OTHER INFORMATION: Thomas B. Miller 83, was a son of Frederick and Hazel Bell Miller. Mr. Miller worked as a crane operator for the former Sharon Transformer Division of Westinghouse Electric Corp. for 30 years, retiring in 1981. He was a former member of Greencrest Park Community Baptist Church, Reynolds. Mr. Miller served in the Army during World War II and earned the rank of corporal. After the war, he reenlisted during the Korean conflict, serving as a military policeman for the Air Force in Japan. He achieved the rank of master sergeant. After the war, he went on to the Air Force Reserves in Vienna. During the 1970s, Mr. Miller was a part-time police officer for Pymatuning Township. He enjoyed playing golf. His wife, the former Thelma Plake, whom he married Nov. 30, 1946, survives at home. Also surviving are: a daughter, Marjorie Miller and her husband Darrell Stuyvesant; a son, Thomas Miller and his wife Susan; two sisters, Dorothy Hogue and Gertrude Marenchin; and five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
