Tullas W. Lucille is survived by her children, Marc Steger of St Louis, MO, Michael Steger of O'Fallon, MO and Peggy Kelpe of Augusta, MO, her sister, Virginia Weems of San Antonio, TX, and 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
