FREDHOLM

Robert Eric Fredholm, 66, Camdenton, died Oct. 24, 2002, at this home.

He was born Feb. 9, 1936, in Los Angeles, a son of Carl O. and Irma Marie Fredholm. He was married April 9, 1961, to Barbara Ann Wright, who survives at the home.

He was a farmer, realtor, builder of accessible homes, land developer and business owner. He was a member of Camdenton United Methodist Church. He was president of Tri-County Livestock Association and was a member and on the board of directors of the Missouri Cattlemen's Association. He was a member of the Camdenton Area Chamber of Commerce and was president of Camdenton Make Today Count for several years. He was an Army veteran.

Other survivors include: one son, Mikael Robert Fredholm; one daughter, Susan Kim Brown; one brother, Carl Fredholm; and two grandchildren.

One son, Steven Eric Fredholm, preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Richland.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Hedges Funeral Home, Camdenton.

Memorials are suggested to the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation, 500 Morris Avenue, Springfield, N.J. 07081.

GANDOLFI

Frank Gandolfi, 58, died in San Francisco.

He was born Feb. 3, 1944, a son of Raymond and Evelyn Voss Gandolfi.

Survivors include: two daughters, Charlene Chiles, Fulton, and Tina Branch, New Bloomfield; and four grandchildren.

Services will be at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Debo Funeral Home, Fulton.

LAVINDER

Mark Ronald Lavinder, 41, Columbia, died Oct. 23, 2002, in Columbia.

He was born Sept. 22, 1961, in Flint, Mich., a son of Ronald and Joy Surbaugh Lavinder.

He was an EMT paramedic and registered nurse. He taught government, social studies and current issues at Hallsville School for seven years. He was a member of Oak Hills Community Church and Missouri State Teachers Association. He played in a rock band for 11 years in Columbia.

Survivors include: one brother, Charles Davis, Columbia; one sister, Kim Duncan,  Jefferson City; and one grandmother, Barbara Surbaugh Kincaid.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Hallsville School Elementary Building, Hallsville. Pastor Geoff Gairrett will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Mark Lavinder Benefit Fund, 3701 Woodland Dr., Columbia, Mo. 65202.

Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, Columbia.

MEYER

J.O. "Jerry" Meyer, 82,  Jefferson City, died Oct. 24, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.

He was born June 21, 1920, in Pilger, Neb., a son of Otto J. and Elizabeth Renterghem Meyer. He was married June 20, 1943, in  Jefferson City, to Isidora A. Distler, who survives at the home.

He was a graduate of St. Peters High School. He worked as a courier for  Jefferson Bank for the past 18 years. He co-owned and operated Arthur W. Ellis Inc. Goodyear Tire Company from 1945-1974. He was a realtor for 10 years and a bookkeeper at Brandenberger Drug Company and L&O Service Station. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2693, the Eagles Past Worthy Presidents Club, the Sheltered Workshop board and the American Red Cross Capital Area Chapter. He was a past member of the Lions Club and the Elks Club. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Other survivors include: two sons, Ronald O. Meyer,  Jefferson City, and Richard J. Meyer, Colorado Springs, Colo.; three daughters, Carole A. Boeckman and Carla K. Schnieders, both of  Jefferson City, and Cheri M. Coats, New Bloomfield; two brothers, Herbert J. Meyer,  Jefferson City, and David E. Meyer, St. Petersburg, Fla.; one sister, Connie E. Schepers,  Jefferson City; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Entombment with military honors will be in Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, with an Eagles Ritual and a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the Sheltered Workshop, American Red Cross or a charity of the donor's choice.

WATSON

Lloyd E. Watson, 77, Fulton, died Oct. 22, 2002, at Callaway Community Hospital, Fulton.

He was born March 20, 1925, in Steedman, a son of Dennis M. and Alma Etta Estes Watson. He was married July 11, 1952, in Mokane, to Garnell Bramon, who survives at the home.

He was a towboat operator for the Corps of Engineers for 41 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church, Fulton. He was a member of VFW Post 2657 and a veteran of World War II.

Other survivors include: one daughter, Sheila DiCiro, Richmond, Texas ; two brothers, Vincent Watson and Frank Watson, both of Fulton; one sister, Madeline Loutenschlager; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton. The Rev. Raymond Dunlap, the Rev. Raymond McCallister and Bruce Williamson will officiate. Entombment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Saturday.

Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church, Fulton.

TRAW

Services were today for Maude S. Traw, 104, Lee's Summit, who died Oct. 22, 2002, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Kansas City.

She was born Sept. 26, 1898, near Richland, a son of Frank H. and Sarah Ewing Starks. She was married March 22, 1921, to Porter Alvin Traw, who died Aug. 9, 1982.

She lived in Old Linn Creek, where she and her husband operated a restaurant and soda fountain. In the early 1940s she owned and operated the Skyline Café in Camdenton. She moved to Kansas City, where she lived for nine years.

From 1951-1964, she and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm near Halfway, until they retired and moved to Bolivar. She later moved back to Kansas City. A homemaker, she was a member of the Church of Christ, Bolivar.

Survivors include; one son, James V. Traw, Edwards; two daughters, Pauline Fleskes, Minneola, Fla., and Betty Lacy, Kansas City; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services were at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton. Dennis Smith officiated. Burial was in Freedom Cemetery.

HENTGES

Mary Frances Hentges, 84,  Jefferson City, died Oct. 25, 2002, at St. Marys Health Center.

She was born June 6, 1918, in  Jefferson City, a daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Cortvrient Leuthen. She was married Nov. 17, 1938, in  Jefferson City, to Leroy Charles Hentges, who survives at the home.

She was a 1936 graduate of St. Peter High School. She was a homemaker and worked 10 years for Von Hoffmann Press. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, St. Ann's Sodality and St. Marys Health Center Auxiliary.

Other survivors include: four sons, William J. Hentges, Sumter, S.C., Robert H. Hentges,  Jefferson City, Richard P. Hentges, Holts Summit, and Thomas L. Hentges, Edmond, Okla.; three daughters, Marguerite E. Rinaldi, Sloan, Iowa, Frances A. Schulte,  Jefferson City, and Helen M. Drinkard, California; 25 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

One son, John C. Hentges, and one grandson preceded her in death.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Rev. Thomas L. Alber will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or the charity of the donor's choice.

RODEMAN

Paul Edward Rodeman, 68, Urbandale, Iowa, died Oct. 24, 2002, at USA Healthcare in Urbandale.

He was born Jan. 31, 1934, in  Jefferson City, a son of Edward J. and Mary C. Brenneisen Rodeman.

Survivors include: one brother, John Rodeman, Victoria, B.C.; three sisters, Barbara Handelman, Overland Park, Kan., Claire Slicker, Yuma, Ariz., and Emily Davis, Hutchins, Texas .

Graveside services will be Monday in Overland Park. The body was cremated.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Neptune Society.
