Frank O. Henley, 85, of Tequesta, Fla., formerly of West Tennessee, retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, died Monday in Tequesta. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home in Jupiter, Fla. with full military honors. Mr. Henley, the widower of Betty S. Henley, leaves a daughter, Catherine A. Wilson, and a son, Frank S. Henley, both of Tequesta; two sisters, Joanne Gaglio and Jean Larkin, both of Memphis, and three grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Doris Jean Holmes, 54, of Memphis, advertising clerk for Kroger, died Sunday at her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Easthaven Church of Christ with burial in the church cemetery. Gillespie Funeral Home in Olive Branch has charge. Mrs. Holmes, the wife of William Holmes, also leaves two daughters, Samantha D. Holmes of Houston and Daphne V. Holmes of Memphis; her mother and stepfather, Jessie Lee Stevens Hawkins and Harrison Hawkins, and three sisters, Carolyn A. Stevens, Bernie L. Clemons and Elaine Stevens, all of Memphis.

Merle F. Johnson, 77, of Memphis, retired service station attendant, died Wednesday at Methodist Extended Care. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch with burial in Memorial Park. He was an Army veteran. He leaves four sisters, Maxine Johnson Cates and Bonnie Johnson Beasley, both of Memphis, Betty Johnson Deckelman of Olive Branch and Helen Johnson Magee of Byhalia, Miss., and a brother, Donald W. Johnson of Memphis.

Ruth F. Johnson, 93, of Memphis, retired librarian for the University of Memphis, died Wednesday at Kirby Pines Estates. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Park. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Dixon Gallery and Brooks Museum. Mrs. Johnson, the widow of Dr. Sam H. Johnson, leaves a sister, Mary Ellen Egbert of Eau Claire, Wis. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Second Presbyterian Church or a charity of the donor's choice.

Luigi Lawrence, 72, of Cordova, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Mass will be said at 1 p.m. today at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, where he was a communicant, with burial in Memorial Park. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. Mr. Lawrence, the husband of Eugenia Lawrence for 40 years, also leaves two daughters, Daniela Lawrence and Vivian Lawrence, both of Cordova; a son, Mario Lawrence of Pope, Miss.; two sisters, Maria Lawrence and Larenza Cordeaux, both of Australia; three brothers, Paul Lawrence of Queens, N.Y., Albert Lawrence of Cornwall, England, and Vincent Lawrence of Australia, and a grandchild.

Bobbie Sue Porter Leggett, 72, of Memphis, homemaker and retired from the Army Office of Personnel Management, died Wednesday at Spring Gate Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Roller Family Funeral Home with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church and president of Forrest Lakes Home Owners Association. Mrs. Leggett, the wife of T. L. Leggett, also leaves a daughter, Karen Eddleman of Winfield, Mo.; a son, Robert Porter of Springfield, Mo.; four sisters, Mary Bess Henley and Ruby Guest, both of West Point, Miss., Nick Johnson of Mantee, Miss., and Louise Morgan of Memphis, and four grandchildren.

Anne Akosua Livingston, 83, of Memphis, retired teacher for San Francisco City School System, died Monday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at M. J. She was a member of the Church for the Fellowship of All People in San Francisco, AKA, NAACP, San Francisco Duplicates Bridge Club and San Francisco Historic & Cultural Society. Mrs. Livingston, the widow of Isaac Livingston, leaves a caregiver, Thomas B. Johnson of Memphis.

He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and a charter member of St. Stephens United Methodist Church. Mr. Rogers, the widower of Nell D. Rogers, leaves a daughter, Patricia R. Owens of Cordova; three sons, Jim Rogers of Germantown, Mike Rogers of Victoria, Miss., and David Rogers of Cordova, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
