Mr. Pennington, the husband of Lula Mae Pennington, also leaves a daughter, Katrina Delaney, and a son, Joel Wayne Pennington Jr., both of Savannah; six sisters, Eunice Raggett of Mississippi, Alice Faye McNav, Pat Andello, Sandra Brown and Paula Lynn Downing, all of Memphis, and Betty Sue McDaniel of Little Rock; a brother, Charles Pennington of Nashville, and seven grandchildren.
