Beloved son of Bonnie and the late Robert Nagy. Treasured brother of John Nagy and Wendy (Chris) Hendrickson. Cherished grandson of Henry Nagy. Fond nephew of his Great Aunt Betty Hintz. An avid outdoorsman, Dan had a tremendous love of fishing and hunting, especially with his dog, Cody. Dan was an All-American Alpine ski racer. He enjoyed windsurfing, waterskiing, sailing, flying and riding his Harley. But nothing was better than being behind the wheel of his Stars and Stripes Mastercraft. . . Andrew in his lap, fighting to take control of the wheel. Dan enthusiastically included his children in his life’s passions. . . there couldn’t be a better father!
Dan was the grandson of the founder of The Spancrete Group, where he was Vice President of Business Development. Dan was a “hands-on” employee who came up through the ranks. Spancrete was a great part of Dan’s life — he loved the company and all of the employees.
Dan was a shareholder in Pilot’s Camp in Ontario, Canada and Rock Bend Hunting Club in Oconomowoc. He was a member of Chenequa Country Club and the Pewaukee Yacht Club.
