GILL Frank, aged 80 years, died peacefully in hospital on February 8, retired M.D. of John H. Gill and Sons (Leeming Bar) Ltd. Beloved husband of the late Betty and a dearly loved uncle. HOPE (nee Rickaby) Laura Widow of the late Fred Hope formerly of Witton Gilbert, also widow of the late Bob Page of Sherburn Road died suddenly at home in Gilesgate on Friday February 6 aged 77 years. Service at St. Giles Church, Durham at 1.00 p.m. on Thursday February 12 followed by cremation at South Road. Sadly missed by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
