William G. Jump
The graveside service for William C. Jump will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Eagle Point National Cemetery. Pastor Andy Green and Carlton Abbott will officiate.
Mr. Jump, 79, of Central Point, died Tuesday (Feb. 24, 1998) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 16, 1918, in Fillmore, Calif.
He moved to the Rogue Valley 48 years ago from Ojai, Calif.
A body and fender repairman and painter for 30 years, Mr. Jump worked for Witham's Truck Stop, until 1969, then for Delah Timber from 1971 to 1981 in White City.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a metalsmith first class.
He enjoyed oil painting.
Survivors include a son, Russell G., Central Point; a daughter, Debby Jump, Klamath Falls; a sister, Adelaide Gragg, Ventura, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

Gwen T. Wagner
The graveside service for Gwen Tuller Wagner will be a held Tuesday in Mission Hill Cemetery, Mission Hill, S.D.
Mrs. Wagner, 85, of Medford, died Wednesday (Feb. 25, 1998) at her home.
She was born Sept. 17, 1912, in Garden City, S.D.
On Nov. 14, 1927, in Kingsburg County, S.D., she married James Wagner, who preceded her in death.
She moved to the Rogue Valley eight years ago from Volin, S.D.
Mrs. Wagner enjoyed reading and church-related activities.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Alison Wagner, Ashland. A son, Larry Gene, died in 1993; and a sister, Tracy Hutchinson, in 1997.

Jean M. Conry
The funeral for Jean M. Conry will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Hillcrest Chapel. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Conry, 79, of Medford, died Friday (Feb. 27, 1998) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 17, 1918, in Portland. She moved to the Rogue Valley 17 years ago from Los Angeles.
A bookkeeper, she retired from Smeed Electric in Southern California.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and decorating.
Survivors include two daughters, Shari Neale, Lomita, Calif., and Pat Rhodes, Torrance, Calif.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A sister preceded her in death.

Tillie Enevoldsen
Olga Matilda "Tillie" Enevoldsen, 97, of Medford, died Thursday (Feb. 26, 1998) at her daughter's home.
The memorial service will be held later in Castle Rock, Wash.
She was born Olga Agren on April 30, 1900, in Olequa, Wash.
On Oct. 20, 1927, in Astoria, she married Eric Willfred Enevoldsen, who died in 1963.
She moved to Oregon in 1994 from Washington.
She was baptized a Jehovah's Witness in 1946.
Mrs. Enevoldsen enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and farm animals.
Survivors include two daughters, Florence Sheldon, Medford, and Paula Bufton, Yreka, Calif.; two sons, Stuart, Castle Rock, and George, Kiel, Wis.; a sister, Magdalena Leona Jacobson, Rocklin, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A son, Stanley, died in 1994; and a daughter, Laura Lakey, in 1997.

Diana Mae Casner
The memorial service for Diana Mae Casner will be at 1 p.m. today at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Yreka, Calif.
Mrs. Casner, 55, of Yreka, died Friday (Feb. 20, 1998) at Providence Medford Medical Center.

She was born Diana Savage on Aug. 20, 1942, in Emmett, Idaho, and grew up in the Talent/Ashland area.
On Nov. 16, 1963, in Ashland, she married John L. Casner, who died Nov. 3, 1989.
They moved to Yreka in 1970 from Happy Camp, Calif.
Mrs. Casner worked many years at Thrifty Drug and was a cashier for one year at the USA Gas Station.
Survivors include two daughters, Carol Mello, Mount Shasta, Calif., and Janet Casner, Yreka; her mother, Ila Savage, Medford; two brothers, Walter Savage, Ashland, and David Savage, Phoenix; a sister, Julie Da Vee, Medford; and four grandchildren. A daughter, Terrie, died in 1975; her father, James Savage in 1968; and a sister, Babe, in 1967.

James Steven Bell
James Steven Bell will be remembered at a gathering at 2 p.m. Sunday at the family home, 3755 Hosmer Lane, Gold Hill. Interment will be at 9 a.m. Monday in Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Bell, 54, of Gold Hill, died Wednesday (Feb. 25, 1998) in Eagle Point.

He was born April 22, 1943, in Minnesota.
Mr. Bell moved to the Rogue Valley 22 years ago from California.
On Sept. 14, 1997, in Brookings, he married Jessie L. Geiszler, who survives.
Mr. Bell owned and operated Rogue Technical Services in White City for 15 years.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1962 to 1966.
Mr. Bell was active in the Big Brothers program and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and the Oregon Coast.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include four sons, Jon, Medford, Josh, Jacksonville, Jeremy, Eugene, and Max Geiszler, Gold Hill; two daughters, Jennifer Bell, Eagle Point, and Cyress Geiszler, Gold Hill; three brothers, William, Mitchell, S.D., and Richard and Robert, both Denver, Colo.; a sister, Barbara Mertz, Denver; and two former wives, Sally Bell, Jacksonville, and Kathy Bailey. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Gregory and Douglas.

Marilyn S. Jacobson
Marilyn Sullivan Jacobson, 75, of Medford, died Wednesday (Feb. 25, 1998) at Providence Medford Medical Center. No service is planned.

She was born Marilyn Sullivan on Aug. 25, 1922, in Detroit, Mich.
In 1948, she married Raymond J.H. Jacobson, who died Oct. 29, 1993.
They moved to Medford in 1982 from Fremont, Calif.
She enjoyed painting, fishing and camping.
Survivors include four sons, James E. Altman, Livermore, Calif., Christopher Jacobson, Broomfield, Colo., Phillip R. Altman, Cambria, Calif., and Kenneth A. Altman, Spokane, Wash.; two daughters, Donna C. DeMartini, Fremont, and Cheryl Jacobson; a sister, Donna C. Dryer, Belmont, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Loretta G. Madison
The memorial service for Loretta Gladys Cataldo Madison will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Litwiller-Simonsen Funeral Home, Ashland.
Mrs. Madison, 78, died Wednesday (Feb. 25, 1998) at an Ashland foster home.
She was born Loretta Kerrick on April 11, 1919, in Marysville, Calif., and grew up in Oregon and Northern California.
Mrs. Madison retired from Southern Pacific Railroad after 31 years.
She was a hospital and state park volunteer. Mrs. Madison was a member of Golden Spikes, an art association, and of Native Daughters of the Golden West, of which she was president. She enjoyed keeping an orchard and garden, sewing, and painting.
Survivors include a daughter, Sheri Hillenga, Ashland; a son, Ron Cataldo; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
