Joanna B. Page, 81, of Memphis, homemaker, died Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. She was a member and chairman of Trustees at Grimes United Methodist Church and a volunteer at Methodist University Hospital. Mrs. Page, the widow of Albert E. Page, leaves a daughter, JoAnna Haines of Germantown; a son, Albert E. Page Jr. of Bartlett, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Grimes Memorial Methodist Church.

Paul 'Mike' Parker, 46, of Memphis, retired from the Navy, drowned and was found Thursday in the Tennessee River. Services will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Independence, Miss. T.H. Hayes & Sons Funeral Home has charge. He was a member of B.A.S.S. Federation, Fishers of Men and Southwestern Tennessee Bass Club. Mr. Parker, the husband of Brenda Parker, also leaves two daughters, Samantha Parker and Elizabeth Parker, both of Southaven; three sons, Ryan Burke of Cincinnati, and Robert Parker and Ethan Parker, both of Southaven; a brother, James Parker of Fort Worth, Texas, and 2 grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Mount Zion Baptist Church.

William McKinley Parker, 74, of Memphis, retired supervisor for City of Memphis Auto Inspection Station, died Sunday at Methodist University Hospital. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Memphis Memory Gardens. Yarbrough Funeral Home in Ripley, Tenn., has charge. He was a Korean War Army veteran, the recipient of a Purple Heart, and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Parker, the widower of Martha Yvonne Massongill Parker, leaves a daughter, Teresa Parker of Texas; five sons, Tony Parker and Randy Parker, both of Memphis, Mickey Parker of New York, and Steve Parker and Kenneth Parker, both of Texas; two brothers, Thomas Parker of Alabama and Charles Parker of Arkabutla, 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mildred L. Ramsey, 86, of Memphis, homemaker, died Saturday at Beverly Health Care in Southaven. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She was a member of Faith Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Bartlett and choir director and member of American Guild of Organists Memphis Chapter. Mrs. Ramsey, the widow of Rev. Dr. Carl M. Ramsey, leaves a daughter, Gayla Sutton of Hernando; a son, David Ramsey of Memphis; a sister, Charlene Turner of Springfield, Ill., and a grandson. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Cumberland Presbyterian Church Board of Missions Carl Ramsey Scholarship Fund.

Robert Gamble Ring, 78, of Naples, Fla., formerly of Memphis, died Friday in Naples. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal Church with burial in Memorial Park. Mr. Ring, the husband of Patricia Taylor Ring, also leaves a daughter, Teresa Ring of Lakeland; two sons, Carl Ring of Memphis and James Ring of Hickory Withe, Tenn.; two brothers, James Ring of Pensacola, Fla., and Joseph Ring of Georgetown, Tenn., and four grandchildren.
