) Hedstrom; grandchildren, Chris (Sarah) Wesman and Jennie (DeWayne) Esnough; great- grandsons, Miles Wesman and Eric Esnough, and many dear relatives and friends. She was a talented baker, an adventurous cook and a kind and gracious hostess. Above all, Marian loved her family. A memorial service is at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 6, at First Presbyterian Church of White Bear Lake. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Ramsey County Library and the Kiwanis International Foundation (kif.kiwanis.org).

Born June 19th, 1952 and passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, August 28th, 2012 after a brief battle with cancer. preceded in death by parents Milo and Ruth Tuma of New Prague, MN. Survived by sisters Terri Tuma, Carla (Kurt) Swanson (Tuma); niece, Erin Swanson; and nephew, Stefan Swanson. She was an employee of Fairview Health Systems for many years. A celebration in honor of Dar's life will be held at Elsie's Restaurant, 729 Marshall St. NE, Minneapolis on Friday, September 21st beginning at 6 pm. Dar enjoyed gardening, art, showing hospitality to family, friends and neighbors and spending time with her dogs Tillie and Sophie.
