The funeral service will be held at All Saints' Church, Northallerton on Thursday, April 3 at 1.30 p.m., followed by interment at Thirsk. Family flowers only please. TINDLE Irene March 31, in Westcott Nursing Home Peterlee, (formerly of Byron Terrace). Irene, (nee Banks), aged 77 years, a dearly beloved wife of the late Leslie, a loving mother of Leslie, Joan, Jeffrey, Ann, Janice, Jacqueline, a dear mother-in-law and also a devoted nana and great-nana. Cremation Durham Crematorium Thursday. Cortege leaving her son's residence, 3 Alcote Grove, Shotton. Friends please accept this intimation and meet for service at St. Saviour's Church at 1.15 p.m.

TRINDER March 18 (peacefully in hospital, after a short illness), of The Avenue, Durham. Alice, aged 88 years. Remembered by Graham and Howard. Service to be held in Durham Crematorium on April 4 at 11.00 a.m. Family flowers only please.

TROUGHTON Joseph Payne, on April 1, peacefully at Wellfield House, Murton, fortified by the Rites of the Holy Mother Church, in his 100th year, formerly of Easington Colliery. Beloved husband of the late Roseann, a much loved dad of Kathleen, Ann, Joan, Bernard and the late Molly and Mary, also a dear father-in-law and a devoted grandad, great-grandad and great-great-grandad. Joe will be received into the Church of Our Lady, Easington Colliery on Sunday at 6.30 p.m. Requiem Mass to be held on Monday at 11.00 a.m., prior to interment at Easington Colliery Cemetery. On whose soul sweet Jesus have mercy. R.I.P.

WAGNER March 28, (suddenly, but peacefully, at home). William, aged 54 years, beloved son of the late William and Mary, dearly loved brother of Margaret and the late Peter, dear brother-in-law of Jan and Douglas. Funeral Tuesday, April 8. WALKER George Of your charity please pray for the repose of the soul of George, aged 81 years, who died peacefully in Leeds General Infirmary on March 28, after a long illness bravely borne (formerly of Newton Aycliffe and Coundon). The dearly beloved husband of Pat and devoted dad to George, Susan, David and Eileen, a dearly loved father-in-law and grandad of eight. George will be received into The Assumption R.C. Church, Spen Lane, Leeds 16, tomorrow Thursday, April 3 at 7.00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 4 at 11.00 a.m., prior to burial in Lawnswood Cemetery, Otley Road, Leeds 16. Marjorie, aged 73 years, beloved wife of Peter, a much loved mam of Beverley, Suzanne, Ricky, Russy and Ian, a respected mother-in-law, also a loving and devoted nana. Keith, aged 58 years, dearly loved father of Andrew, beloved son of the late Roma and Harold and a much loved brother and uncle. Funeral service at St. Matthew's Church, Leyburn on Friday, April 11 at 11.30 a.m., followed by interment at Leyburn Cemetery. Friends please meet at the church.

William, aged 74 years, dearly beloved husband of Florence and a much loved father, father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad, also a dear brother of John.
