Mrs. Anglin
Lena Merle Anglin, 88, died February 26, 2004 at Hamilton. Funeral services were held Feb. 28 in the First United Methodist Church at Hamilton with Dr. Glenneth Herrington officiating with burial following in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Mrs. Anglin was born Sept. 22, 1915 at Shive, the daughter of William Cloudy Rucker and Lena Ruth Redden Rucker.
She was married to W.G. Anglin. on October 6, 1935 at Evant. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother as well as an active member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, W.G. Anglin of Hamilton; son, Garland Anglin Jr. and wife Donna; a daughter, Ann Schooler and husband Bill, all of Hamilton; six grandchildren, Gary Anglin, Nancy Anglin Yates, Larry Anglin, Laura Anglin Hudson, Cayce Schooler and Mary Jo Schooler; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Eunice Mater of San Antonio and two sisters-in-law, Lovetta Anglin and Avis Anglin.
Pallbearers were Mark Simmons, Bill Matter, Ray Anglin, Charles Anglin, Richard McClellan and V.B. Munday.

Mr. Fox
Joe H. Fox Jr., 80, of Lampasas died Feb. 29, 2004 at a Temple hospital. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 2 in the chapel of Dodson-Sneed Funeral Home with Mr. Reid Schaub, pastor of Community Church, officiating. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 8, 1923 in Moline, the son of Joe H. Fox Sr. and the former Vinna E. O’Neal. He lived most of his life in Lampasas.
Mr. Fox was a member of the United States Army during World War II, serving in the European and Pacific Theatres.
He was married to Doris Ann Sultemeir on May 13, 1960 in Burnet. Mr. Fox was a lineman in Lampasas for the Southwestern Bell Company for 38 years. He enjoyed playing golf. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by two grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Ann Fox of Lampasas; two daughters, Tammy Kaye Pollock of Bryan and Sandra Lynn Holloman of Lampasas; two sons, Winters Fox of Hamilton and Michael Fox of Buchanan Dam; a sister, Mary Elliott of San Antonio; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family asks that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.

Mr. Jahns
Albert Jahns, 90, died March 7, 2004 in Dallas. Services were conducted March 10 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Burial was at Restland Memorial Park.
He was born Dec. 23, 1913 in Caldwell. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and received the Bronze Star for his service at Omaha Beach during the invasion of Normandy.
Mr. Jahns was a longtime resident of Dallas, growing up and living in the Pottsville area before moving there.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Fred, Robert, Henry and Tedd.
Survivors include his sisters, Lilly Wendland and Nelda Eggen.

Mr. Thomas
Richard Eugene Thomas, 80, died March 7, 2004 at Hamilton. Funeral services were held March 9 at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James Ballard officiating. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton.
Mr. Thomas was born September 21, 1923 in Loraine, the son of Floyd and Bertha Richards Thomas.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Air Corps. He entered the service on June 27, 1944 and saw action in the Pacific Theater, including the southern Philippines, Luzon, Western Pacific, New Guinea and Air Offensive of Japan.
He was awarded the Air Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal with seven Bronze Service Stars, American Theater Campaign Medal, Army of Occupation Medal, Victory Medal, and Philippines Liberation Medal with two Bronze Service Stars.
On March 28, 1947, Richard was married to Minerva Knudson in Cranfills Gap.
Mr. Thomas retired from the U. S. Postal Service in 1987 after serving the community of Hamilton for 35 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, taking great pleasure enjoying these activities with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Minerva Knudson Thomas of Hamilton; his three sons, Dennis Wayne Thomas of Krum, Donald Eugene Thomas of Plano and Darrell Glen Thomas of Sugar Land; two brothers, Stanley Thomas of Pearl and Wendell Thomas of Snyder and six grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Reid and Hilton Thomas.
Pallbearers were Bobby Stephen, Bob Cochran, Sonny Thompson, Dennis Krueger, James Thompson and Ralph Lee.

Noah Wiedebusch
Noah Hays Wiedebusch, 14, died March 9, 2004 in Dallas. Funeral services will be held at St. John Lutheran Church Friday, March 12 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Russell Nebhut and Vicar Keith Reich officiating. Burial will be at Cottage Hill Cemetery.
Noah was born Dec. 21, 1989 in Brownwood, the son of Rick and Barbara Wiedebusch and the brother of Mica Wiedebusch, all of Hamilton. He was an eighth grade student at Hamilton Junior High.
Visitation will be will be Thursday, March 11 from 6-8 p.m. at Riley Funeral home.

Mr. Beauchamp
Robert Herman Beauchamp, age 90, of San Angelo, died Jan. 20, 2005, at his residence. Graveside services were held Jan. 22, 2005, at 2 p.m. at the Boyd Cemetery in Boyd, Texas, Conrad Beauchamp officiating.
He was born on August 20, 1914, in Wise County, the son of Robert Vernon and Della Beatrice Boyd Beauchamp.
He was married to Nova Nell Bassham on Nov. 17, 1934, in Ft. Worth. He was a Church of Christ minister.
Survivors include his three daughters, Janice Dempsey and husband Harlon, Eileen Smith and husband Sonny, and Lou Ann Beauchamp all of San Angelo; five grandchildren, Karen Stuteville and husband Gerald of Fort Worth, Mark Beauchamp Arnold and wife Mrs. Zschiesche of Boerne, Clay Smith and wife Amy of San Angelo, Cory Smith and wife Stephanie of San Angelo, Coby Hardgrave and wife Barbara of Austin and step-grandson David Dempsey and Martha of Lewisville and eight great-grand-children as well as numerous nieces, nephews and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his wife; his brother, Herschell Beauchamp, as well as by his parents Vernon and Della Beauchamp.

Hardie Ross Jones, Jr., 88, of Terrell, died Jan. 19, 2005. Funeral services were held Jan. 22 at Goggans Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Ed Goolsby officiating. Burial followed at Oakland Memorial Park.
Mr. Jones was born April 20, 1916 in Comanche, the son of Hardie Ross and Mable Emerson Jones Sr.
He was raised and attended school in Comanche where he graduated as salutatorian of the class. He later attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood.
Mr. Jones served his country in the United States Army-Air Corps during WWII as a supply sergeant from 1942-1945.
He was married to Marie Kornegay in Stephenville on Nov. 27, 1948. He moved to Terrell in 1955 where he worked as a parts manager for Chevrolet.
He owned and operated Hardie Jones Real Estate for the past 25 years and was past president of the Terrell Lions Club, where he had perfect attendance.
He enjoyed football and was an avid University of Texas and Dallas Cowboys fan and he enjoyed jokes and story telling.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Terrell.
Survivors include his wife, of Terrell; two sons, Steve Jones and wife Trisha of Plano and Jim Jones of Dallas; a daughter, Joy Ferguson and husband Charles of Plano; three grandsons, Christopher Ferguson, Trent Jones and Collin Ross Jones and a sister Mary Goodson of Comanche.
The family has requested that memorials be made to the Terrell Lions Club.

Mr. Jenson
Forrest Jonathan Jenson Sr., 89, died Jan. 19, 2005. Funeral services were held Jan. 23, at the First United Methodist Church in Clifton. Burial was in Clifton Memorial Park.
He was born in the family home at Gary Creek, near Norse, on Oct. 26, 1915, the son of Palmer and Frieda Schulze Jenson. He attended Meridian Creek School, Clifton Lutheran Academy, and Clifton Junior College.
Mr. Jenson was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Cranfills Gap.
He was married to Rena Ellen Davis in 1936. They had six children.
Mr. Jenson worked at the Clifton Mercantile and Pure Milk Co. in Waco. In retirement, he and Rena lived near Moody, moving back to Clifton in 2000.
He was a devoted servant of his Lord, faithfully attending church throughout his life and fostering the Christian faith in his children. After his marriage, he became a member of First Methodist Church of Clifton, and later served in Memorial Methodist Church in Waco, and Moody-Leon United Methodist.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Glen David and Arden Leroy Jenson; and a sister, Priscilla Faye Jenson.
Survivors include his wife; daughter Betty and husband Virgil Tindall of Cranfills Gap, daughter Mary and husband Leonard Kiely of Round Rock, son Forrest Jenson Jr. and wife Cecelia of Hamilton, son Glen Jenson and friend Royce Davis of Crandall, daughter Catherine and husband John Chatelain of Fargo, North Dakota, son Dale Jenson and wife Bettye Jo of Moody; brother Murray Jenson and wife Lorene of Denton, brother Lloyd Jenson and wife Muriel of Granbury and sister-in-law Geraldine Jenson; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and a host of friends and relatives.
Pallbearers were Eric Jenson, Robert Jenson, Dare Lovett III, Ross Tindall, George and Jon Jenson, grandsons and nephews of the deceased.
The family requests memorials be given to Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home or the Jens Ringness Restoration Project.

Ruth Elizabeth Stegemoller, 49, died at her residence Jan. 24, 2005. Funeral services were set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Pottsville with Rev. Calvin Goerdel and Rev. Peter Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 17, 1955 at Gatesville, the daughter of Clarence and LaVerna Bubert Goerdel.
She was married to Tommy (Tom) Stegemoller on Oct. 5, 1974 at Hamilton.
Mrs. Stegemoller was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She had many talents ranging from bookkeeping, working livestock on the ranch to laying rock around their home.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pottsville. She helped with Sunday School, Bible School, Christmas programs and she served as a council member.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Adam Stege-moller; her mother, LaVerna Bubert Goerdel, all of Pottsville; a sister, Maria Feist of Comanche; three brothers, John Goerdel and his wife Leighnae of Showlow, Ariz., James Goerdel and his wife Lisa of Pottsville and David Goerdel and his wife Diane of Aleman.
Pallbearers were: Jack Applewhite, Roger Zimmerman, Sonny Stephens, Larry Eilers, Ron Karasek and Everett Vandiver. Honorary pallbearer was Johnny Wagner.

Ina Faye Chilton Tarrant, 80, died Jan. 19, 2005 at Mesquite. Graveside services were held Jan. 22, 2005 at Murphree Cemetery in Evant with Rev. Keith Felton officiating.
She was born January 22, 1924 at Goldthwaite, Texas, the daughter of Aubrey and Frankie Ham Chilton.
She is a retired clerk typist for a trucking company, a member of the Eastern Star and the First Presbyterian Church in Mesquite.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Ruth Chilton Palmer and Audrey Ann Chilton Apple; two brothers, Jack Chilton and James Dolan Chilton.
Survivors include two children and their spouses, Don and Valery Hardy of Lewisville and Chole and Gary Kaufman of Olympia, Washington; two grandchildren, Melany DeVaney and Morgan Green-walt; two sisters, Zana Baylis of Butte Valley, Calif. and Nina Davis of Longview a brother, Dale Chilton of Hamilton and numerous nieces and nephews.
