Misinkavitch, Eleanor E.

Eleanor E. Misinkavitch, age 80 years, of Cape May Court House, died on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at the Crest Haven Nursing Home, Cape May Court House, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Harry Lamplugh & Frances McHugh, she has lived in Cape May County since 1980 coming from South Philadelphia. She had retired from GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceutical Company as a Capsule Inspector in 1985 after 15 years of service. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church, a Republican Committee Woman in North Wildwood First District and she enjoyed her family, times at the beach and pool.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Peter Misinkavitch, her son Peter of Philadelphia, PA, her four daughters; Eleanor and her husband James Grant of Cape May Court House, Theresa and her husband Bill Potts of Margate, NJ, Catherine Bilbow of Philadelphia, PA & Susan and her husband Don O'Neill of West Chester, PA, her brother Joseph Lamplugh and her sister Theresa Andrus both of Philadelphia, PA and her nine grandchildren.

Funeral service 12:30 pm, Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House where relatives and friends may call after 11:30 am. Interment in Veterans cemetery, Cape May Court House, NJ. Missovoulos, Spiros

Spiros Missovoulos, age 55 years, of Pine Hill, NJ formerly of Williamstown, NJ died August 5, 2001 after a short illness. (Owner Pete's Wholesale, Inc. of Blackwood, NJ). Mistretta, Gaetano "Guy"

Gaetano 'Guy' Mistretta, age 74 of Eatontown died Sunday, October 21, 2007 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a member of the Long Branch Police Department for 25 years, attaining the rank of Lieutenant before retiring in 1985. Lieutenant Mistretta was a Range Master for the Monmouth County Police Academy; and a member of both the Long Branch Fire Department, Elberon Engine Co. and the Elberon First Aid. He coached baseball for 30 years for the Long Branch Little League and the Ed Carlton League. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch, and served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps. He graduated from Ocean County College and Monmouth University receiving a BA in Sociology. Born in Jamesburg, he lived in Elberon before moving to Eatontown in 1997.

He was predeceased by his parents, Vito and Margaret Mistretta; and a sister, Vincenza Erehart. Surviving is his wife, Joan Wills; a son and daughter in law, Mark and Victoria Mistretta of Tinton Falls; a daughter Laura Aldarelli; two brothers, Peter Mistretta of Oceanport and John Mistretta of West Long Branch; a sister, Marie Hollywood of Stone Mountain, GA; four grandchildren, Stephen Mistretta, Christopher, Jr., Nicholas, and Gianna Aldarelli; and a large and loving family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 24 from 7-9 pm and Thursday, October 25 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. (corner of Third Ave.), Long Branch. MISURACO, Gilda A. (nee Fiorello) on February 18, 2008, of National Park NJ. Age 76. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Misuraco. She is the devoted aunt of Dawn and her husband, John Bunting, Stacie and her husband, Jim Kyle and Doug Scogno and his wife, Rose. Mitchell, Manara Ortiz

Manara "Tiny" Ortiz Mitchell, 70, of Millville, formerly of Woodbine, died on Thursday, December 27, 2001 at Newcomb Hospital, Vineland. She was born in Woodbine and lived there before moving to Millville 12 years ago. She was a nurse at the Woodbine Developmental Center for 26 years. She was a member of Bethel AME Church in Millville.

Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her children, Cheryl Webster of Millville, Paulette Ortiz Turner and her husband, Ron of Millville, Carla Marie Ortiz of North Carolina, and Michael Ortiz of Millville; her four grandchildren, Gerald, Tony, and Timothy Ortiz, and David Dandy, all of Millville; her surrogate grandson, Chris Pacheco of Woodbine; her great granddaughter, Teasia Ortiz, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel AME Church, 113 South Fifth St., Millville, where friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Woodbine cemetery.

Mitchell, Ruthann

Ruthann Mitchell, age 61 years, of Wildwood, NJ a lifetime Cape May County resident died Thursday, December 11, 2008 at her daughters' home in Whitesboro. She was a private duty certified nurses aide.

She is survived by her companion Robert Bowen of Wildwood, her husband Benjamin Mitchell of Cape May Court House, her two daughters Tina (Michael) Howell of Cape May Court House & Etta (Albert) Hatcher of Portsmouth, VA, her sister Janie Green of Columbia, SC and her three grandchildren Brandon, Alexander & Alexis.

Funeral service 2:00 pm, Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House where relatives and friends may call after 1:00 pm. Interment is private.

Mitchell, Mae B.

Mae B. Mitchell, 79, of Whitesboro, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2003 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Council, NC and had lived here for 50 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro. She was active in the Seniors Club at the Cape May County Airport, a Grandparent at Head Start, and was a hospital and nursing home visitor.

She is survived by her daughters, Barbaretta Crawley of Cape May Court House, and Estelle Mitchell of Las Vegas; four grandsons: James, Jr., and his wife, Melissa, Marcus, Kenyatta, and Fred Crawley; and three great grandchildren: Isaac Moore, Micah Moore and Jayascia Crawley. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Crawley on July 13, 1991.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 7, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Route 9 and Main St., Whitesboro, where relatives and friends may call after 12:00 p.m. Interment will be in Household of Ruth cemetery, Whitesboro.

Mitchell, Robert E.

MITCHELL, on August 5, 2002, Robert E. of Marlton, formerly of Haddonfield and St. Louis MO. Age 80. He was a veteran of the US Air Force serving during WWII. Mr. Mitchell then joined Union Local 1 Heat & Frost Asbestos Workers, St. Louis and was elected Business Agent of Local 1. From 1955 until his retirement in 1987, Robert was the Superintendent for AC&S, a national insulation contractor in Lancaster PA. From 1987-1997, he was consultant for Conergy and Pinnacle Insulation Co. He was active in the Knights of Columbus and a coach for Haddonfield Little League. In 1966, Robert helped coach the Haddonfield 12 yr.old All-stars to the State Championship game before losing to the regional champs, West New York NJ. He is the beloved husband of 55 years of Betty Jane (nee Pfeifer). Loving father of 1 son, Robert E. Mitchell, Jr. (Nancy) of Cherry Hill and 3 daughters, Jacqueline Steinberg (Larry) of Cherry Hill, Mariann Swoyer (John) of Greensboro NC and Kathleen Eisenhauer (David) of Valrico FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren. Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Mitchell, Clement R.

CLEMENT R. MITCHELL of Leisuretowne, Southampton, NJ, passed away on Saturday, July 29th, 2006 at Care One of Evesham in Marlton, NJ. He was 88 yrs. of age. Born in Parsons, PA, Clement is the son of the late Vincenzo & Josephine (Nee Cona) Miceli. He resided in Leisuretowne since 2001 moving there from Mt. Ephraim, NJ. A retired Carpenter with Local #393 in Gloucester City, NJ, he was a Coal Miner in Wilkes Barre, PA for 15 years. He was a former member of the National Guard and after his retirement became an ardent wood carver. He is the husband of the late Jean Marie Mitchell and the Loving Father of Edward V. Miceli and his wife Alice of Tabernacle, NJ and Clement "Bud" Mitchell Jr. of Pitman, NJ. He is also survived by his 5 Grandchildren and his 4 Great Grandchildren. Mitchell, Jr., Stanley

Stanley Mitchell, Jr., 37, of Woodbine, NJ and formerly of Pleasantville, NJ suddenly fell asleep in death at home on May 7, 2004. Stanley had been ill for quite some time.

Stanley was born on December 18, 1966 in Newark, NJ and moved to Pleasantville, NJ around the age of 8. He attended Pleasantville public schools and graduated in 1984. He married his wife, Karen A. (Francis) who he dearly loved on September 27, 1997. He was lastly employed by the Atlantic City Housing Authority before he became disabled 2 years ago.

Stanley was dearly loved by many and he made it easy to be loved. Stanley had a heart of hold and a smile that would brighten anyone's day. He was a warm and loving person who had a wonderful personality and very sunny disposition and sense of humor, despite of his failing health. He loved helping others and was a faithful Jehovah's Witness. Stanley enjoyed listening to music while driving his car, fishing, traveling, dancing, being playful with wife and his nieces and spending time with those whom he loved and who truly loved him.

Stanley will be truly missed by his loving wife of 6 years, Karen, his parents Stanley and Brenda Mitchell, Sr., of Pleasantville, NJ, his parents-in-law (with whom he resided) Matthew R. and Elaine Francis, Jr., his maternal grandmother Helen Nelson of Newark, NJ, his paternal grandfather William Henry Dodson of Petersburg, VA, his grandmother-in-law Adrean Jacobs of Woodbine, NJ, his brother and sister-in-law Darren and Honey Mitchell of Galloway, NJ, his sister Felicia Mitchell of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, his brothers-in-law Kevin and Karl Francis of Woodbine, NJ and his uncles Larry Dodson of Petersburg, VA and Benjamin Nelson, Jr., of Newark, NJ, two nieces whom he dearly loved Jada Mitchell-Robinson and Diamond Mitchell and a special little cousin, Shiheem Curry.

He also leaves to cherish his memory a wonderful and caring friend who was like a true brother, Steven Crump and his wife, Kim of Pleasantville, NJ and many other relatives and a host of friends.

Mitidieri, Joseph Anthony, on January 26, of Pine Hill. Age 82. Loving husband of Josephine (nee Oddo). MITSCH, ALECIA M., on May 30, 2007, of Marlton, NJ. Age 57. Despite her long-term battle Alecia kept her faith and dignity through it all and became an inspiration to everyone. MOFFA, Anthony Douglas

On October 23, 2007. Of Voorhees, NJ. Age 68. Beloved husband of Helen Moffa (nee Winner) for 48 years. Loving father of Steven D. Moffa of Olympia, WA and Jeffrey S. Moffa of Voorhees. Devoted grandfather of Anthony Moffa. Dear brother of Roy Moffa of Harvard, MA and John Moffa and his wife Linda of Portsmouth, RI. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Moffa was a 1957 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Camden. He was employed by the Camden Fire Department for 38 years, serving as a Firefighter, Captain, Chief, Batallion Chief and a member of the Camden Rescue Squad. He was a member of the NJ State Retired Police and Fire Association. For many years Doug and Helen were owners of the Sidekicks and Rambling Country in Deptford. MOFFA, Roy Rocco

84 years old, entered into glory on Tues., September 2, 2003 at Manor Care, Laureldale, PA where he has resided since Dec. 2001. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Cipollone), he was the father of Elena Godal of Reading, PA, Judy Roesler of Tabernacle, NJ, Roy Joseph Moffa of Havertown, PA, Lisa Scanish of Parkesburg, PA and Linda Ross of Gilbert, AZ. Grandfather of 17 and great grandfather of 8. He was born Jan. 1, 1919 at 305 Stevens St., Camden, NJ, the youngest of eleven children to Mary (nee D'Andrea) and Joseph Moffa. He was an army veteran of WWII, serving in the South Pacific from 1941-1945 as a Gunnery Sergeant. After serving 36 years with the Camden Fire Department, he retired with the rank of Captain, having received 3 unit awards and a citation for bravery. A devoted Christian, he was a member of Calvary Bible Church in Deptford, NJ. MOFFA, LINDA (nee Cipollone), Age 81 years old entered into glory on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004. Prior to her admission to Reading Hospital, she was a resident of 4 years at Manor Care in Laureldale, PA. She was born, the only child, of Gaetano & Elena (nee Tatonetti) Cipollone on 11/17/1922 in Phila, PA. After graduation from Woodrow Wilson High School she worked as secretary for RCA, marrying Roy R. Moffa on 10/27/1945. A devoted couple, separated by illness & death on year ago, they are now reunited with their precious Lord & Savior. On January 14, 2003 of Pennsauken, NJ age 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Alfred H. Devoted mother of Angela DiCarlo and Frank Moffa; Loving grandmother of Denise, Frank, Michelle, Philip, Diana and Stephen and great grandmother of Philip, Anthony, Amanda, Tabatha, Jennifer, Heaven, Brett and Alyssa.

Mrs. Moffa was very involved in the family business, Moffa Baking Company, which was located in South Camden and Lindenwold.

Guy Moffitt, Jr. 69, of Wildwood, NJ, died on Monday, October 30, 2001, in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia. He was born in Siler City, NC and lived in Cape May County most of his life. He was a retired automobile detailer for 35 years for the Scrivani Buick retiring in 1998. He was a member of Christ Gospel Church; a summer police officer for the City of Wildwood; a member of the NJ PBA and was an avid hunter.

Moffitt of Whitesboro; Rose Mae and Lydia both of Greensboro, NC; four brothers: Garvin, William, Samuel and Charles all of Philadelphia; two sisters: Catherine Thomas of Atlantic City and Carrie King of Greensboro, NC. and ten grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 2, 2001, at Noon at Christ Gospel Church, George and Anna Streets, Whitesboro where friends may call after 11 am. Interment will be in the Household of Ruth cemetery, Whitesboro. Memorials donations may be made to the Church Building Fund.

MOGCK, THELMA 'BABE' (nee Eldredge)

On January 20, 2003, lifelong resident of Pennsauken; age 96 years.

Beloved wife of the late Edward Sr.; Devoted mother of Raymond and his late wife Susan of Barrington, Elaine of Pennsauken and the late Edward Jr. and Herbert J. Sr.; Mother in law of Jane of Lake Havasu, AZ and Myrna of Pennsauken; Loving grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 8; Dear sister of Mattie Eldredge, Elva Love, Florence Ciccihini and her husband Pete and Dorothy Brestle; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday from 10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road; where there will be a Funeral Service held at 11 AM. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Thursday after 7:00 PM. If desired memorial donations can be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
