Jim, aged 69 years, darling husband of Hazel, very dear dad of Trevor and Diane, father-in-law of Hazel, loving grandad of Julie and Vicky, beloved son of Nancy and dear brother of Peter and brother-in-law of Jean. Sadly missed by all. Funeral service to be held at Darlington West Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday, March 2 at 2.15 p.m., prior to cremation. Family flowers only please. However, donations in memory of Jim may be given for the High Dependency Unit at St. James Hospital, Leeds for which a plate will be present at the service or c/o Sanderson and Co., Funeral Directors, St. Matthews Works, Leyburn, North Yorks., DL8 5EG.

Madge, aged 88 years, of Edmund Street, Darlington, a beloved wife of the late Fred, a dearly loved mother of David, Peter and Pamela, also a much loved nanna of Tracey and great-nanna of Amy. Funeral Wednesday, March 2. Would friends please meet 9.15 a.m. for service at Darlington Crematorium.

RAMAGE February 18 (suddenly, in hospital), of Westmorland Close, Spennymoor. John George (Jackie), aged 78 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, a much loved dad of Maurice, Keith and John, a very dear father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. Would friends please meet in St. Andrew's Church, Spennymoor, Wednesday for a service at 2.45 p.m. followed by committal at Durham crematorium.

Chris, aged 87 years, dearly loved husband of Hilda, very dear dad of Malcolm, Raymond and Kathleen, a much loved father-in-law, loving grandad of Matthew, Madeleine, Katie, Megan and Natasha and a much loved brother of Spensley and Anne. Funeral service to be held at St. Mary's Church, Muker on Sunday, February 27 at 2.00 p.m., followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please. Eleanor (Ellen), aged 90 years, beloved wife of the late Ronnie and dearly loved by David, Norman, Alan and their families. Russ, aged 57 years, dear husband of Jan and beloved father of Wendy, Denise, Tanya, Martyn and the late Sean, cherished grandad and also a dear brother and son. RODGERS Ivy Annie (nee Medhurst) In hospital on February 18, of Charters Crescent, South Hetton. Ivy, aged 75 years, a devoted wife of Isaac (Pat), a loving and much loved mam, grandma and nana. Cremation at Durham Crematorium on Thursday, February 24. Friends please accept this intimation and meet for service at Holy Trinity Church, South Hetton at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only. ROSE Irene, aged 78 years, of Richmond, died peacefully in hospital, on February 21. Dearly loved wife of Ian, much loved mum of Robert and Alan and a dear mother-in-law and loving gran. Funeral service in St. Joseph and St. Francis Xavier R.C. Church, Richmond on Monday, February 28 at 10.00 a.m., followed by burial in the cemetery. Friends please meet at the church. R.I.P.

SANDERSON February 21 (suddenly), of 39 Tennyson Terrace, Crook. Anne, aged 46 years, dearly loved daughter of Veronica and the late Ambrose and a dear sister of David. Will be sadly missed by all her friends. Will friends please meet for service in St. Catherine's Church, Crook on Monday, February 28 at 11.50 a.m., followed by cremation at Durham.

Beloved wife of the late Charles, much loved mum of Barry and Stephen and the late Brenda and dearly loved nana of Kevin, also dear sister of Margaret. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, February 23 in the Chapel of St. Hilda, Teesside Crematorium at 2.15 p.m. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.

SIMPSON Audrey (nee Gooding), of Barnard Castle, died suddenly, in hospital, on February 18. Dearly loved wife of the late Les and devoted mother of Anne, Timothy and Penny. Private cremation. Family and friends please meet for a Service of Thanksgiving at Barnard Castle Methodist Church on Thursday, March 3 at 12.30 p.m. No flowers please. SLY Thomas Malcolm Peacefully, on February 21, aged 80 years, at the Rutson Hospital, Northallerton. Dearly loved partner of Chris for 24 years, much loved brother of Mona, brother-in-law to Michael, grandad to Tom and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. SUNTER Mary (nee Watson) Peacefully, in hospital on February 22, aged 82 years (of Hawes). Dearly loved wife of John, dear mother of Norma, also a much loved grandma and great-grandma. Service and cremation to take place on Tuesday March 1, at Teesside Crematorium, Acklam Road, Middlesbrough in The Chapel of St. Hilda at 11.45 a.m. Friends please meet at crematorium.
