RICKY L. TIMBROOK
WINCHESTER, Va. - Sergeant Ricky Lee Timbrook, 32, of 2876 Sheffield Court, Winchester, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 1999, in the Winchester Medical Center.
Born Oct. 5, 1967, in Winchester, he was the son of Richard Timbrook and Kitty Stotler Timbrook of Bloomery, W.Va.
Mr. Timbrook was a sergeant with the Winchester Police Department where he had been employed for eight years. He attended the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church of Winchester, and was a member of the Winchester Fraternal Order of Police Lodge. He was a graduate of Fairmont State College where he received a Bachelor of Business degree in Criminal Justice.
Mr. Timbrook married
Kelly L. Wisecarver on July 27, 1997, in Winchester.
Surviving besides his wife and parents, is one sister, Kimberly Hundson of Capon Bridge, W.Va.
Friends will be received at the Omps Funeral Home, Winchester, Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Winchester, Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Pastor James H. Utt, Pastor Jeffrey D. May and Chaplain William D. Barton officiating.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Bowers, Matthew Sirbaugh, Robert Fleik, Frank Pearson, Julian Berger and Alex Beeman.

ELIZABETH G. SMITH
PETERSBURG, W.Va. - Elizabeth G. Smith, age 95, of Petersburg, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at Grant Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan. 6, 1904, in Circleville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Harry H. and Louise Jane (Young) Groce. On Oct. 4, 1928, in Circleville, Ohio, she married
Isaac D. Smith, who preceded her in death on Feb. 16, 1957. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Jane Geary; and one sister, Helen Groce Wolfe.
She was a member of the Petersburg Presbyterian Church, where she was choir director for many years.
She graduated from Circleville, Ohio, High School, and attended the School of Music in Cincinnati, Ohio. She then pursued further studies at the Conservatory of Music at Capital University, graduating in 1927. She moved to Petersburg, W.Va., and was Director of Music at St. John's Academy.
Following her husband's death Mrs. Smith assumed the role of a business woman operating and managing the Seneca Theater and several commercial buildings in the community for many years.
Surviving are one son, Isaac David Smith Jr., Mount Pleasant, S.C.; eight grandchildren, Elizabeth S. Collins, Concord, N.C., James Paul Geary II, Petersburg, Mark C. Geary, Petersburg, Kelly O. Heatwole, Harrisonburg, Va., Kathy O. Bowers, Sugar Grove, Matthew O. Geary, Gahanna, Ohio, Isaac David Smith III, Virginia Beach, Va., and Michael W. Smith, Columbia, S.C.; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Schaeffer Funeral Home, Petersburg, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Petersburg Presbyterian Church on Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Donald G. Scofield Jr. officiating.

ESTEL E. SAVILLE
KEYSER, W.Va. - Estel Edwin "Bud" Saville, 90, formerly of Rt. 4, Keyser, W.Va, and lately a resident of Moran Manor Nursing Home, died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at the nursing home.
Born May 25, 1909, at Westernport, he was the son of the late Philip Jacob and Nettie Mae (Shipe) Saville. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Loretta, on Jan. 1, 1999, and by four brothers; three sisters; and one granddaughter. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Mr. Saville retired from the Outside Department of Westvaco Corporation in 1973. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and trapshooter. He was a member of the Piedmont Pentecostal Holiness Church.
He leaves behind a daughter, Glenda Braithwaite and husband, Bob, Bloomington; a great-grandson, J.T. Costilow, New Creek; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Sunday, Nov. 7, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Thomas Brackett, officiating.
Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
DEBRA M. TABLER
FORT ASHBY, W.Va. - Debra Marie (Weese) Tabler, 47, of Fort Ashby, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland.
Born Oct. 2, 1952, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of Hazel Marie (Ross) Weese, Short Gap, and the late Richard R. Weese Sr.
Mrs. Tabler was a homemaker. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, James A. Tabler; one daughter, Jamie A. Tabler, and one son, Derek M. Tabler, both at home; one brother, Richard F. Weese Jr. and wife Krista, Short Gap; one sister, Nancy G. Dawson, Short Gap; one aunt, Faye Shanhotz and husband Gary, Old Furnace Road; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, Md., Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. George Harpold officiating.
Interment will be in the Maryland State Veterans cemetery at Rocky Gap.
RUBY J. SMITH
WEST HAMLIN, W.Va. - Ruby J. (Johnson) Smith, 77, of West Hamlin, died Sunday, Dec. 26, 1999, at her home.
Born Oct. 20, 1922, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Virgie Duncan. She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Loyd Duncan, Hal Duncan, and Buck "Buster" Duncan; and two sisters, Bonnie Salmons and Myrtle McComas.
Mrs. Smith was a member of the Center Point United Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Larry Johnson and wife Cindy, Romney, Roger Gene Johnson and wife Elke, West Hamlin, and Rodney Johnson and wife Barbara, Auburndale, Fla.; two daughters, Joyce Childers and husband Dexter, Salt Rock, and Debbie Sizemore and husband Robbie, Branchland; two sisters, Jenny White, Point Pleasant, and Eva Salmons, Hamlin; one brother, Walter Duncan Jr., Griffithsville; 19 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Ray Adkins officiating.

FRED W. WAGONER
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Fred Wetzel Wagoner, 69, of Charlottesville, went to be with his Lord on Friday, Feb. 5, 1999.
Fred was born in Mineral County, W.Va., son of the late Homer C. and Delph (Wetzel) Wagoner, and grew up on the family farm near Fort Ashby, W.Va.
He was an electrical foreman at the University Medical Center with 32 years of service, retiring in 1994. He served with U.S. Army 40th Infantry Division during the Korean War.
Fred was a faithful member and elder at First Christian Church. He also had served in the church as a teacher and Bible School Superintendent.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Peggy T. Wagoner; two nieces whom Fred and Peggy raised, Summer Lynn Johnson of Harrisonburg and Rhonda E. Trainum of Crozet; three sisters, Joyce Foley of Green Spring, W.Va., Elizabeth Orndoff of Dans Run, W.Va., and Patricia Shanholtz of Oldtown, Md.; one brother, John Hughes Wagoner, Fort Ashby; and a number of special nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home, 201 First St., Charlottesville, on Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at First Christian Church, Charlottesville, Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, at 1 p.m. with Mr. Frank Forehand officiating, assisted by Mr. David Cuthbertson.
