Jack Henry Davidson, 2, of West Columbia,  Texas died Wednesday, November 19, 2003 in Houston,  Texas.

HERBERT DEAN ROBERTSON

Herbert Dean Robertson, 71, of Cleburne,  Texas, died Wednesday, November 19, 2003 in Fort Worth. Arrangements are pending with Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia,  Texas. (979) 345-3232.

EDITH MARIE DELANO

Edith Marie DeLano, resident of Fresno since 1950, died on Thursday, November 20, 2003, in Angleton,  Texas, at the age of 87.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2003, in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Noy Pruitt officiating.

Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2003, at the Funeral Home.

Mrs. DeLano will be laid to rest on Tuesday, November 25, 2003, in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Honorary pallbearers are Charles DeLano, Chris Pastuch, C.C. DeLano, John Henry and Troy Gomez.

On February 10, 1916, Edith was born to William & Frances Santella Ragland in Kansas City, Missouri. She was married to Daryl K. DeLano on December 14, 1940, in Bowling Green, Ohio and in 1950 the couple moved to Fresno,  Texas.

Her husband preceded her in death.

During her life, she lived in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and helped start a church called Fountain Lake Methodist Church. She and her friends raised the funds to build it and furnish it, then proceeded to fill it with friends and neighbors.

She also served in nearly every capacity and nearly every committee during 50 years of service to the Fresno United Methodist Church. She and her friends would also water and care for the flower beds so that there were plenty of blooms on Sunday morning to greet those who came to worship. She was also a member of the Fresno Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. Through her 30 years of service she and her friends peeled potatoes for days to make enough potato salad to served with the barbecue. She and her friends also served many bowls of chili. Their feet and hands ached for days, but these spring and fall dinners raised funds to help the Volunteer Fire Department.

Surviving are sisters, Helen Hale & companion Warren Weinert of North Hollywood, California; and June Schurman of Los Angeles, California; sons, Charles DeLano & wife, Laura, of Delano, California, C.C. DeLano & wife, Montie, of Alvin,; daughters, Kay Durman of Houston, Carol Pastuch & husband, Chris of Angleton, Mary Henry & husband, John, of Sugar Land; grandchildren, Arla Waldroupe, Angela Gomez & husband, Troy, Aaron Durman, Anna Stewart & husband, Wayne, Tony DeLano, Anna Alindajao & husband, John, Candyce Pastuch, Carissa Pastuch, Ann Henry, Adam Henry, Amber DeLano, Daryl DeLano, Austin DeLano, Marci Gonzalez, Halee DeLano; great-grandchildren, Sean Stewart, Samantha Paloma and Cody Waldroupe.

The family greatly appreciates all the loving care provided by Cypress  Woods Care Center, Angleton Danbury Medical Center, and Vistas Healthcare of  Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cypress  Woods Care Center, 135 1/2 Hospital Drive, Angleton, TX 77515, or Fresno Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 185, Fresno,  Texas, 77545.

GEORGE DURHAM CLIFTON LINCECUM

George Durham Clifton Lincecum, 27, of Cypress,  Texas, died Friday, November 21, 2003 at Cypress Fairbanks Hospital.

Arrangements are pending with Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia,  Texas.

JACK HENRY DAVIDSON

Jack Henry Davidson, 2, of West Columbia,  Texas, was born Sunday, September 30, 2001, and passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2003, in Houston,  Texas.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2003, at First Baptist Church in West Columbia,  Texas.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2003, at First Baptist Church in West Columbia,  Texas, with the Reverend Dave Barclay officiating.

Interment will follow at Columbia Cemetery in West Columbia,  Texas.

He is survived by his parents, Keith & Paola Davidson of West Columbia; brothers, Alex Davidson of West Columbia, Eli Davidson of West Columbia, Hayden Davidson of West Columbia, Nathan Davidson of West Columbia; grandparents, Tressie Davidson of Lucedale, Mississippi, Corrado & Mirta Cultrera of Lake Jackson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Herman C. Davidson.

Jack was a member of First Baptist Church in West Columbia,  Texas.

Pallbearers will be Dewain Davidson, Gerald Davidson, James Davidson and Rodney Davidson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Chamblee, Jonathan Cultrera, Marcelo Scopice and Bryan  White.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jack’s name to the Ronald McDonald House at  Texas Children’s Hospital, 1907 Holcombe Blvd. Houston,  Texas, 77030.

LENA FAYE FOUTY

Lena Faye Fouty of Dayton,  Texas, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2003.

She was born in Velasco,  Texas, to Andrew and Queen Anne Thompson on September 11, 1929.

She was a Tarkington Prairie Baptist Chapter Member, a member of Rural Shade Baptist Church and Helping Hands Ministry.

She is survived by her husband, Homer “Ed” Fouty Sr.; children, Linda Taliaferro, Rita Terrell and husband, Rick, Homer Edward Fouty Jr., Dennis Alan Fouty and wife, Linda; grandchildren, Lindsey and  Taylor Terrell, Lauren Fouty, Jonathan, Issac, David, MaryHelen Fouty; sisters, Lois Pearson and husband, Allan, Hazel Fillip.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2003, at Rural Shade Baptist Church in Cleveland,  Texas, with Dr. Byron Reeves and Pastor Silas Hare conducting services.

A graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. at Restwood Memorial in Lake Jackson,  Texas.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2003, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home.

GEORGE DURHAM CLIFTON LINCECUM

George Durham Clifton Lincecum of Cypress,  Texas, died Friday, November 21, 2003, in Houston,  Texas. He was 27. He was born in Laredo,  Texas, on Monday, June 21, 1976.

Lincecum is survived by his father, Clifton M. Lincecum & wife, Charlene, of Pleasanton; mother, Linda Gittlen of Houston; sister Angel Gittlen of Houston; stepsister, Jennifer Halliburton of Pleasanton; and grandmother, Ellen Lincecum of West Columbia.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George D. Lincecum.

Services will be at Baker Funeral Home Chapel in West Columbia on Monday, November 24, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dave Barclay officiating. Burial will be at Columbia Cemetery in West Columbia,  Texas.

Pallbearers are John Alebis, John Clifton Alebis, Mike Alebis, Tommy Alebis, Trey Halliburton and John Lockman.

Memorials may be given in George’s name to the charity of your choice.

DELLA RUTH LEAVITT

Della Ruth Leavitt of Sweeny,  Texas, died Saturday, November 22, 2003, in Sweeny. She was 74. She was born in Maysville, Arkansas, on Monday, January 14, 1929.

Leavitt is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael P. and Deborah Leavitt of Sweeny; daughter and son-in-law, Linda M. and Ron Coffey of Joplin, Mo.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Leonard and Melba McCombs of Jessup, Ga., Robert and Laverne McCombs of Garland and Jerry and Lisa McCombs of Afton, Okla.; sister and brother-in-law, Daloma and Clyde Baily of Vinita, Okla.; grandchildren, Jason and Jessica Leavitt, Travis and Brooke Osterman; and great-grandchildren, Tyler and Logan Osterman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jewel Paul Leavitt, and son, Richard Lee Leavitt.

HERBERT DEAN ROBERTSON

Herbert Dean Robertson of Cleburne,  Texas, died Wednesday, November 19, 2003, in Fort Worth,  Texas. He was 71. He was born Tuesday, May 31, 1932, in Norman,  Oklahoma.

Robertson is survived by his wife of 49 years, Eva Robertson, of Cleburne; daughter, Tammy Duffy of Cleburne; sister, Gail Hutcheson of Fairland,  Oklahoma; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family member and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Lottie Robertson; sons, Tracy, Terry and Reed Robertson; and grandson, Jason Robertson.

Services will be at Baker Funeral Home Chapel in West Columbia on Tuesday, November 25, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Carl Spradley officiating. Visitation will be at Baker Funeral Home on Monday, November 24, 2003, between 5 and 7 p.m. in West Columbia. Burial will be at Guy Cemetery in Guy,  Texas.

GERALDINE KELTON O'DELL MCCOLLUM

Geraldine Kelton O’Dell McCollum, 62, died Friday, November 21, 2003, in Abilene at her residence.

A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday in Potosi Cemetery with Ken Andress officiating, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory.

She was born to Leona (Helker) and Odie Kelton on July 25, 1941, in Littlefield, Lamb County,  Texas. She worked as a cook in restaurants. She married Ira McCollum in Angleton,  Texas, in 1991, and moved to Abilene from Angleton a year ago.

Mrs. McCollum was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband, Ira McCollum of Angleton; sons, Norman O’Dell of New Boston,  Texas, and Carl O’Dell and Glenn O’Dell, both of Abilene; a daughter, Gerri Batarick of Abilene; her mother, Leona Kelton of Littlefield,  Texas; brothers, Raymond Kelton, Ben Kelton, Keith Kelton and Tommy Kelton, all of Littlefield,  Texas, Dale Kelton of Lubbock and Joe Kelton of Austin; and three grandchildren, Amanda Lynn O’Dell and Allison Lynn O’Dell, both of Abilene, and Leslie Jane O’Dell of Clyde.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Big Country, 4601 Hartford, Abilene, TX 79605.
