He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Sheldon, Sr., and Dorothy Fox East; wife, Annie Dorcus Rynaldo East; sister, Dorothy Gilliam. Visitation will be 5 p.m., until 9 p.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2008, 10 a.m., until 9 p.m., Thursday, and 9 a.m., until service time on Friday. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday, September 12, 2008, from The Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Peace officiating. Interment icon at Corum Hill cemetery . Mr. East was a United States Army Veteran who fought in WW II. He retired from the Gallatin News Examiner and from the Westmoreland Post Office. He was also a retired Baptist Preacher and a member of Harvest Hills Baptist Church.

Derotha E. Fishburn, age 82, of Lafayette, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2008. She is survived by her daughters, Judy (Kenneth) Anderson of Westmoreland, Peggy (Larry) Crowder of Lafayette; sons, Randell (Thunell) Blankenship of Lafayette, Benny (Shelia) Blankenship of Westmoreland; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny Blankenship; brothers, Arnett, Jack, Bufford and J. T. Coker. Visitation will be 6 p.m., until 9 p.m., Sunday, February 10, 2008, and 10 a.m., until service time on Monday. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2008, from The Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Guthrie Thompson and Bro. Charles Jones officiating. Tanya Lea Caudill Furlow, age 36, of Portland, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Johnny Furlow of Portland; sons, Joshua Huff of Portland, Caleb Huff of Westmoreland; daughter, Ashley Huff of Portland; parents, Donald & Diane Allison Caudill of Westmoreland; brother, Ryan Caudill of Portland. Christopher Wayne Garcia, age 37, of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008. He is survived by his mother, Claudie Gregory Ford of Mt. Juliet; father, Jose Garcia of Millington, Tenn.; daughter, Alivia Garcia of Hartsville, Tenn.; sons, Michael Allen and Gabriel Allen Garcia, both of Mt. Juliet; brother, Jose Garcia, Jr., of Franklin, Tenn.; sister, Vickie Garcia of Corpus Christi, Tex. Visitation will be 4 p.m., until 9 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2008, and 10 a.m., until 9 p.m., Friday. Louise Graeff, age 74, Westmoreland, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2008. She is survived by her son, Robert Earl Warren of Nashville; brother, Harley (Tracy) Smith of Westmoreland; sisters, Betty Zapp of Westmoreland, Alice Vasques of Portland, Clayla Bain of Portland, Estell Moore of Nashville, Mildred Brown of Springfield; nephews, Bruce Adams of Brandon, Fla., Johnny (Kim) Smith of Westmoreland, David (Kim) Smith of Westmoreland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny B. and Mary Bell Keith Smith; husband, Herman Graeff; sister, Lavada Dorris; brother, Jimmy Smith; niece and nephew, Deborah Chance and Wayne Smith. Visitation will be 1:30 p.m., until 9 p.m., Sunday, November 9, 2008, and 9 a.m., until service time on Monday. Mrs. Graves retired from Regency Electronics in Indianapolis.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Wayne Graves, Sr., of Bethpage; daughters, Amanda Graves and Megan Graves, both of Bethpage ; father, David Moss of Hartsville; mother, Sherry Fox of Sparta, Tenn.; grandfather, James Moss of Watertown, Tenn.; grandmother, Virginia Moss of Hartsville, Tenn.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Archie and Dorothy Graves of Westmoreland; sisters, Misty Scanlan of Morrisville, Mo., Crystal Mitchell of Spencer, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her son, Phillip W. Harvey Archie Greer, age 83, of Westmoreland, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Mettie Nadine Whitson Greer of Westmoreland. Visitation will be 1 p.m., until 8 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2008, and 11 a.m., until service time on Tuesday. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2008, from The Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Roberts officiating. Interment icon will be at New Hope cemetery. Donald Howard Gregory, age 50, of Bethpage, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Centennial Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Janie Pearl Jones Gregory of Bethpage; mother, Florine Gregory of Westmoreland; daughters, Anita Calvillo of Gallatin, Janet Gregory of Bethpage, Jennifer Gregory of Bethpage, Jenny Gregory of Bethpage, Jessie Jones of Bethpage, Charmaine Gregory of Bethpage; sons, Terry Jones of Bethpage, James Gregory of Bethpage; brothers, Larry, Jimmy, R.B. and Roger Gregory all of Westmoreland, Bruce Gregory of Gallatin, Jackie Gregory of Adolphus, Ky.; sisters, Joyce Haun of Springfield, Betty and Eva Summers both of Westmoreland, Opelia Stewart of Gallatin; 1 grandchild, 2 step grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her children, Lynn and Donald Gregory, Pamela Smith, Novella and Nancy Gregory and Frances Louise Gregory; grandchildren, David Gregory, Lisa Gregory and Rhonda Summers; and several brothers. Laura G. Shoulders Gregory, age 78, of Westmoreland, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008, at her residence. She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Conyer of Westmoreland, Pat Gregory of Nashville; sons, Ricky Gregory of Westmoreland, Billy Joe Gregory of Westmoreland, Timothy S. Gregory of Sarasota, Fla.; sisters, Katherine Whitley of Goodlettsville, Louise Woodard of Lebanon; brothers, Robby D. Shoulders of Hartsville, Hue Shoulders of Hendersonville, Virgil Shoulders of Murfreesboro; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Flora Wilburn Shoulders; husband, Edmond Gregory; sister, Sue Drick; brothers, Alexander Shoulders. Richard Lee Hansen, age 46, of Lafayette, Tenn., passed away Friday, March 7, 2008, at Sumner Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his daughters, Tabitha (Tracy) Hawkins of Westmoreland, Courtney Hansen of Lebanon, Tenn.; son, Daniel Hansen of Lafayette; sister, Betty (Randy) Warner of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Hansen; mother, Mary Frances Hudson Hansen. Visitation will be 12 noon until 9 p.m., Sunday, March 9, 2008, and 10 a.m., until service time on Monday. Funeral service will be 6 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2008, from The Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Willie Leduc officiating. Mr. Hansen had formerly driven a truck for CRST.

Henry Irvon Harris, age 86, of the Rocky Mound Community, Westmoreland, Tenn., passed away Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Ethelene Stewart Harris of Westmoreland; brother, Harold Harris of Cottontown; nephew, Donald Jones of Lafayette. He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Gracie Lund Harris; brother, Earl Harris. Visitation will be 4 p.m., until 9 p.m., Friday, November 21, 2008, 9 a.m., until 9 p.m., Saturday, and 9 a.m., until service time on Sunday. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Sunday, November 23, 2008, from The Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Dunham and Bro. Ricky White Officiating. Interment icon is at Rocky Mound cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Mai Midgett Hodges of Gallatin; sons, Caleb Shane Hodges of Gallatin, Anthony Jacob Hodges of Nashville, Michael Caine Hodges of Gallatin, Joseph Hodges of Gallatin; 4 grandchildren; brother, Keith Edward Hodges of Gallatin. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Edward Hodges, Sr., and Alice Marie Cunningham Hodges. Visitation will be 12 noon until service time Tuesday, September 9, 2008.
