Survivors include his wife, Helen; daughters, Debra Arendt, Tina (Bob) Thompson, Lisa (Steve) Muehrcke, Jenny (Tom) Nowak; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Melvin Arendt; one sister, Joyce Warrichaiet.

Evelyn M. Casper
Evelyn M. Casper, 91, Green Bay. Visitation after noon Saturday at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. Funeral 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Thomas R. (Tom) Farrell
Thomas R. (Tom) Farrell, 78, a lifelong Green Bay resident, died March 30, 2005. He was born September 28, 1926, son of the late Thomas R. and Lulu (Fournier) Farrell. Tom married the former Jean Van Beek of Green Bay on June 13, 1957. Tom was a decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy and proudly served during World War II, and again served two years during the Korean conflict. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Tom was a graduate of Green Bay West High School, 1944, the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, 1957, and received his Master's Degree from Purdue University, 1965. He taught in the Green Bay School System for many years and retired in 1988. He then taught classes at the Northeastern Technical College in Green Bay, and for over 30 years he taught Hunter's Safety to thousands of students in the Green Bay area. He was a skilled hunter and trapper and enjoyed spending time at these sports with his brothers. Tom was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Parish for over 40 years.

Tom is survived by his wife, Jean, his son John (Susan) Farrell, Minneapolis, Minn., one grandson, Shane, who was Tom's pride and joy. He leaves one sister, Dorothy Obecunas, and five brothers, John (Elaine), Patrick (Marion), Michael (Jane), Jeremiah (Jean), and Gary (Shirley); a sister-in-law, Beverly Van Beek and a special aunt, "Mugsie" Cygan. He also leaves a number of nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides his parents, Tom was preceded in death by one brother, James.

Friends may call at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2040 Hillside Lane, on Saturday, April 2, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Richard Getchel officiating. Proko-Wall Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com/obit.

Lilyan Lange
Lilyan Lange, 91, Green Bay. Graveside service 1:30 p.m. Monday at Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. Survivors include two daughters, Judy (Robert) Kozlowski, De Pere, Dixie Walker, Green Lake; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three stepchildren. Wachholz Family Funeral Home, Ripon, is assisting the family.

Wayne M. Williams
Wayne M. Williams, 64, longtime "Duck Creek" resident, died Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at his home. He was born June 19, 1940, in Duck Creek to James Williams and the late Bernice (Johansen) Williams. On May 12, 1962, he married Jackie Giesler in Green Bay. Wayne owned and operated the Birdseye Dairy for many years before retiring in 2002. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Parish, Brown County Sportsman's Club, a charter member of the Howard-Suamico Optimist Club, a life member of the NRA, ATA, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Wayne was a Trustee of the village of Howard and served on the Planning Commission, and was a volunteer for the St. Vincent De Paul Society. He loved hunting and fishing and everything outdoors, especially his cabin on Lake John. He truly enjoyed helping others.

Wayne was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by his wife, Jackie; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robb and Anne Williams, Steve and Claire Williams, all of Green Bay; a daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Luis Rivera, Queen Creek, Ariz.; four grandchildren, Benjamin, A.J., Elizabeth, Morgan; his father, James Williams, Howard; a brother and sister-in-law, Pat and Mary Williams, Hobart; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Doris Giesler, Abrams; a sister-in-law, Janice Williams, Pulaski; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Beatrice Giesler, De Pere; many nieces, nephews, many special cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bernice; a brother, Michael; and a nephew, John.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. A Parish Wake Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Friends may also call at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., Village of Howard, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. William Swichtenberg officiating. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Wayne's name.

Brendan Robert Young
Brendan Robert Young, infant. A private service will be held at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth St., De Pere. Survivors include his parents, Scott and Tracy (Ratajczak) Young; maternal grandparents, Patricia and (John) Zimmerman, Pulaski; paternal grandparents, Bob and Mary Young.
