Colonel Moulthrop is survived by his mother, Esther Moulthrop (nee Burton) of Valley Park, MO, wife, Julie Moulthrop (nee Pelot) of Lake Saint Louis, MO, son, Scott Moulthrop of New Braunfels, TX, and daughter, Elizabeth Buhr of Chesterfield, MO. He is preceded in death by his father, Roscoe E. Moulthrop Jr. Colonel Moulthrop served in the US Air Force for 27 years. He retired to Princeton, Missouri where he took up woodworking. He loved music. Mr. Moulthrop would like to be remembered as a peacemaker, service above self, to believe deeply in something bigger than self. It is a privilege to have served the country with honor and help to safeguard a land dedicated to preserving individual freedoms. He believed it is better to sin by taking action against injustice and evil, and let God judge the result.

Mrs. Gulley is survived by her husband, Bill Gulley of Lake St. Louis, son, Kent (Kelly) Gulley of Peoria, IL, brother, Gerral (Susan) Pearce of Forsyth, GA, sister, Debbie (Jerry) Lynn of Whitesburg, GA, granddaughter, Kassy (Tyler) Butterfield, granddaughter, Kyley Gulley, and a granddaughter, Khloe Gulley She is preceded in death by her father, Gerral Pearce, mother, Opal Pearce (nee Davis), brother, Robert Pearce, M.D. She was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Lake St. Louis. She was married on 9/11/1952 in Moultrie, Georgia. She enjoyed bowling, golfing, going to Curves and reading.

Asleep in Jesus, June 1, 2013, Ralph Edwin Wolfram was born on April 29, 1925 in North St. Louis. Mr. Wolfram is survived by his son, Todd (Mary) Wolfram of St. Louis, MO, daughter, Gwen Wolfram of Springfield, OR, step-son Tom (Anne) of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and step-daughter, Catherine Evers, of Branson, MO. Eight grandchildren - Danielle, Luke, and Emily Wolfram; Will and Anna Wolfram; step-grandfather to Alex Breuer, Maria and Grace Evers, 3 great-grandchildren. Uncle, cousin, and stranger to no one. He is preceded in death by his father, Edwin F. Wolfram; mother, Jeanette A. Wolfram; first spouse of 29 years, Jeanette E. Wolfram; spouse of 13 years, Virginia Wolfram; son, Marc E. Wolfram; and sister, Velma (Robert) Weinhold. During elementary school years he was raised by his mother’s Aunt Lydia and Uncle Adolf Weiss. He attended Beaumont High School in North St. Louis. Immediately after his high school graduation, he enlisted in the Army Air Corps Cadet program. He was discharged in March of 1946 and entered University of Missouri-Rolla School of Mines. Upon graduation with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1949, he went to work for Sverdrup & Parcel. In 1955 he joined Leo A. Daly Co. as a registered Electrical Engineer. In 1956 he accepted a position with Bank Building and Equipment Corporation (BBC) where he worked for 35 years, ending as Director of Engineering for BBC and its several affiliate offices. While with BBC he worked in all 50 states and numerous countries. He was a registered Professional Engineer in 40 states. He was very active in the Illuminating Engineering Society (I.E.S.) as a lecturer, Regional VP for 3 terms and on the National Board of Directors; President of the local St. Louis Section; awarded the Distinguished Service Award and finally Emeritus status. He was also an active member in the MSPE/NSPE; NFPA local section President; St. Louis Electrical Board (now MIEB) Board of Directors; member of the Engineers Club of St. Louis, American Society of Hospital Engineers, and professional member of BOCA (Building Officials Code Administrators International). He was active in the Lutheran Church, Boy Scouts, and Little League Baseball to name a few. Elected to the Academy of Electric Engineers at Missouri University of Science and Technology (his alma mater) and awarded the Alumni Merit Award in 2008. He was a veteran, attaining the rank of Major in the Missouri Air National Guard. MSPE awarded him Outstanding Engineer in Construction in 1990 and he was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Psi fraternity. Ralph was a respected and active resident at Heritage of Hawks Ridge, Lake St. Louis. He loved his Lord, Ginny, golf, world traveling (he and his family traveled extensively, going to all 50 states and 35 countries), and his kids. He was a hard worker, a humble man and great story teller who had an unconventional way of wearing his tie. Ralph's health had been deteriorating over the years but after we lost his beloved Ginny in February, the process accelerated. Always serving, Ralph donated his body to St. Louis University School of Medicine. A service and celebration of his life will be held in late June. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church Wentzville Steeple Lighting Fund or “The Miner Alumni Association” of Missouri University of Science and Technology.
