MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Marion Edward Feltner, 88, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, at his home.
Born Nov. 1, 1910, in Berkeley County, W.Va., he was the son of the late James Ira and Nellie Virginia Siler Feltner.
He was retired from DuPont.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a visiting teacher.
He served in the West Virginia National Guard.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Myrtle M. Gray Feltner; one daughter, Barbara Ann Moore of Martinsburg; one son, James L. Feltner of Hedgesville; three sisters, Catherine Small and Bertha Aikens, both of Martinsburg, and Elizabeth Small of Shepherdstown, W.Va.; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Feltner and Robert Feltner.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. James Fugate will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Russell R. Keyser
GERRARDSTOWN, W.Va. - Russell Roy Keyser, 43, of Gerrardstown, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born May 22, 1955, in Baltimore, he was the son of Roy Wallace Keyser and Helen Mock Knipple of Johnstown, Pa.
He was retired from the U.S. Air Force.
He was a member of Free Will Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Elizabeth Katharina Nebenfuhr Keyser; one daughter, Joy Miller of Johnstown; two stepdaughters, Manuela Webster of Andrews Air Force Base, Md., and Katja Clem of Cheverly, Md.; one son, Russell Jack Keyser of Fort Bragg, N.C.; two stepsons, Michael Pfeuffer of Germany and David Pfeuffer of Gerrardstown; two grandchildren; and seven stepgrandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home, 114 N. Mildred St., Ranson, W.Va. The Rev. Russell Wright, the Rev. Tom Blake and James Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Culpeper National cemetery, Culpeper, Va.

Robert F. Davis
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Robert F. Davis, 93, of Martinsburg, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, at Valley View Nursing Home, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
Born May 8, 1905, in Washington County, Md., he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alvey Davis.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Hester Dugan Davis.
He was a retired farmer. He drove one of the first school buses in Berkeley County.
He was a member of Circle of Love Church, Glengary, W.Va.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Minnick Davis, at home; one stepdaughter, the Rev. Dottie Dunham of Glengary; two sons, Robert F. Davis of Greenbelt, Md., and Joseph Wilson Davis of Front Royal, Va.; one stepson, Harold Markle of Inwood, W.Va.; one sister, Laura Pitzer of Martinsburg; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Dottie Dunham will officiate. Burial will be in Falling Waters Presbyterian Church cemetery.

Sarah F. Hilker
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Sarah Frances "Pete" Hilker, 66, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1998, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
Born Aug. 17, 1932, in Berkeley County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late John Daniel and Sarah F. Kimes Saylor.
She was a bus driver for the Berkeley County School System.
She was a member of Moler Avenue Church of the Brethren.
She was a past member of Mothers of the Moose Chapter 120.
She is survived by her husband, Harrison "Booty" Hilker; five daughters, Sylvia Butts, Shirley A. Brannon, Brenda Kay Renner and Patricia L. Parrotte, all of Martinsburg, and Susan E. Murphy of Deland, Fla.; three sons, Fred Hilker and Michael S. Hilker, both of Martinsburg, and John D. Hilker of Shepherdstown, W.Va.; a sister, Peggy Ann Caton of Martinsburg; three brothers, George Saylor, Norman Saylor and Flory Saylor, all of Martinsburg; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lou Anderson; two brothers, Lawrence E. Saylor and John D. Saylor Jr.; and a grandson, Ronald R. Butts Jr.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel, 2060 Rosedale Road, Martinsburg. The Rev. Harold Snyder will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
Visitation for family members only will be today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Lawrence L. Gum
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Lawrence L. "Johnny" Gum, 86, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, at Silver Age Services Inc. in Martinsburg.
Born Oct. 16, 1912, in Randolph County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Charles Wade and Laura Frances Skidmore Gum.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Ann Henry Gum.
He was retired from the West Virginia State Police; and from DuPont.
He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church.
He was a member of Equality Lodge 44 AF&AM; past president of Izaak Walton League; a member of DuPont Retirees Club; and West Virginia State Police Retired Members Association.
He was the West Virginia State Wrestling Champion in 1931; the West Virginia State Golden Glove Champion in 1932; and the West Virginia Pistol Champion in 1947.
He is survived by a daughter, Ann Matthews Stuckey of Cranberry Township, Pa.; two sons, Lawrence Phillip Gum of Martinsburg and John R. Gum of Savannah, Ga.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Charles Lee Gum; a sister, Evelyn P. Gum; and two brothers, Charles H. Gum and Ralph E. Gum.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. John R. Scamehorn and the Rev. James Greene will officiate. Burial will be in Arden United Methodist cemetery with masonic graveside services by Equality Lodge 44 AF&AM.

Rebecca J. Cesarini
RANSON, W.Va. - Rebecca Jane Cesarini, 47, of Ranson, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson.
Born Oct. 30, 1951, in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of the late John William and Rita Joan Lowry Cunningham.
She was a beautician and owned Hair Galore in Bethesda, Md.
She was a member of St. James Catholic Church.
She was a member of VFW in Mount Savage, Md.; and American Legion in Bethesda.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald Steven Cesarini; a sister, Anita Rae McKenzie of Stephenson, Va.; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John Charles Cunningham.
A memorial service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Charles Town, W.Va. Father Brian Owens will be celebrant.
