William Joseph Henderson, 29, of Winfield, passed away on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009.
Henderson born on July 8, 1980 in St. Charles to Terry Lenn and Anita Henderson.
He was employed as a welder at Didion & Sons. He belonged to the First Baptist church in O'Fallon.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda Rae Henderson; his parents, Terry Lenn and Anita Henderson; his three sons, Joseph, Austin Joseph and Marcus Joseph Henderson; his sisters, Marlena Henderson, Julie (Michael) Rau, Amanda Henderson; his eight nieces, three nephews and many aunts and uncles.
Funeral service at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center Chapel 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 2 p.m. Visitation was held at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Interment will be held at St. Charles Memorial Gardens St. Charles, Missouri 63301.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

Funeral services for John Zerr, of Troy, were held Thursday, Nov. 19, at noon from Baue Funeral and Memorial Center Chapel, located at 3920 West Clay in St. Charles.
Mr. Zerr, 77, died on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009.
He was born on Feb. 17, 1932, in St. Charles to the late Edgar and Beatrice Zerr. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and later became a carpenter.
Mr. Zerr is survived by his wife, Frances (Pike) Zerr; his son, John Zerr, Jr.; his step-sons, Mike Keling, Larry Keling, Greg Keling, Randy Keling and his wife, Kellie, Steve Keling and his wife, Debbie, Brad Keling and his wife, Cheryl, Rick Keling and his wife, Rheva, and Rob Keling, and his wife, Tammy; his brothers, Edgar Zerr, and his wife, Jean, and Bob Zerr and his wife, Elkie; his sisters, Dorothy Burkemper and her husband, Herby, Betty Hahn, and Carol Kritzer and her husband, Pete; 19 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday.
Memorials may be made in his honor to United Way.

Funeral service for Laura J. Hafner, 85, of Wentzville, will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wentzville. Rev. Mark Sell will officiate with interment in the Eternal Peace Cemetery at Wentzville.
Mrs. Hafner passed away Nov. 10, 2009, at the Lincoln County Nursing and Rehab Center in Troy.
Born Oct. 11, 1924, in Paragould, Ark., she was the daughter of Virgil and Estella Holcomb. They preceded her in death as did her husband, Alvin Hafner and sister, Alberta Ross.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Quesenberry and wife, Donna, of O'Fallon and Steven Quesenberry and wife, Dee, of Troy; two daughters, Mary House, of Wentzville and Cheryl Kunza and husband, Bill, of Silex; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She worked as a maintenance manager and was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Visitation will be held from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at the Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway.
Memorials may be made to the Community Loving Care Hospice in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 248, Wentzville, MO 63385.

Ernest Wommack, age 85, of Silex, passed away November 10, 2009, at the Silex Community Care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am, Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Millwood with Fr. Paul Telken officiating. Burial will be in the St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, from 3 until 8 p.m. at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Silex.
He was born September 23, 1924, in Silex, the son of Joseph Benton and Kathryn Sands Miller. He married Rita Orf May 20, 1950, at the St. Clement Catholic Church. She survives.
Other survivors include a son Greg Wommack of Silex; daughter, Mary Kay Dillon and husband Doug of Troy; grandchildren Andria, Matthew and Allison Dillon, Emily and Levi Wommack; sisters Betty Haines and husband, Bill, of Olney, Becky Edelen and husband, Bill, of Silex; 45 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews.
Ernest grew up and lived his entire life in Silex, where he was a farmer working with grain and livestock. He was a member of the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and a member of the Millwood Knights of Columbus. Memorials may be made to the Millwood Knights of Columbus building fund.

Funeral services for Kevin Dale Torrence, 37, of Winfield, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Winfield First Baptist Church near Winfield. Rev. Mike Ryan, church pastor, will officiate with burial in South Fork Cemetery near Perry.
Mr. Torrence, 37, passed away Tuesday evening, November 10, 2009, at his home in Winfield.
Born April 7, 1972 in St. Charles, MO, he was the son of Billy Dale and Leila Mae Wallen Torrence.
He worked as a construction laborer for Porta-King in Montgomery City, MO. He was a member of the Winfield First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his two sons: Joshua Torrence and Kevin Maurer, both of Winfield. He also leaves his mother, Leila Torrence, of Winfield; one brother, Billy "Randy" Torrence and his wife, Amy, of Winfield; two sisters: Karen Buback and her husband, Jeff, of Wright City, and Lori Flores and her husband, Mannie, of Troy; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
Memorials may be made to the Siteman Cancer Center in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 3838 East Highway 47, P.O. Box 253, Winfield, MO 63389.

James W. Timmerman, 73, of Troy, died Saturday evening, November 7, 2009 at his home with his family by his side.
The son of Warren and Blanche (Rowan) Timmerman, he was born November 5, 1936, in Richmond Heights.
On March 4, 1961, he married Connie Harris, who survives.
Also surviving him are: one son, Craig Timmerman and wife, Kay of O'Fallon; two daughters, Lisa Timmerman, of Wentzville, and Jennifer Miller and husband, Tom, of Troy; cherished grandchildren, Joshua, Michael, Kaylee, Matthew, Julia and Trevor; one sister, Pattie White, of Troy; brother-in-law, Bob Harris and wife, Pat of Bradford, Ill. and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Mr. Timmerman served with the U.S Marine Corp during the Korean War. He was a truck driver for the Local Union in St. Louis for many years. As were his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2009, with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. at Ingersoll Chapel for Funeral & Cremation Services, 211 Boone Street, Troy, MO 63379. David Thompson will be the officiating minister. A celebration of Jim's life will follow at 7:45 p.m. at Stefanina's Restaurant, 180 North Main St. in Troy. Private inurnment will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
Memorial donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans or the U. S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.

Funeral services for Allie F. Riffle, 28, of Vandalia, were held on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, from noon to 2 p.m. at Waters Funeral Chapel in Vandalia. Officiating was Pastor Sammy Lorton. Interment followed at 3 p.m. at the Elsberry Cemetery in Elsberry.
Mr. Riffle passed away following an automobile accident in Pike County in the late afternoon of Friday, Nov. 6.
Born Nov. 29, 1980, in Troy, he was the son of Kenneth L. Riffle and Patricia M. Riechard. He attended area schools and began work at the New Florence Wood Products Factory following graduation. He later worked for Arborow Tree Service.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia, and her husband, Thomas Ingram, of Vandalia; father Kenneth and his wife, Tina Riffle, of Elsberry; special friend Vickie Norris, of Vandalia; one son, Blake Andrew Riffle, of Vandalia; two brothers, Michael T. and his wife, Tamra Riechard, of Hannibal, and Justin L. Riffle, of Vandalia; grandmother Virginia Riffle of Elsberry; step-brother Shawn Ingram, of St. Louis; four step-sisters, Carmen Hamilton, of Queen City, Angel Morrison, of Louisiana, Brandy Party, of St. Charles, and Amanda Robertson, of Elsberry; and several nieces and nephews.

Charles Leonard Wieman, 63, of Mexico, Mo., died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, at the
Audrain Medical Center in Mexico.
Mr. Wieman was born on Aug. 21, 1946, in St. Louis, the son of Clarence and Geneva (Milburn) Wieman.
A visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 14, 23009, from 3-5 p.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Mexico.
Wieman is survived by his wife, Judy Wieman, of Mexico; son, Kevin Wieman, of Montgomery City; daughter, Heather Duty, of Bucklin; son Keith Wieman and wife, Laura, of Shelbina; daughter, Melissa Wilson, of Mexico; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Donna Fennedy and husband, Bruce, of Troy.

Damon E. Giesmann, 87, of Troy, passed away on Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at the Lincoln County Nursing & Rehab Center, Troy.
He was born on Jan. 1, 1922, in Wentzville to Frank and Blanche (Vuch) Giesmann. Damon was the oldest of five sons. Even after he was older and working at Niehaus Construction in St.Louis, he continued to help farm. Damon also enjoyed woodworking and made shelves, lawn ornaments and many more items. During WWII he served in the U.S. Army. Following his service time, he became a member of the Wentzville American Legion Post #323. Damon married Annie Pearl Smith on Dec. 31, 1977 at the First Christian Church in Troy. Damon's family was of the utmost importance to him.
Surviving are his beloved wife Pearl Giesmann, of Troy; his sons, James Giesmann and wife, Doris, of O'Fallon, Dennis (Pam) Giesmann and wife, Pam, of Lake Saint Louis; his daughters, Sherry Meyer and husband, Leroy, of Jonesburg, Wilda Staufer and husband, Leonard, of Troy, Linda Vanderfold and husband, Newt, of Excelsior Springs, Tina Phillips and husband, Bob, of Wentzville and Deborah Wagner and husband, Jack, of Troy; his three brothers, Frank Giesmann and wife, Kathy, Roy Giesmann and wife, Janet, and John Giesmann all of Wentzville; his sister-in-law, Rita Giesmann of O'Fallon; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov.23, 2009, at the First Christian Church, Troy. The Revs. Steve and Donna Doan officiated. Interment followed in the Troy City Cemetery, Troy with full military honors. The visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov 22, 2009, at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Home, Troy, Mo. America Legion Post #323 held a service at 7p.m. on Sunday.
