GRAHAM
Steven John Graham, 47, Jefferson City, died July 3, 2003 at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 8, 1955 in Owensville, the son of Mackie Lee and Angela Joy Maples Graham.
He was married on Oct. 18, 1995 in Jefferson City to Lisa Ann Stickley Gardner who survives at the home.
Mr. Graham was employed as a welder with Arvins Mfg. Co., Franklin, IN; ABB, Jefferson City; and in the maintenance dept. with the City of Jefferson.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church; Jefferson City Jaycees; and played bass guitar with Crosstown Band and Backseat Boogie Band.
Survivors include sons, Steven Rulo, Indianapolis, IN; Matthew Graham and Derrick Graham, both of Moberly; a daughter, Jessi Graham, Carthage, TX; two stepsons, Shawn Crowe and Jamie Crowe, both of Jefferson City; two grandchildren; brothers, David Graham, Fulton; and Billy Graham, Jefferson City; and a sister, Julia Allmon, Jefferson City.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Burial will be in Longview Cemetery.
Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Monday.

JOHNS
William "Bill" E. Johns, Jr., 80, of Jefferson City, Mo., died July 3, 2003, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
He was born June 2, 1923, at Miami, Florida, the son of William E. and Frances Lambert Johns, Sr. He was married June 28, 1951, at Liberty, Mo., to Margaret "Margie" Propst, who survives of the home. He is also survived by one sister, June Coleman of Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
He was a graduate of Marshfield High School, Marshfield, Mo., and an Auto Mechanics School. He had attended the Baptist Church, and he was a member of the American Legion Post 0153 of Olathe, Kansas. He had served with the United states Army during World War II.
Funeral services were held at the St. John's Lutheran Church, Schubert, Mo., at 1:00 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Gerald Scheperle officiating. Interment in the Springfield National Cemetery, Springfield, Mo.
Memorials are suggested to the St. John's Lutheran Church Building Fund, Schubert, Mo.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Buescher Memorial Home.
VAUGHN
Mrs. Billie Jean Vaughn, age 74 of Fulton, died Friday July 4, 2003 at Fulton Manor Care Center.
She was born March 3, 1929 in Callaway County, Mo. to the late Richard and Myrtle Helen (Swatts) Laws. She married Richard Forrest Vaughn on July 6, 1958 in Fulton, Mo.
Mrs. Vaughn is survived by her husband, Richard of Columbia; 4 daughters: Marla Vaughn, Phyllis Vaughn, and Brenda Smith all of Fulton, and Yvonne Simmons of Columbia, 1 son Richard Riccardo Vaughn, Jr. of Columbia, 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren, 3 brothers and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sisters.
Mrs. Vaughn was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Fulton.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 am, Monday July 7, 2003 at Southside Cemetery in Fulton with Rev. Cedric Harris officiating. Arrangements by Debo Funeral Home, Fulton, Mo.
WHITE
Bonnelle Elona White , age 92, of Versailles, passed away Saturday morning, July 5, 2003 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.
She was born December 31, 1910 in Richmond, Missouri, the daughter of William Robert Sr. and Daisie Lee Manley.
She was united in marriage on July 3, 1936 with Andrew F. White , who preceded her in death on October 29, 1988.
Mrs. White taught school for 41 years at several schools throughout Missouri. She was a charter member of Beta Alpha Delta and Delta Kappa Gamma, and was member of Alpha Omega Delta and the Versailles United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one son, Andrew N. White of Overland Park, Kansas; one daughter, Lee Anna Zembles-Eggers of Platte City; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2003, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles, with Rev. Gailya Dow officiating. Interment will be in the Versailles Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles.
VANCE
Donald Edward Vance, age 71, of Cape Girardeau, and Versailles, passed away Thursday morning, July 3, 2003 at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Vance of the home in Cape Girardeau; one son, Donald Vance; daughter Kim Mothershead; brother Grove Lee Vance, and 7 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 7, at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau, with Dr. Andrew Pratt officiating. Military honors and interment will be in Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau. Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Ford & Sons Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. DIETZEL
Earl E. Dietzel, 90, of Jamestown, MO died Friday, July 4, 2003 at West Village Manor in Columbia, MO.
Complete funeral arrangements will be announced later by Weber and Sons Funeral Home in California, MO.
PHELAN
Mrs. Ruby D. Phelan, 89, of Jefferson City, MO, died Saturday, July 5, 2003, at the Capital Region Medical Center.
Mrs. Phelan was born June 19, 1914 in Medford, Oregon. A homemaker, Mrs. Phelan attended The First Baptist Church and the Adult Sunday School Class.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2003 in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Dr. Doyle Sager officiating. Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Freeman Mortuary from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Friday. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to The First Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Freeman Mortuary.
HEIDBREDER
H. Arthur Heidbreder of Menlo Park, CA, died June 24, 2003.
He was born October 19, 1912, a son of Judge Henry L. and Louise Hutschrieder Heidbreder of Lohman, MO.
He was married to Anna Jahreis of Russellville, MO on October 31, 1937, who survives at the home.
He was a charter member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Menlo Park, CA.
Other survivors include three daughters, Marilyn Galla, Carol Barikmo, Pat Cisneros, all of San Jose, CA; three brothers, Wilburn Heidbreder, Jefferson City, MO, Omar and Clete Heidbreder of Lohman, MO and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Darwin and Henry Jr.
Memorial services were held June 6, 2003, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Menlo Park, CA.

KEMPER
Harvey William Kemper, Sr., 82, of Jefferson City, Mo., died July 5, 2003, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
He was born July 13, 1920, at Jefferson City, Mo., the son of William James and Bertha M. Taber Kemper. He was married October 18, 1941, at Jefferson City, Mo., to Dorothy I. Doehla, who preceded him in death on October 18, 1941.
He was a graduate of the Jefferson City High School. He was a member of the St. Peters Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society, the Jefferson City Repeater Club, and the Wears Creek Yacht Club. He had served with the United States Army during World War II.
He had been employed with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop F, in the Communication Division as a Technical Engineer for 32 years until his retirement.
Survivors include two sons, Harvey William Kemper, Jr. and John Michael Kemper, both of Jefferson City, and one daughter, Marilyn Sue Dayton of Jefferson City, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peters Catholic Church with the Rev. James Smith officiating. Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials are suggested for Masses.
Visitation will be at the Buescher Memorial Home, Monday evening, 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a prayer service to be held that evening at 7:30 P.M.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Buescher Memorial Home.
KLOUD
Harriet L. Kloud (HELD), of Lakewood Colorado, passed away on June 28, 2003.
She is survived by her husband Larry, her mother Virginia K. Held and her brothers Dr. Charles Held of Reno, NV and Craig Held of Boulder, CO, Aunt Carolyn May of Mount Sterling, KY, 5 cousins, 8 nephews and great nephews, 9 nieces and great nieces.
Harriet was born in Wahoo, Nebraska, June 5, 1944. She graduated from Central Methodist College, Fayette, MO with a B.A. in English and was a few hours short of her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Harriet and Larry were married on June 10, 1972 in St. Louis, MO.
Early in her career after graduation, she worked at a radio station in St. Louis. She went to work for the State of Missouri, Division of Family Services as a caseworker and then a supervisor. She left the employ of the state to become Executive Director of Rehabilitation Services at a United Way agency.
They moved to Jefferson City, MO in 1980 and she was employed by the University of Missouri at Columbia in a special project for mentally challenged young adults. She then went to work for the Missouri Association for Social Workers as the outreach coordinator. She began her work as the Executive Director for the prison PATCH (Parents and their Children) at the State of Missouri women's prisons. She continued her career back as a caseworker and social worker for the state with the Division of Family Services in Cole County, MO. She retired from the state after 10 years of service.
They moved to Lakewood Colorado in 1997 and lived with her mother. It is requested, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, 789 Sherman St., Suite 500, Denver, CO 80203-3532.
A memorial service is to be held at the Green Mountain United Methodist Church at 12755 W. Cedar Dr., Lakewood, CO on Saturday, July 12, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. Reception will follow in Fellowship Hall.
