Stewart, mother, Emma Stewart, nee; Kulp, husband, William D. Williams, son, John.

Richard "Dick" Foeller passed from this from this life to his heavenly home on March 8, 2013. He leaves fond memories with his wife, Joe Ann Foeller of O'Fallon, MO, daughter, Patricia (Robert) Vicknair of New Orleans, LA, son, Robert John (Mary Anne) Foeller of O'Fallon, MO, brother, Steve (Bonnie) Foeller of CA, granddaughter, Jessica Lauren Foeller, and grandson, Joshua Mason Foeller. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Loretta Foeller, and brother, Donald Foeller. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Council 2273 in Dardenne Prairie, MO. He served as Grand Knight several times and served as District Deputy for District 31. He was also a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus in Assembly 2620 in Wentzville.

Mr. Engelage was born on September 25, 1923 to Oswald and Hilda (nee Laumeier) Engelage on the Engelage farm just outside Defiance, MO (now known as Wine Country Gardens). Norman August “Chip” Engelage is survived by his wife of almost 62 years, Melna Jean Bueneman; three children, Darrell and wife Judy of Foristell, Randy of Wright City and Cheryl Cunningham and husband Bill of Hannibal, MO; seven grandchildren, Tricia Dattilo and husband Joe, Lori Belleville and husband Charlie, Greg Engelage and wife Theresa, Heather Engelage, Alicia Hicks, Caitlin Cunningham and Clay Cunningham; 6 great-grandchildren, Madisen Datillo, Chandler Belleville, Sophie Dattilo, Landon Engelage, Braden Engelage and Adriana Rodgers; He is also survived by one sibling, Dorothy Howell; brother-in-law, Jim and Donna Bueneman, 9 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; eight cousins and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oswald and Hilda Laumeier Engelage; in-laws, Elihu and Mary Bueneman, brothers-in-law, Dede Howell, E.W. Bueneman, Jr. and wife Wanda Bueneman and nephew Rick Howell. Mr. Engelage was a Francis Howell graduate class of 1941. He served in the US Navy during WWII in the 114th Construction Battalion Seabee’s. He served on the Francis Howell School Board, 1954 to 1979. He was inducted into the St. Charles County Amateur Sports Hall of fame in 1991 and served on the Board of Directors. He was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s UCC and on the Church Council.

He was the beloved grandfather of granddaughter, Ellie, granddaughter, Meghan, and grandson, Jake. He was preceded in death by his father, Archibald Steward, mother, Edith Steward, and wife, Mariam Steward. He was a lifetime member of VFW Post 5651. He was a retired employee of Southwestern Bell and worked as a construction foreman in the telecommunications industry. During WWII, Gene served in the U.S. Navy.
