Maria Schneider
Maria (Jordan) Schneider, of Limerick, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at Montgomery Hospital. She was 74. Maria was born in Philadelphia on August 16, 1931 and attended Little Flower High School. Maria was a volunteer in the Adult Literacy Program at Graterford Prison and at the Veteran's Center in Phoenixville. She was a wonderful wife and mother and greatly enjoyed spending time with her family. Maria is survived by her loving husband, Ed Schneider and her devoted children and their spouses: Kathi and Dharmaraj Shetty, Susan and Bob Panuski, Eileen and George Bailey, and Michael and Maureen Schneider. Maria also had nine grandchildren and one great grandson. She is also survived by her sister, Claire Mohan; and her sisters - in law, Anne Jordan and Marie Jordan. Maria now joins in eternal life with those that have passed before her, her parents, John and Clare Jordan; and her brothers, John and James. FLORENCE SELL Florence B. Sell, 95, of Peter Becker Community, formerly of Telford, died December 30, 2006, in their HealthCare Unit. She was the wife of the late Norman D. Sell, who died in 1975. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Meyer) Bertolet. Florence attended the former Green Lane Public School. A homemaker, she assisted her husband, a tailor, in his business. Florence moved to Peter Becker Community in 1989. She was a member of Christ Reformed Church of Indian Creek in Telford. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Start, Reliance Chapter and the ladies auxiliary of Damascus Commandry. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Bertolet and sisters, Frances Hauck and Edna Reider. Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral at 11 AM on Wednesday, Jan. 3 in the chapel of Peter Becker Community, 800 Maple Ave., Harleysville, PA 19438. Calling hours are from 10:30 to 11 AM.
