DENNIS JAMES REIGLE
Dennis James Reigle, 51 of Highspire, formerly of Lewisburg, died at his home on March 25, 2006. Born in Sunbury, he was the son of the late James and Jane Reichenbach Reigle. He was a member of the Capital Christian Community Church in Middletown. A systems analyst, he was employed by Computer Aid in Harrisburg and previously worked for Pennsylvania House in Lewisburg. A 1972 graduate of Lewisburg Area High School, Mr. Reigle received a bachelor's of science degree in math from Mansfield University and a masters degree in special education from Bloomsburg University. He is survived by his twin brother David, married to Deborah Reigle, Elizabethtown, brother; Gary, married to Karen Reigle, Lewisburg, a sister; Cindy, married to David Cover, Lewisburg, four nephews and two nieces. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration Service and fellowship meal on Saturday, April 1, 2006 at the Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren, 777 South Mount Joy Street, Elizabethtown, at 10:30 AM with John Gamon, officiating.There will be no viewing. VICTOR L. JASIENSKI
Victor L. Jasienski, 59 of Elizabethtown, died on Friday, March 31, 2006 at the VA Medical Center in Lebanon. Born in Albion, MI, he was the son of the late Frank and Eleanor Jasienski. He was the husband of Bette L. Bryant Jasienski. They were married for 22 years in November. He was a member of Living Hope Community Chapel, Elizabethtown. A skilled machinist, Mr. Jasienski was most recently employed at Hershey Medical Center in the Environmental Health Dept. and previously was employed by Armstrong Flooring in Lancaster and Cameron Iron Works in Houston, TX. He was an avid gardener, loved to work in the yard and enjoyed being at home. Mr. Jasienski was a US Army veteran of Vietnam where he served as a field radio repairman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son; Paul Stringer and a daughter; Laurie Courtney. He is survived by his wife; Bette, two daughters ; Melanie, wife of Jim Sheaf, Viroqua, WI, Tammy, wife of Mark Gray, Grove, Okla., a son; John Norwood and his Fiancee; Shannon of Mt. Joy, seven grandchildren, two sisters ; Carol Fisher, Albion, MI, MaryAnne wife of Jerry Shinn, Yorktown, IN and two brothers ; Mahlon (Gene), husband of Joan White , York and Randy White and his Fiancee; Tina, Horsehead, NY. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at Miller/Sekely Funeral Services, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Gary Tryon, officiating. MARVIN WILLIAM STALKER
Marvin William Stalker, 90, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Canton, PA and Plant City, FL, died on Saturday, April 1, 2006 at his residence. Born in Indian Castle, NY, he was the son of the late Freeman and Anna Mae Spore Stalker. He was married to Florence M. Miller Stalker for 8 years in February. Mr. Stalker was a former member of Sunset Heights United Methodist Church in Plant City. He was a member of John S. Sell Memorial Chapel at the Masonic Village. During World War II, he served as a storekeeper second class in the United States Navy. Prior to retiring in 1969, he was employed for 26 years as an accountant by Streeter Associates in Elmira, New York. Following retirement, he was employed as a purchasing agent by Industrial Supply Corporation in Tampa, Florida from 1969-89. Mr. Stalker was a member of Canton Lodge #415, F&AM, Canton, PA, and a member of the Williamsport Consistory. A 1934 graduate of Dundee High School, NY, he enjoyed square dancing. He was preceded in death by Eloise Segur Stalker, who he was married for 31 years, a daughter, Bonita Leahy Toner, and a sister Gladys Sturdevant. In addition to his wife, Mr. Stalker is survived by three sons , Paul R., husband of Cathy Stalker, Tioga, PA, Ricardo R., husband of Gwen Ramirez, Gaithersburg, MD, Mark A., husband of Janice Ramirez, Bowie, MD, two daughters , Shelva J., wife of Robert Kosmer, Canton, PA, April J. Connell, Zephyrhills, FL, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2006 at the John S. Sell Memorial Chapel, Masonic Village, One Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, PA at 10:30 AM with Pastor Gary S. George officiating. There will be no viewing. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to John S. Sell Memorial Chapel.

CHARLES E. COLLINS
Charles E. Collins, 87, of Rheems, died on April 1, 2006 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Conoy Twp., he was the son of the late Charles S. and Minnie M. Charles Collins. He was the husband of Anna Mary Hoover Collins of Rheems. Retirng in 1984, Mr. Collins was employed by Hiestand's Garage in Elizabethtown as an auto mechanic. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge #596, Elizabethtown. He also liked to ride motorcycle and go hunting at his hunting camp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers ; Robert and George. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter; Lois, wife of the late Joe Wilkinson, Elizabethtown, five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter, two sisters ; Orpha, wife of Wayne Luttrell, Elizabethtown; Mary Lou, wife of Edgar Espenshade, Rheems; and two brothers ; Paul, husband of Jean Collins, Elizabethtown; and Clarence Collins of Mount Joy. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2006 at Miller/Sekely Funeral Services, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jonathan E. Tillman, officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 until the time of service. Interment will take place in Goods Mennonite Cemetery. THELMA G. KILLINGER
Thelma G. Killinger, 68 of Manheim, died on Sunday, April 2, 2006 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in West Chester she was the daughter of Cora M. Petersheim Killinger, Ohio and the late George B. Killinger. She attended God's Missionary Church, Lebanon. A 1955 graduate of Scott High School in Coatesville, Thelma was retired from SMH-Swatch, Lancaster where she worked in product returns. She was previously employed by Western Union. Thelma enjoyed traveling, going to all 50 states. She drove three times to Alaska and visited all the providences in Canada, Mexico, Haiti and the Bahamas. She also collected license plates. In addition to her mother , she is survived by a friend with whom she lived; Mildred A. Yoder, siblings; Viola Young and James, husband of Cheryl Killinger both of Gap, Charlotte, wife of Richard Burckhardt, WI, Harold, husband of Annette Killinger, IN, Dorcas, wife of Dennis McCoy, OH and nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2006 at Miller/Sekely Funeral Services, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Barry J. Arnold, officiating. NANCY BETH GERBER ARMSTRONG
Nancy Beth Gerber Armstrong, 55 of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, April 1, 2006 at Hospice of Lancaster County. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Nancy Heisey Gerber, Elizabethtown and the late John A. Gerber. She attended Elizabethtown High School and graduated from Charles Ellis School in Newtown Square. In the summer of 1967, Nancy received a scholarship from Elizabethtown High School to attend the Beaverbrook Music. She also won the Music Award from the Charles Ellis School. She attended West Chester University, Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa and California State in California. Nancy had been employed by the Massachusetts Institue of Technology Alumni Association, Hunts-Wesson, Fullerton, CA, Musser Supply Co., Columbia, the Burnham Co., Lancaster and NCR, Mount Joy, all in computer work. She loved music, especially classical and opera. She played the flute, piccolo and piano. Her interests besides music were trout fishing, rock climbing, cross counrty skiing, and needle work, especially counted cross-stitch. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. A former member of Palmyra Church of the Brethren, Nancy was a member of Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren where she sang in the choir. In addition to her mother , she is survived by a half brother, Paul Roberts of Philadelphia; ten uncles and aunts and 28 cousins. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2006 from the Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren, 777 South Mount Joy Street, Elizabethtown, at 11:00 AM with pastor Ralph Detrick and Rev. Eva Gabrielle, officiating. The will be no viewing. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 until the time of service. MARK E. WELESKI
Mark E. Weleski, 28 of Elizabethtown, died on Friday April 7, 2006 at Hershey Medical Center. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Dennis M. and Deborah L. Gamble Weleski of Elizabethtown. Mark married his high school sweetheart, Kristen N. Bellis Weleski, on March 20, 1999. A 1995 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School and Mount Joy Vo-Tech, Mark and Kristen were participants in the Homecoming Court and were selected as the Prom King and Queen. An avid sportsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a member of Milton Grove Sportsmans Club and Big Chiques Bowmen. Mark was also a big Phillies fan. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Elizabethtown and at the time of his illness, was a self-employed carpenter. Mark will be lovingly missed by his Beagle, Norman and his Dalmation, Doogan. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his sister, Alicia A., married to Troy Erdman, Elizabethtown; paternal-grandmother, Mary Ann Weleski, Cabot, PA and maternal grandfather, Mark E. Gamble, Butler, PA; two nieces and two nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place in St. Peter Catholic Church, 1840 Marshall Drive, Elizabethtown on Monday, April 10, 2006 at 10:00 AM. DALE E. SMITH
Dale E. Smith, 75 of Elizabethtown, died on Friday, April 7, 2006 at Masonic Village in Elizabethtown. Born in Newport, Perry County, he was the son of the late Daniel and Elsie Mortz Smith. He was the husband of Barbara R. Earnest Smith. They would have been married for 50 years on June 22, 2006. Mr. Smith was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Elizabethtown for over 40 years. During that time he served as head usher and was involved with various committees. He retired from Whitmoyer Chevrolet, where he was employed as a manger and previously work for Reed Chevrolet, Sutliff Chevrolet and Williams Chevrolet. Mr. Smith was a 50 year member of both Abraham C. Treichler Lodge #682, F&AM, Elizabethtown and Harrisburg Consistory. A veteran of the Korean Conflict, he served in the US Navy from 1948 to 1955 and was a member of Conewago Post #329, American Legion, Elizabethtown. He also served on the Elizabethtown Fair Board and enjoyed hunting and camping. He was preceded in death by a brother Glenn. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Scott B., husband of Anita Smith, Pittsburgh; a daughter, Kimberly M. Smith, Hummelstown; three sisters , Helen, wife of Elwood Wright, Harrisburg; Dorothy Lebo, Camp Hill; Mary, wife of Tony Vigilant, Woodland Hills, CA; a brother, Luther, husband of Ruth Smith, Mineral, VA and numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 from St. Paul's United Methodist Church 398 North Locust Street, Elizabethtown at 10:30 AM with Pastor John B. Davis, II, officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 9:00 until the time of service. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens, Columbia. A masonic service will be conducted by Abraham C. Treichler Lodge #682, F&AM on Tuesday prior to the service. DINA SCHOENBERGER
Dina Schoenberger, 83 of Elizabethtown died on Friday, April 7, 2006 at Hershey Medical Center. Born in Manila, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Juan and Soledad Patrimonio Santillan. She was the wife of William G. Schoenberger, Sr. who died in 1995. Dina was a very active member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Elizabethtown, where she served as vice president of parish council and as president of Council of Catholic Women for three years. She was also part of the committee responsible for choosing the site of the church's new building. She was a graduate of Philippine Normal School with a degree in elemntary education and had taught school for two years. When her children entered scouting she became a Cub Scout Den mother and Girl Scout Leader. From 1962 to 1975, she was a credit manager for the former W.T. Grant Store in Elizabethtown. She also worked for Ambassador Crads serving some 20 stores in Lancaster County. Dina also volunteered in the local office of Family and Children Services and had worked with an Elizabethtown juvenile officer on a youth aid panel. When her children participated in Elizabethtown Area School District bands, Dina became involved in the band parents club (now, EAHS Music Club) and served as the club's president. She continued to stay involved with music in her association with the Elizabethtown Area Music Foundation. She served as it's president from 1981-2001 and in 2003 the Foundation established the Dina Schoenberger Scholarship Award, giving each year to a graduating senior. Additionally, she served as borough park commissioner, a Republican committeewoman and was a member of the Fil-American Folk Dancers of South Central Lancaster. Dina was also a member of the Flower Club of Elizabethtown and Mount Joy, the St. Peter's Red Hat Belles and was named BPW Woman of the Year in 1991. Her family, her church and her community were her life and she especially enjoyed her gardens. She will be loving missed by her miniature dachshund, Erique. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Roy and a daughter, Dawn Ann. She is survived by seven children; Myrna, wife of Donald Darr, Elizabethtown; William G., Jr. (Billy) husband of Sharyn Schoenberger, Lancaster; Ginny Schoenberger, wife of Jerrold Blantz, Ronks; Debra, wife of Michael Beatson, Cherie, wife of John Belicic, Robert C., husband of Susan Schoenberger, Brian R., husband of Diane Schoenberger, all of Elizabethtown, 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1840 Marshall Drive, Elizabethtown at 10:30 AM with Rev. David L. Danneker as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call AT THE CHURCH on Tuesday evening from 6:00-9:00 and on Wednesday morning from 9:00 until the time of service. MARY LOUISE E. O'NEILL
Mary Louise E. O'Neill, 76 of Maytown, formerly of Ashland, PA, died on Monday, April 10, 2006 at Hospice of Lancaster County. Born in Ashalnd, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Josephine Tilmont O'Neill. Mary Louise was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Elizabethtown and was a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ashland. She was a graduate of Fitzgerald-Mercy Hospital Nursing School in Darby, PA and received her B.S. in Education from Bloomsburg University. A registered nurse, she retired in 1990 from Ashland State General Hospital where she was employed for 25 years. She previously worked at Good Samaritan Hospital in Pottsville and Belleview Hospital in New York City. She is survived by a brother, Vincent, husband of Sidney O'Neill, Seabring, FL; two sisters : Joanne, wife of Charles Connor, Falls Church, VA; Annette, wife of Frank Telenko, Sr., Elizabethtown, five nephews, one niece and 9 great nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at Historic St. Peter Catholic Church, One St. Peter Place, Elizabethtown, at 7:00 PM with Rev. David L. Danneker as celebrant. Friends may call on Wednesday at the church from 6:00 until the time of service. Interment will take place on Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Ashland. SHERRIE L. SONNON RANDLER
Sherrie L. Sonnon Randler, 54 of Elizabethtown, formerly of Hershey, was lead home by her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at Beverly Health Care in Pnoenixville. Born in Lancaster she was the daughter of Melvin R., Sr. and Nancy Wagner Sonnon of Elizabethtown. Sherrie attended Hershey Free Church and had studied the bible through courses from the Moody Bible Institute. She loved all kinds of music and played the 12 string guitar. She also enjoyed water skiing and bowling and especially liked fishing with her dad. Sherrie traveled to Dollywood and Disney World, but was most proud of driving herself, in a car equipped with hand controls, to Illinois for the Council on Churches and the Handicapped. While there, she met Joni Erikson Tada. She was a 1969 graduate of Elizabethtown High School. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Melvin R. Sonnon, Jr., Elizabethtown and a niece, Melissa Sonnon of Williamsburg, VA. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 17, 2006 at Christ Church United Church of Christ, 247 South Market Street, Elizabethtown at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Carol A. Bender, officiating. Friends may call at the church from 1:00 until the time of service. Interment will take place in Mount Tunnel Cemetery. FRANCES M. DELLEN
Frances M. Dellen, 66, of Marietta, formerly of Maytown, died Friday, April 14, 2006 at Lancaster General Hospital after a brief illness. Born in East Donegal Twp., she was the daughter of the late Lester L. and Emma A. Gutshall Shepler. She was married to Ronald R. Dellen for 27 years on December 29th. A graduate of Donegal High School, she loved to spend time with her children and grandchild ren. She also enjoyed going out to lunch and playing cards with her friends. She liked to travel, especially to the mountains and enjoyed snowmobiling with family and friends. She enjoyed her flower garden and shopping. She also liked working out with her granddaughter, Megan. Mrs. Dellen retired from Armstrong World Industries as a customer service representative. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters , Sheri (Drace) wife of Phil Kauffman, Elizabethtown, Bonnie (Drace) wife of Paul McDonough, Harrisburg, four grandchildren, Megan, wife of Jeremy Caldwell, Scott Kauffman, Michael and Angela Copko, a great grandson, Mason Messick, and a sister, Shirley, wife of William "Bill" Greider, Sr., Manheim, a niece Kathy Greider Humphreville and a nephew William Greider, Jr. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at Miller/Sekely Funeral Services, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA at 11:00 AM with Pastor A. BEULAH M. CURRAN
Beulah M. Curran, 92, of Elizabethtown, died Monday evening at the Masonic Village. Born in Lancaster Co., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ada Garman Bechtel. She was married to William Curran who died in 1973. A member of the First Church of God in Elizabethtown, she was also a member of the Elizabethtown Flower Club. She enjoyed reading and fill in the blank puzzles. She was preceded in death by three brothers . She is survived by several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2006 at Miller/Sekely Funeral Services, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA at 11:00 AM with Pastor Charles H. Hostetter officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00 until the time of service. Interment will take place in West Green Tree Cemetery.

DORIS H. HEDRICK
Doris H. Hedrick, 66, of Elizabethtown died on Thursday, April 13, 2006 at Lancaster Regional Hospital. Born in Fredericksburg, Lebanon County, she was the daughter of the late Robert M. and Verna Edris Hostetter. She was the wife of Jack L. Hedrick; they were married for 45 years. In 1957, Mrs. Hedrick graduated with honors from Northern Lebanon High and went on to receive her Associate Degree in Medical Secretarial Science from Elizabethtown College in 1959. In 1959-60, she was employed as a receptionist/secretary by Dr. John L. Groh, Lebanon Sanatorium Hospital in Lebanon. From 1960-62 she was employed as secretary to the Director of Men's Housing at the University of Pittsburgh. From 1972-76, Mrs. Hedrick was employed for one year as a teacher's aide and three years as a teacher of four and five year olds in the Elizabethtown Community Nursery School. From 1976 until her retirement in 1995, she was employed as secretary in the Center for Counseling and Student Development at Elizabethtown College. From 1962-72, her club and volunteer work included: President of the mother 's Club, Secretary and President of Elizabethtown College Faculty Women's Club, Cub Scout Den mother and Den Leader Coach, and elementary and middle school volunteer. A member of Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren, Mrs. Hedrick served as a Sunday school teacher from 1963-88, secretary to the church board and executive committee from 1974-76, chair of the nominating committee from 1978-81, secretary of the Nurture Commission, 1982, Chair of the Nurture Commission and executive committee, 1983-85, appointed member of church board, 1987-88 and chair of the Christian Education Commission, 1988-89. On Campus, she served as the Office Personnel Association, secretary and president and was a member of the Personnel Committee and In-Service Day Committee. She also served as OPA leader for the capital fund drive. Additionally, she was a past president of the Elizabeth Hughes Society and after retirement, volunteered at Masonic Village Health Care Center. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons , Joseph, husband of Leah Mulcahey Hedrick, Kennett Square and Robert, husband of Stephanie Gage Hedrick, Rosemount, MN. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2006 from Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren, 777 South Mount Joy Street, Elizabethtown at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Ben Simmons, officiating. There will be no viewing. Relatives and friends are invited to the fellowship hall for refreshments immediately following the service. Contributions may be made to the Society for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Inc., Executive Plaza III, 11350 McCormick Road, Suite 906, Hunt Valley, MD 21031. NONA L. MARTIN
Nona L. Martin, 61 of Bainbridge, formerly of Richland Twp., Cambria County died on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at her home. Born in Carnegie, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Betty Visushil Heaps. She was the wife of William A. Martin. They were married for 30 years in September 2005. A homemaker, Mrs. Martin was a member of Congregational Bible Church, Marietta and was a former member of Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship Church. She received an associate degree in business management from the Cambria-Rowe Business College. Mrs. Martin was a former auditor for Richland Twp. and was a member of the Richland Twp. Republican Womens Group. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters ; Tanya Hancharik, married to Rich Heming and Natausha Martin Rhen, four grandchildren; Richie Heming, Sean Heming, Austyn Martin and Jourdan Benson, three sisters ; Sutzie Buterbaugh, Billie Murdick and Pat Thompson. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 24, 2006 at the Congregational Bible Church, 1185 River Road, Marietta at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jan Gingrich, officiating. There will be no viewing. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 314 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603. Arrangements by Miller/Sekely Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, PA.
