BREITENBACH, Shirley (Mrs. Russell), 90. A private, family service was held. Survivors include three sons, Russell (Mary), Suamico, Robert (Judith), Shawano, Richard, Omro; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gordon (Margaret) King, Merrill, Daniel (Eleanore) King, Pewaukee. DWORAK, Dorothy M., 75, Denmark, passed away Thursday Sept. 19, 2002, after a long illness. She was born May 7, 1927, in Green Bay to Anton and Anna (Christensen) Marshall. Dorothy married Francis Dworak on Sept. 2, 1950, at Calvary Lutheran Church, Denmark. She was a dedicated member of Our Savior's Lutheran, Denmark, where she was involved in the choir and the Esther Circle. She also loved to cook, play with her grandchildren and garden with a particular love for her flowers. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Francis; three sons, Michael (Cheryl) Dworak and their children Alexandra and Sarah, Appleton, Wayne (Jean) Dworak and their children Tanner and Taylor, Tomah, Neal Dworak, Denmark; one daughter, Nancy Dworak, Green Bay; one sister-in-law, Maggie Marshall; two brothers-in-law, Clayton and Glenn Dworak. She was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law Frank and Ella (Schultz) Dworak; one brother, Donald Marshall; stepmother Ella (Jorgensen) Marshall; two sisters-in-law, Jannet and Roberta Dworak; and one brother-in-law, Jerome Dworak.
Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 County R, Denmark. Visitation will continue on Saturday from 9:30-11 a.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Denmark. Funeral services will follow visitation at the church with the Rev. Arnold B. Stilwell officiating. Entombment will be in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.

LEMERE, William "Bill", 75, Howard, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002.
The family will receive friends at the Pfotenhauer Funeral Home West, 1145 Cardinal Lane, Howard, on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and after 8:45 a.m. Saturday until the cortege leaves for church. CONARD, Steve "Coon", 48, Luxemburg, died Sunday afternoon, Sept. 15, 2002, at his home following an illness. He was born on Sept. 8, 1954, in Green Bay to Arnold and Betty (Dart) Conard. On Feb. 15, 1975, Steve married Jean De Grand at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Sugar Bush. Steve had worked for Feeco International, Bay Area Construction, Lake to Lake Dairy, and presently was employed with DeGroot Inc. until his illness. He also worked weekends for Darold DeGrand Trucking and for various other milk truckers. His enjoyments included racing stock cars, attending stock car races and snowmobiling.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Jean; his parents, Arnold and Betty Conard, Luxemburg; one brother, Ron (Mary Lee) Conard, Dyckesville; seven sisters, Mary (Tom) Kostichka, Green Bay, Kathy (Gerry) Hendzel, Green Bay, Ann Conard, Green Bay, Chris Conard and special friend Randy, Green Bay, Cindy (Lee) Johnson, Luxemburg, Terry (Scott) Reckelberg, Luxemburg, Lori (Jerry) Treml, Luxemburg; his mother in law, Irma DeGrand, Luxemburg; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Pam DeGrand, Luxemburg, Dan (Marilyn) DeGrand, Luxemburg, Larry DeGrand, New Franken, Ron (Debbie) DeGrand, Green Bay, Mark DeGrand, New Franken; many nieces and nephews; his godchildren, Lori Treml, Steve Dart, Danielle DeGrand, Brooke Johnson, Michelle Treml and Shannon Hendzel.
Steve was preceded in death by one son, Michael; one brother, Wayne Conard; his grandparents, August and Lena Dart, Arthur and Zoe Conard; his father in law, Harold DeGrand; one brother-in-law, Darold DeGrand; two nephews, Rob DeGrand and Daniel DeGrand Jr.
Funeral 10:30 a.m. today at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Sugar Bush, with the Rev. Dean Dombroski officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum. McMahon Funeral Home, Luxemburg, is assisting the family.
A special word of thanks is extended to Unity Hospice and the doctors and staff of University Hospital, Madison, for the wonderful care given to Steve.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has be established in Steve's name.

NIER, Eleanor L., 89, Green Bay, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002, at a De Pere nursing home.
Eleanor was born on Sept. 20, 1912, in Green Bay to the late Ben and Mary (Babiash) Paskowicz. She married Louis J. Nier in 1931. He preceded her in death in 1973.
Survivors include her children, Janet and John Van Veghel, Rowland Heights, Calif., Ronald and Marlene Nier, Marquette, Mich., Sonia and Chuck Majerick, Lake Elsinore, Calif.; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Elaine Koehler; one son, Rodney Nier; one granddaughter, Mary VanVeghel; and a sister, Philomene Gerarden.
The family will receive friends at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home West, 1145 Cardinal Lane, Howard, on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Friday until the cortege leaves for church. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Church, Howard, with the Rev. William Swichtenberg officiating. Burial to follow.

PHILLIPS, William E. "Lil' Bill", 22, Houston, Texas, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2002, as a result of an accident. He was the son of Bill and Lon Phillips, Texas, and was the grandson of Dorothea Phillips, Green Bay. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William J. Phillips. The funeral services were held in Texas.
