BRANSTETTER
Harold L. Branstetter Sr., 58, Holts Summit, died Nov. 21, 1999, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis.
He was born Feb. 17, 1941, in Galena, a son of Douglas and Fern Ghan Branstetter. His mother, Fern Schlottmann, survives in Springfield. He was married July 2, 1960, in Miami, Okla., to Jeresa G. Moore, who survives at the home.
He retired as a midwest district manager of sales for Petrolane Industries. He was a member of Capital City Christian Church, Solomon Masonic Lodge 271, Springfield, and Scottish Rite Bodies, Joplin. He also volunteered for Capital Area American Red Cross.
Other survivors include: one son, Harold L. Branstetter Jr., Macon, Ga.; one daughter, Sondra L. Schuyer, Holts Summit; and three grandchildren.
One grandson preceded him in death.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ayre-Goodwin-Lee Funeral Home, Springfield. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery, Springfield.
Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. today.

BARBARICK
Peggy J. Thompson Barbarick, 68, Jefferson City, died Nov. 19, 1999, at Oakview Living Center.
She was born Nov. 23, 1930, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Leslie W. and Grace Lambeth Maddox. Her mother survives in Bonnots Mill.
She was a graduate of Fulton High School and Chillicothe Business College. She worked at Hilton Hotel, St. Louis, the Missouri Department of Revenue, and in home health care. She was a member of Ninth Street Christian Church, Eldon.
Other survivors include: two sons, John L. Thompson, Eldon, and Ronald E. Thompson, Portsmouth, Va.; one brother, John Maddox, Linn; one sister, Carrie Lou Boelkes, Hartsburg; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Morton Funeral Home, Linn. The Rev. Donald Renken will officiate. Burial will be in Useful Cemetery, Useful.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today.

BUSCHMANN
Charles Buschmann, 80, Vienna, died Nov. 21, 1999, in Vienna.
He was born Aug. 16, 1919, in Vienna, a son of Joseph and Elizabeth Heiman Buschmann. He was married Nov. 11, 1939, in Vienna, to Virginia Wessels, who survives at the home.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a civil service employee for 35 years at Fort Leonard Wood as transportation specialist in the motor pool. He retired in 1979. He was fire chief of the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department for 19 years. He was a member of Visitation Catholic Church and Coffey Brothers Memorial American Legion Post 12, both in Vienna.
Other survivors include: two sons, Ronald Buschmann, Katy, Texas , and Dale Buschmann, Jefferson City; one daughter, Karen Ferkol, Gerald; one brother, Norbert Buschmann, St. Louis; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Visitation Catholic Church. The Rev. John Schmitz will officiate. Burial will be in Visitation Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna, with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation also will be from 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to Masses, Visitation Catholic Church and School or Visitation Catholic Cemetery.
GILBERT
Lela Maxine Gilbert, 73, West Plains, died Nov. 21, 1999, at her home.
She was born Aug. 21, 1926, in Thomasville, a daughter of Ogle T. and Olive M. Bay Judd. She was married to John Dexter Anderson, George Barnett and John Gilbert, who all preceded her in death.
A homemaker, she was a member of First Baptist Church, West Plains.
Survivors include: two sons, Larry J. Anderson, El Cajon, Calif., and Jack Anderson, West Plains; four daughters, Wanda J. Majernik, Jefferson City, Kathy Watson Rumfelt, Nixa, and Karen Belcher and Barbara Needs, both of Mendota, Ill.; one brother, Lynn Judd, Willow Springs; four sisters, June Ford, Peace Valley, Joyce Gualandi, Sublette, Ill., and Dollie Wadlow and Carolyn Lunn, both of West Plains; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
One daughter, Marilyn Barnett, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Carter Funeral Home, West Plains. The Rev. Richard Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, Howell County.
Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. today.

MARTIN
Anna G. Martin, 85, Barnett, died Nov. 22, 1999, near Barnett.
She was born Dec. 31, 1913, in Lancaster County, Pa., a daughter of Harry and Barbara Graybill Wanner. She was married Nov. 28, 1933, to Eli S. Martin, who died April 16, 1991.
Survivors include: three sons, Harvey Martin, Fortuna, and Eli Martin Jr. and Marvin Martin, both of Versailles; twelve daughters, Mabel Brubacher, Navron, Pa., Alma Martin, Denver, Pa., Arlene Martin, Shippensburg, Pa., Sarah Martin, Versailles, Edith Leinbach and Lucy Martin, both of Barnett, Lena Martin, Hettie Martin and Edna Martin, all of Fortuna, Barbara Zimmerman, Lydia Martin and Anna Mary Zimmerman, all of Barnett; three sisters, Ada Leinbach, Mabel Weaver and Barbara Wanner, all of state of Pennsylvania ; 115 grandchildren and 214 great-grandchildren.
One son, Ivan Martin, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Clearview Mennonite Church, Versailles. The Rev. Sam Shirk, the Rev. Raymond Stauffer, the Rev. Harry Leinbach and the Rev. Raymond Shirk will officiate. Burial will be in Clearview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the home of Lucy and Irvin Martin, Barnett.
Arrangements are under the direction of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles.
KLIETHERMES
Joseph M. Kliethermes, 29, Loose Creek, died Nov. 23, 1999, near Loose Creek.
He was born July 13, 1970, in Jefferson City, a son of Richard and Georgene Voss Kliethermes. His parents survive in Loose Creek. He was married Sept. 18, 1993, in Wardsville to Amy Rackers, who survives at the home.
He was a 1989 graduate of Fatima High School, Westphalia. He worked for Muenks Brothers Construction. He had worked for IKON Office Solutions and had been a deputy sheriff with the Osage County Sheriff's Department. He was a member of the Linn Volunteer Fire Department and the Osage County First Responders. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Loose Creek, and the Knights of Columbus.
Other survivors include: one son, Matthew Kliethermes, of the home; one daughter, Tara Kliethermes, of the home; one brother, George Kliethermes, Jefferson City; and maternal grandmother, Irene Voss, Loose Creek.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church, Loose Creek. The Rev. Greg Meystrik will officiate. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Loose Creek Community Center, with a prayer service at 8 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to the Matthew and Tara Kliethermes Educational Fund.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hilke-Millard Funeral Home, Westphalia.
McCLELLAN
Albert "Al" McClellan, 81, Camdenton, died Nov. 22, 1999, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics.
He was born Aug. 2, 1918, in Kewanee, a son of Charles H. and Lela Black McClellan. He was married March 5, 1938, to Dorothy Gipson, who survives at home.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he worked 37 years for Anheuser-Busch. He was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Camdenton United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include: one son, Don McClellan, Maryland Heights; three brothers, Marty Hance, Camdenton, Charles McClellan, Wittman, Ariz., and John McClellan, St. Charles; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Allee-Reed Funeral Home, Camdenton. Burial will be at a later date in Allee Memorial Gardens, Camdenton.

SANDERS
Daniel Eugene Sanders, 76, Jefferson City, died Nov. 22, 1999, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born Jan. 7, 1923, in Lebanon, a son of the Rev. Edward F. and Rozela May Griggs Sanders. He was married Sept. 15, 1946, in Jefferson City, to Opal Chapman, who survives at the home.
He attended school in Lebanon. He was employed as an interior decorator with the Unity School of Christianity, Lee's Summit, until his retirement. He was a member of First Assembly of God.
Other survivors include: four brothers, the Rev. Leroy Sanders, Sacramento, Calif., Arthur Sanders, Stockbridge, Ga., James Sanders, Monroe, Ga., and Edward Sanders, Ellijay, Ga.; and one sister, Rosemary Brewer, Rocky Mount.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Assembly of God. The Rev. Lowell Perkins will officiate. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to First Assembly of God missions program.

SAUVE
Services were Nov. 12, 1999, for Jim Sauve, 72, Portland, Ore., formerly of Jefferson City, who died Nov. 7, 1999, at his home.
He was born June 25, 1927, in Elwood, Ind., a son of Velmer H. and Mary Irene Elbert Sauve. He was married Sept. 8, 1951, in Jefferson City, to Alma Jane Duncan, who survives at the home.
An Army veteran, he attended Westminster College, Fulton. He worked as a trooper and criminal investigator for the Missouri State Highway Patrol from 1950 to 1956. He began work in the insurance industry in 1956 and moved to Oregon in 1972. He was recognized as an expert in maritime insurance and retired in 1991 as vice president of the Portland Branch of GRE Insurance Group.
Other survivors include two sons, James D. Sauve, Hayward, Calif., and Steven K. Sauve, Aloha, Ore., and two grandsons.
The remains were cremated. Entombment was in Rose City Cemetery Mausoleum, Portland.
