Services for Baldomero Ramon 74, of Andrews, will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 1, 2009 in Andrews Iglesia De Cristo with minister Hector Ramirez officiating.

Baldomero passed away Monday, December 29, 2008 in Odessa.
He was born on February 27, 1934 in Ft. McKavett,  Texas. He married Frances Vela , she preceded him in death in 1984. He married Hermina Lujan on October 10, 1987 in Andrews. He was a truck driver and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include, wife; Herminia, Andrews, sons; Roy Ramon and Bobby Ramon both of San Anagelo, Michael Ramon and Louis Ramon of Unionville, Virginia, sister; Rita Ramon Garza, Maryland, six granchildren, eleven step-grandchldren and nine great grandchildren.

OWEN COOK
December 28, 2008

Robert Owen Cook, 50, of Andrews passed away Sunday December 28, 2008 at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday December 30, 2008 at Andrews Church of Christ. Rev. Phillip Golden of Denver City,  Texas will officate.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday December 31, 2008 at Holt Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home in Andrews.
Owen was born October 31, 1958 in Hobbs, NM. His family moved to Andrews in 1960 from Hobbs.
Owen Graduated Andrews High School and attended Tarlton State University.
He married Tammie Price May 21, 1983 in Andrews. He worked for Basic Energy Services and he really enjoyed his work. He was a member of the Andrews Church of Christ.
Owen loved to hunt and fish and ride motor cycles. He was a big sports fan and he loved to watch football and a loyal supporter of the Andrews Mustangs. He also coached Little league baseball for many years. And he loved to cook.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Cook, Sr.; a grandson - Payton Cook; and his grandparents - Ernest and Iva Mae Gober.
He is survived by: his wife Tammie Cook of Andrews; Daughter - Amanda Pyle, and husband Josh of Lubbock; Son - Zane Cook of Midland; his mother - Yvonne Cook of Andrews; Brother J. Randall Cook and his wife Sandra of Muscat, Omahn; one granddaughter - Avery Pyle of Lubbock; his mother-in-law and father-in-law; William and Paralee Price of Andrews; and one brother-in-law, Will and his wife Anja Price of Arizona.

RALPH DILDINE
December 25, 2008

Services for Ralph Dildine 77 of Andrews will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 29, 2008 at Means Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Doyle officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home. Family visitation will be Sunday, December 28, 2008 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.

Ralph passed away at his home in Andrews Thursday, December 25, 2008. He was born on July 27, 1931 in Parsons, Kansas. He served in the Navy during the Korean War and was a supervisor for the federal avation administration retiring in 1986. Ralph married Sammie Tankersley George on November 27, 1957 in Brownfield,  Texas.
He was a member of Means Methodist Church.

Survivors include, wife; Sammie Dildine, Andrews, sons; Joe Don and wife Lisa George, Midland, Charles Raymond George, Odessa, James E. and wife Nancy Dildine, Andrews, daughter; Robyn E. Orozco, Sherman,  Texas, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

LIBBY MAE CHAMBERS
December 22, 2008

Services for Libby Chambers 48 of Andrews, will be Graveside 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 24, 2008 in Andrews North Cemetery with Rev. Ted Short officiating. Services are under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Libby was born on Decembe 17, 1960 in El Paso,  Texas. She married Ronnie Chambers on January 4, 1980 in Andrews.

Survivors include her husband; Ronnie Chambers, Andrews, son; Ronnie Chambers, Jr., Andrews, brother; Ralph Dean of Minnesota, step-brother; Kenny Draagoo, Andrews, sisters; Debbie Flemming and Elizabeth McKellop both of Odessa, Jennifer Nelms, Andrews and one grandchild.

PATSY MILLER
December 19, 2008

Patsy Miller, 80, of Andrews passed away early Friday, December 19, 2008 at an Odessa Hospital.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Monday at Andrews Old Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Patsy was born December 8, 1928. she moved to Andrews in 1930.
She married George Miller, June 18, 1961. She loved to collect Antiques and she enjoyed going to garage sales.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dave and Ruby Sisson, one son, James Lambert in 1972, and a daughter, Judy Franklin in 1998.

She is survived by her husband; George Miller of Andrews, one daughter; Janella Ivy of Andrews, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

MICHAEL MILLER
December 19, 2008

Michael Miller, 28, of Midland passed away Friday December 19, 2008 at his home in Midland.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 Tuesday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel in Andrews. Kerry Pack, pastor of Cross Bar Cowboy Church in Andrews will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Michael was born May 26, 1980, in Andrews. He worked for Quinn Pumps.
Michael loved rodeoing and riding bulls. He was very proud to have had his PRCA pro card as a bull rider.

He is survived by: his wife - Kacey Walls of Midland; one daughter - Christine Miller of Andrews; one son - Ryder Miller of Midland; His parents - Mike and Grace Miller of Andrews; two brothers - Zach Miller of Wichita Falls,  Texas; and Morris Miller of Andrews and one sister - Jessica Miller of Amarillo,  Texas.

ROBERT L. ANDERSON
December 16, 2008

Robert Lee Anderson, 93, died at home in Midland, TX, on December 16, 2008, after a brief illness.

He was born to Arthur A. and Gladys Coghill Anderson in Galesburg, Illinois, on October 3, 1915, and moved with his family to Big Spring,  Texas, when he was 14 years old. He married Charlotte Elizabeth (Jane) Thompson on June 11, 1938. They had one child, Betty Bob Anderson. Jane preceded him in death on November 9, 1978. On October 2, 1982, he married Lois Harris of Andrews, TX, and they moved to Midland, TX, in 1992.

Robert graduated from high school in Big Spring, TX. He served in the United States Navy during World War II on the U.S.S. Hancock. He retired from Exxon-Mobil in 1980 after working as a pumper for 34 years. He attended church at Kelview Heights Baptist Church in Midland.

He is survived by his wife Lois Anderson of Midland, TX, his daughter Betty Bob Anderson of Granbury, TX, his step-daughter Dianne and her husband James Chambers of Midland, TX. Also surviving are his granddaughter Dana and her husband Andy Chandler of Midland, TX, and great-granddaughter Katelyn Chandler. He is also survived by one sister, Shirley Jean Anderson Masur of Corpus Christi, TX. He was preceded in death by one sister, Ida Ruth Anderson Corbin and two brothers, Donald Anderson and Karl Dale Anderson.

Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Bill Skaggs, associate pastor of Kelview Heights Baptist Church, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at McNett Funeral Home in Andrews, TX. Interment will be at Andrews Old Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be James Chambers, Andy Chandler, W. L. Thompson, Richard Clark, Ricky McBride, and Gary Chastain.

He was a kind, gentle, and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who never said an unkind word about anyone. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

MARTHA QUIMBY
December 13, 2008

Services for Martha Nell Quimby 77 of Andrews, will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Joey Faylona officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home. A Rosary service will be held in McNett Funeral Home Chapel at 7:00 PM Tuesday, december 16, 2008.

Martha passed away at her home in Andrews on Saturday, December 13, 2008. She was born on June 9, 1931 in Brandon, MS. Marth was a Catholic and worked as an advertising editor for K-Mart and several news papers.

Survivors include, daughters; Teresa Gabarron and Linda Hirzel borth of Austin, TX, Mary Hirzel, Big Spring, TX, Deborah Quimby, Andrews, sons; Michael Quimby, Dallas, TX, Mark Quimby,  Jackson MS, brothers; Tim McLendon, Jackson, MS, William McLendon, Buena Park, CA, sister; Louise Rutledge, Indianapolis, IN, ten grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

SANTOS G. REVELEZ
December 9, 2008

Services for Santos Revelez 85 of Andrews, will be 10:00 AM Firday, December 12, 2008 in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Joey Faylona officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews West Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.
A Rosary services will be held at the funeral home chapel Thursday at 7:00 PM.

Santos passed away in Andrews Tuesday, December 9, 2008. She was born on July 7, 1923 in Mexico. She married Gregorio Revelez Sr. on November 6, 1938 at Campwood,  Texas. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.

Survivors include, sons; Gregorio Revelez, Jr., Amador Revelez both of Andrews, Robert Revelez, San Angelo, TX, daughters; Enedina Torres, Andrews and Juanita Downey, San Angelo, TX, twenty two grandchildren and forty one great grandchildren.

ELMER FELAND
December 8, 2008

Elmer Feland 78 of Andrews passed away in Odessa Monday, December 8, 2008. A memorial service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at McKinney Acres Baptist Church with Rev. James Beard officiating.

Elmer was born on August 3, 1930 in Floyd, NM. He married Betty Mullins on June 9, 1984 in Andrews. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict serving with the Army. Elmer was owner of a pest controll business before retirement.

Survivors include, wife; Betty, Andrews, sons; Richard, Huntsville, TX, Ronnie, Andrews, daughters; Carla McCurry, Midland, TX, Deloris Cook, Andrews, step-children; Vicki Joiner, Lubbock, Terri Moore, Ooltewah, Tenn., Renell Sanders, Signal Mountain, Tenn. and Don Greathouse, North Wilkesboro, NC, brother; Bill, Bethnany, OK, sister Florence Grant, Bethany, OK, ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, eight step- grandhildren and fifteen step-great grandchildren.

CHARLENE ANGEL
March 9, 2009

Services for Charlene Angel 77 of Andrews, will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Jeff Donnell and Rev. Buck Wheat officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews Old Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Charlene passed away Monday morning, March 9, 2009 in Andrews. She was born on September 6, 1931 in Breckenridge,  Texas. Charlene married Edward "Buff" Angel on December 22, 1947 in Breckenridge,  Texas. She was a teller for the First National Bank retiring in 1987. Charlene was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include, husband; Edward "Buff" Angel, Andrews, sons; Mike and wife Sandra Angel, Andrews, Joe Angel, Big Spring,  Texas, five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Home Hospice, 804 N. Main, Andrews, TX 79714.
