Timothy A. Tarvin
Timothy A. Tarvin, 34, of Long Beach, Calif., formerly of Central Point, died Tuesday (Sept. 8, 1998) in Long Beach. A memorial service will be held in Bellflower, Calif.

Mr. Tarvin was born June 19, 1964, in California.
He lived in Central Point from 1992 to 1997.
Survivors include two daughters, Shandi and Moriah, both of Central Point.
Ramona A. Kincaid-Lee
Ramona Aileen Kincaid-Lee, 75, of Williams, died Saturday (Sept. 5, 1998) at Providence Medford Medical Center. A service was held on Sept. 9, 1998, at Missouri Flats Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
She was born Ramona Aileen Kendall on April 29, 1923, in Thompson Creek.
On May 10, 1996, in Reno, Nev., she married Tony V. Lee, who survives.
Mrs. Kincaid-Lee was a lifelong Rogue Valley resident.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Richard and James Kincaid, Williams; two stepsons, Dennis Lee, Gold Hill, and Ronald Lee, Dayton, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Sandy Gilbert, Medford; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Johanna M. Hutchinson
A memorial service for Johanna M. Hutchinson will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at St. Agatha Catholic Church in Portland. Inurnment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Hutchinson, 85, of Eugene, formerly of Medford, died Monday (Sept. 7, 1998) in Eugene.
She was born Johanna Bernt on Oct 24, 1912, in Glens Ferry, Idaho.
On Sept. 2, 1934, in Portland, she married Robert E. Hutchinson, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Hutchinson was a retired employee of the federal government. She lived in the Rogue Valley for 15 years, and moved to Eugene 12 years ago.
She attended St. Peter's Catholic Church in Eugene.
Survivors include three sons, Dennis, Portland, T.E., Lake Oswego, and Michael, Moser; a daughter, Kathleen Lawlor, Eugene; three sisters, Catherine Goodwin, Portland, Gertrude Pirie, Garibaldi, and Anne Mack, Santa Barbara, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Donald Reinemer
Donald Reinemer, 69, formerly of Medford, died Friday (Sept. 4, 1998) in Bellingham, Wash. A memorial service was held Sept. 9 the at Meadowpoint Retirement Center in Bellingham.

He was born July 12, 1929, in Coos Bay.
After attending schools in Crescent City, Calif., he began a career in telephone engineering. Mr. Reinemer worked 20 years for Westcoast Telephone in Everett, Wash., and retired from United Telephone in Medford in 1991.
Mr. Reinemer lived in Medford from 1974 until moving to Meadow Point Retirement Center in 1997.
As a young man he played a couple of seasons of semi-pro baseball. In Everett, he was active in Little League and coached the North Everett Lions for several years.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Toni Reinemer; a daughter, Leslie Bryant, Renton, Wash.; two sons, Gregory, Bozeman, Mont., and Doug, Olympia, Wash.; a stepdaughter, Merrilie Howard, Marysville, Wash.; a stepson, Jim Mitchell, Bellingham; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Walter Earl Blakely
The memorial service for Walter Earl Blakely will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 825 N.W. Fifth St., Grants Pass. Chaplain David Campbell of Ashland will officiate.
Mr. Blakely, 81, of Grants Pass, died Monday (Sept. 7, 1998) at Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born Oct. 14, 1916, in Conrad, Mont., near his parents' homestead where the family lived in a dugout, an earthen home. Later they moved to Spokane, Wash., then to Clarkston, Wash., in 1924, where he attended school.
Mr. Blakely joined the U.S. Navy in 1933 and served in World War II and the Korean War. During a 20-year military career, he served in locations including San Diego, Calif.; Corpus Christi, Texas; Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; and Washington, D.C.
On Aug. 16, 1952, in Canton, Ohio, he married Ethel Eileen Horner, who survives. They moved to Clarkston in 1953 from Washington, D.C., settling in Grants Pass in 1958.
After retiring from the Navy, he worked for Blakely House movers in Clarkston, then for Potlatch Forests, Inc., in Lewiston, Idaho. In Grants Pass he worked for Dotts Boiler Works, the U.S. Post Office and Josephine County Sheriff's Department.
Mr. Blakely was a life member of the Fleet Reserve Association and active in the Hi-Lo Club, Grants Pass. While serving aboard the USS Virginia he was a member of the boxing team.
He enjoyed farming, animals, woodworking and motorcycles.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a brother, Willis, Clarkston; and two sisters, Betty Gifford, Molalla, and Vera McClarin, Clarkston. He was preceded in death by a brother, Loyal; and a sister, Velma Blakely.

Audrey Rose Kiszynski
The memorial service for Audrey Rose Kiszynski will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church, Ashland. The Rev. David Farrugia will officiate.
Mrs. Kiszynski, 73, of Ashland, died Sunday (Sept. 6, 1998) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 18, 1924, in London, England.
On Jan. 1, 1950, in London, she married Les Kiszynski, who survives. They moved to Oregon in 1986 from Illinois.
Mrs. Kiszynski served in the Women's Royal Air Force during World War II.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening, reading and handicrafts.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a son, Janusz, Portland; two daughters, Lisa McKay, Chicago, Ill., and Angela Sanders, Sydney, Australia; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons.

Lizzie Elnora Phillips
Lizzie Elnora Phillips, 97, of Medford, died Monday (Sept. 7, 1998) in Medford. Private interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Park in Oklahoma City, Okla.

She was born Lizzie Petree on Aug. 29, 1901, in Pidco, Texas.
In Jan. 1922, she married George W. Phillips, who died in 1966.
Mrs. Phillips moved to Medford in 1972.
She attended the Medford First Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and crocheting.
Survivors include a son, Bob, Medford; a daughter, Sybil Coghill, Medford; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by nine siblings.

Julia Jemma Tummers
Julia Jemma Tummers, 93, of Medford, died Friday (Sept. 4, 1998) at her home. A private service was held.

She was born Julia Pesi on Feb. 3, 1905, in Fields Landing, Calif.
In San Francisco, she married Alec Tummers, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Tummers moved to the Rogue Valley 53 years ago from San Francisco.
She owned and was chef at Mon Desir restaurant until 1965.
For many years she taught cooking classes from her home.
Mrs. Tummers sold her Julia's Salad Dressing at Quality Market, Harry and David's Country Store and the Jacksonville Inn.
She was a world traveler and active in the Medford-Alba Sister City Program.
Survivors include a son, Roland Pacey, Medford; and two grandchildren.
