Ms. Hindman, a retired department manager for Wal-Mart, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2009, at Presbyterian Hospital in Greeneville, Texas, after a brief battle with cancer. Visitation continues today beginning at 10 a.m. at the church. McMillan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
