Raymond McMillan
Raymond "Mac" McMillan, 69, formerly of Beaver Dam, died on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2000, at Continental Manor, Randolph.

The funeral will be held on Friday, Nov. 17, at 2 p.m., at First Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam. The Rev. Julie Krahn will officiate. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Reeseville American Legion Post. Burial will be in Lowell cemetery.

Mr. McMillan was born on July 3, 1931 in the town of Westford, the son of Harold and Linda (Grebs) McMillan. He was married to Ethel (Rennhack) Lauersdorf, on Aug. 22, 1971, in Beaver Dam.

Mr. McMillan lived in the Beaver Dam area all of his life. He served in the US Army for several years. He was a farmer all of his life and also worked at Metal Fab for over 32 years. He was a member of First Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam.

Survivors include his mother, Linda McMillan, Beaver Dam; three step-sons, Robert (Joanne) Lauersdorf Sr., Reeseville, Frank (Barb) Lauersdorf, Reeseville, and Dale Lauersdorf, Beaver Dam; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Pat Roedl, Beaver Dam, Donna (Mick) Koch, Hartford, and Arlene "Shorty" (Hans) Oelke, Columbus; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; and wife Ethel, on Sept. 1, 2000.

Friends may call on Friday, Nov. 17, from 1 p.m. until the time of service, at First Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam.

Memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church.

The Murray Community Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, is serving the family.

Annis Ver Hage
WAUPUN - Annis Ver Hage, 81, of Waupun, died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2000, at Markesan Resident's Home, Markesan.

The funeral will be held on Friday, Nov. 17, at 2 p.m., at the Bethel Lutheran Reformed Church, Waupun, The Rev. Jeff Brower will officiate. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens, town of Trenton.

Mrs. Ver Hage was born on Dec, 31, 1918, the daughter of Garret and Annie Vant Hoff. She was married on July 29, 1938, to David Ver Hage in Waupun.

Mrs. Ver Hage attended Waupun schools graduating from Waupun High School. She and her husband resided in Waupun all their married life. They owned Ver Hage Implement and founded Waupun Equipment in 1968. She was employed as a bookkeeper and in the parts department until 1970. She was employed by her sons at Ver Hage Furniture Mart until 1985. She was a member of Bethel Christian Reformed Church, where she was a organist and active in the Ladies Society. She was a past member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Central Wisconsin Christian Schools.

Survivors include one daughter, Judith (Merlin) Ten Pass, Orlando, Fla.; three sons, Ronald (Donna) Ver Hage, Lynnwood, Wash., Wayne (Jeanne) Ver Hage, Waupun, and Alan (Shirley) Ver Hage, Waupun; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one step-brother, Ben (Josephine) Looman, Waupun.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David, in 1997; one brother; one daughter-in-law, and one grandson.

Friends may call on Thursday, Nov. 16, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home, Waupun, and on Friday, Nov. 17, from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at Bethel Lutheran Reformed Church, Waupun.

Memorials may be made to Central Wisconsin Christian Schools.

Arlene R. Fink
THERESA - Arlene R. Fink, 67, of W1332 Racoon Road, Theresa, died on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2000, at her home.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m., at Immanuel Lutheran Church (River Church), town of Theresa. The Rev. Eldor J. Harmann will officiate. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran cemetery, town of Theresa.

Mrs. Fink was born on May 31, 1933, in rural Horicon, the daughter of Edmund and Adeline (Folkman) Pilsner. She was married to Wilfred W. Fink, on Jan. 21, 1950, at St. John Lutheran Church, Browns Corner.

Mrs. Fink was retired from Regal Ware in Kewaskum. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church (River Church), town of Theresa.

Survivors include her children, Jacqueline Metz, Mayville; Christine (Ralph) Giese, Theresa, Constance (Dennis) Adelmeyer, Mayville, Fred (Tasha) Fink, Mayville, Malcolm (Susan) Fink, Theresa, and Stephanie (Christian) Justmann, Mayville; one brother, George (Eileen) Pilsner, Juneau; one sister, Ellen (Matt) Biertzer, Butternut; special friend, Steve Persha; companion and caregiver, Nona Strohbusch; 19 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1987; and two brothers, Howard and Victor.

Friends may call on Friday, Nov. 17, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, and on Saturday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m. until the time of service, at Immanuel Lutheran Church (River Church), Theresa. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Aida G. Wohlfeil
COLUMBUS - Aida G. "Ida" Wohlfeil, 78, a resident of Columbia Health Care Center, Wyocena, formerly of Columbus, died on Monday, Nov. 13, 2000, at Columbus Community Hospital.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 15, at 2:30 p.m., at the Jones-Jensen Funeral Home, Columbus. The Rev. Bruce Hennington will officiate. Burial will be in St. Jerome cemetery, Columbus.

Mrs. Wohlfeil was born on Jan. 1, 1922, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Pedro and Genevieve (Conde) Arevalo. She was married on Feb. 3, 1944, to Harold Wohlfeil in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Mrs. Wohlfeil was a long time resident of Columbus.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty (Russell) Rahn, Columbus, and Catherine Wohlfeil, Sun Prairie; one grandson; two sisters, Elba (Jack) Williams, Chuluota, Fla., and Enriqueta Ortiz, Santurce, Puerto Rico; one brother, Jorge (Ramona) Arevalo, Juno Beach, Fla.; relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold; and two brothers, Enrique and Fernando.

Friends may call on Wednesday, Nov. 15, from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service, at the Jones-Jensen Funeral Home, Columbus. Memorials may be made to Columbia Health Care Center, Wyocena, or the National Parkinson's Foundation.

Albert C. Knuteson
Albert C. Knuteson, 84, of 207 E. Davis St., Beaver Dam, died on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2000, at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 2 p.m., at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam. Stanley March and Daniel Swonger will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens, town of Trenton.

Mr. Knuteson was born on Jan. 4, 1916, in the town of Lodi, the son of Charles and Mary (Scheie) Knuteson. He was married to Alma Moritz, on March 10, 1947, in Milwaukee.

Mr. Knuteson was a truck driver for Beaver Dam Wholesale Company. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Alma Knuteson, Beaver Dam; one daughter, Debra (Rex) Baseman, Fond du Lac; three granddaughters, Mieke Craven, Nissa and Tolly Baseman; one great-granddaughter, Ellery Craven; two sisters, Margaret Vessey, Beaver Dam, and Marion McIntosh, Lodi; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Leta Hageman, Clara Johnson and Esther Knuteson; and one brother, Harold Knuteson.

Friends may call on Saturday, Nov. 18, from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service, at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam.

Patricia A. Tietz
ENID, OKLAHOMA - Patricia Ann Tietz, 55, of Enid, Okla., formerly of Beaver Dam, died on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2000, at her home in Enid, Okla.

The funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m., at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam. The Rev. Philip Heyer will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens, town of Trenton.

Mrs. Tietz was born on Aug. 4, 1945, in Manitowoc, the daughter of Jack and Avis Bartelme. She was married on March 2, 1968, to Ervin Tietz, at St. Stephen's Ev. Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam.

Mrs. Tietz was a member of St. Stephen's Ev. Lutheran Church, Beaver Dam. She faithfully followed her husband's Air Force career for over 20 years throughout the world.

Survivors include her husband, Ervin Tietz, Enid, Okla.; her children, Mike Tietz, Round Rock, Texas, and Steven Tietz, Tulsa, Okla.; her parents, Jack (Avis) Bartelme, Oconomowoc; three brothers, Milton and Jack Bartelme, both of Milwaukee, and Scott Bartelme, Stevens Point; one sister, Dolly Justman, Stevens Point; two grandchildren, Jonathon and Travis Tietz, Enid, Okla.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Bartelme.

Friends may call on Saturday, Nov. 18, from 9 a.m. until the time of service, at Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam.

Leo Weyer
MAYVILLE - Leo "Gabby" Weyer, 73, of 1641 Dayton St., Mayville, formerly of LeRoy, died on Thursday, Nov 16, at Rolling Meadow Nursing Home, Fond du Lac.

The funeral will be held on Monday, Nov. 20, at 9:30 a.m., at Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, and to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mayville, for a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. The Rev. Charles Wester will officiate. Burial will be in Shrine of Rest Ledgeview Memorial Park. Graveside military rites will be conducted by Lomira Legion Bintzler-Waehler Post No. 347.

Mr. Weyer was born on Aug. 10, 1927, in the town of Lomira, the son of Nicholas and Frances (Kiefer) Weyer. He was married to Maxine Collien on May 28, 1949, in Mayville.

Mr. Weyer owned and operated Gabby's Service Shop in LeRoy for 13 years. He and his wife owned and operated The Packer-Inn in LeRoy for 13 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mayville; a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy from 1944-1946; a member of Lomira Legion Bintzler-Waehler Post No. 347; a member of Mayville VFW No. 10170; a member of the Rock River Hall of Fame; past president of Dodge County Tavern League; and past treasurer of St. Andrew's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Maxine, Mayville; one daughter, Shirley (Ken) Weinberger, LeRoy; four sons, Ronald (Mary Ann) Weyer, Fond du Lac, Dean (Debbie) Weyer, Wauwatosa, Keith (Carol) Weyer, Mayville, and David (Barbara) Weyer, Mayville; one brother, Alphonse (Lorraine) Weyer, Lomira; three sisters, Martha LaPinski, Milwaukee, Florence (Ellie) Munroe, Milwaukee, and Theresa Weyer, Milwaukee; 11 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Gustav Radant; two brothers, and one grandson, Michael.

Friends may call on Sunday, Nov. 19, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, a vigil service will be at 7 p.m., and on Monday, Nov. 20, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Mayville EMS or St. Mary's.

Alma Koch
Alma Koch, 100, a resident of Hillside Manor, formerly of 118 E. Mill St., Beaver Dam, died on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2000, at Hillside Manor.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2000, at 11 a.m., at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Beaver Dam. The Rev. William Key will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter's cemetery, Beaver Dam.

Mrs. Koch was born on Oct. 13, 1900, in Wayne, the daughter of George and Rosa (Luedtke) Klein. She was married in September of 1919, to Oscar Spradau. She was married on Jan. 18, 1940, to William Koch.

Mrs. Koch and her husband owned and operated a resort at Pewaukee Lake until 1975, when they retired and moved to Beaver Dam. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Beaver Dam, and had an avid interest in fishing.

Survivors include three sisters-in-law, Anna Klumpjan, Beaver Dam, Sr. Ottilia Koch, Danville, N.J., and Franziska Evelt, Germany; relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Oscar, in April of 1938; her second husband, William, on March 15, 1994; three brothers; and one sister.

Friends may call on Tuesday, Nov. 21, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Beaver Dam.

Memorials may be made to the St. Peter's Endowment fund.

Lynn L. Merrill
Lynn L. "Jump" Merrill, 77, of 121 Knaup Drive, Beaver Dam, died on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2000, at his home.

A private family service will be held. The Rev. Wayne Hall will officiate.

Mr. Merrill was born on May 5, 1923, in Princeton, the son of Lynn Sr. and Marie E. (Brewster) Merrill. He was married on Feb. 26, 1944, to Marilyn Humrich in Beaver Dam.

Mr. Merrill was a maintenance worker at the Dodge County Hospital until his retirement in 1985. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Merrill, Beaver Dam; his children, James (Gail) Merrill, Horicon, Richard (Edythe) Merrill, Beaver Dam and Florida, John (Mary) Merrill, Katherine Schneider, Linda (Kenneth) Rosenmeier, Timothy (Michele) Merrill and Paul Merrill, all of Beaver Dam; one brother, Robert Leaâ Merrill, Nekoosa; two sisters, Joy (Jim) Sigl, Milwaukee, and Sue Hyde, Fond du Lac; his mother, Marie Merrill, Beaver Dam; 15 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, in 1968; one son, David Merrill, in 1967; three brothers; and two sisters.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to the Hillside Hospice Program.

The Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, is serving the family.
