Rev'd. Kenneth, aged 78 years, beloved husband of the late Isabella, much loved father of Jeremy and Julian, very dear father-in-law of Marie and Alison and a dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral service at Leyburn Methodist Church on Saturday, January 28 at 10.30 a.m., followed by interment at St. Andrew's Churchyard, Finghall. Family flowers only please. ANNAND - Shirley Sefton Brittain M.B.E., aged 90 years, widow and much loved wife of Captain Richard Annand V.C. on January 18 at the University Hospital of North Durham, peacefully after a sudden stroke. Funeral at St. Cuthbert's Church North Road, Durham at 12.00 noon on Monday, January 30, to be followed by private cremation. Ambrose, aged 71 years, dearly loved husband of Beatrice, loving father of Alan and the late Michael, father-in-law to Charlene and Jackie and much loved granda to Laura and Sam, also loving brother to John, Frank and the late David. Private committal service on Friday, January 27 at Durham Crematorium, followed by a Memorial Service at Stanhope Methodist Chapel at 3.00 p.m. Friends please meet at the Chapel.
