Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by her son, Victor Rodriguez of El Paso, TX, son, Carlos Rodriguez of Tampa, FL, son, Juan Rodriguez of New Florence, MO, son, Jose Rodriguez of Puerto Rico, daughter, Marta Townes of Wentzville, MO, daughter, and Myrna Brown of Wentzville, MO. She was the loving grandmother of 14 Grandchildren and 17 Grandchildren. She had been predeceased by her father, Meraldo Colon, mother, Gregoria Colon, husband, Victor M. Rodriguez, brother, Juan Colon, sister, Suna Colon, and sister, Melin Pagan. She was a long time member of the Order of Carmelites.

She was the loving Grandmother of 9 grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Bernice Haddock nee Twellman, and the beloved wife of the late Anthony Wilmes. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Troy, and St. Ann Sodality. She greatly enjoyed country music shows, flowers, gardening, quilting and sewing and treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren.
