PHILLIP MICHAEL ROYBAL, 53, of Santa Fe died Monday at home after a long illness. After retiring from the state, he enjoyed working at the Cornerstone Christian Bookstore. He is survived by his wife, Mary Roybal; daughters, Jeannette Roybal and fiancé Paul Gallegos, and Jennifer Roybal and Ruben Ruiz; son, Michael Roybal and Tomasita Chacon; parents, Jose E. and Carlota Roybal; brother, Julian Roybal and wife Yolanda; sisters, Margaret Wilson and husband Louis and Lorraine Peck and husband George; one grandchild; and many other relatives. VIRGINIA R. GARCIA, 96, of Española died Sunday after a sudden illness.
She was an active participant in a senior citizens program in Antonito, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Elena Ruybalid; and son, David H. Garcia.

ORLANDO RAUL GALLEGOS, 64, of Las Vegas, N.M., died Wednesday in Albuquerque after a long illness.
He was born in Las Vegas, N.M., and raised by his paternal grandmother Carolyn Ridenour Padilla. He attended schools in Las Vegas, Buena Vista and Albuquerque. He worked for Overton Auctioneers, Michael's Bar and Lounge and Johnny's Bar in Albuquerque.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Gallegos; and brothers, Kenneth, Bobby and David Jr., all of Albuquerque.
He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Gallegos; sister, Geraldine Gonzales; brothers, Danny Gallegos, Jimmy Gallegos, Ricky Gonzales and wife Angel, all of Colorado; daughters, Ida Marie and Maria of Albuquerque and Linda of Nevada.

GERONIMO GARZA, 80, of Tecolote died Sunday at Northeastern Regional Hospital.
He was a member of a pioneer family of the Tecolote area. He was a retired railroader. He loved horses and farmed and ranched most of his life. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucia Garza; father, Genaro Garza; brother, Luis Garza; half brother, Raymond de la Garza; and sister, Theresa Garza Cordova. ROMAIN RENEE SENA, 34, of Las Vegas, N.M., died Tuesday after a long battle to recover from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in 1999. She was a graduate of Robertson High School and received her bachelor of arts degree at New Mexico Highlands University. Until her injury, she was employed as a systems analyst with the Santa Fe Public Schools system. She enjoyed numerous hobbies, including skiing, traveling, jogging, tennis and rafting.
